PRESS
"Oh wait... what did I just press?"
Julius quickly rose from the throne, eyes darting around. Apparently, the throne's seat was acting like a hidden button. The moment he had leaned at a certain angle, it had triggered something.
Right beneath the throne, the wooden floor split open like a trapdoor. The throne itself dropped into the empty space—and from that same hollow, a chest emerged, glowing with a golden-brown gradient.
"Oh wait... is this the chest?"
Julius had studied every document he could find about this game. According to his memory, the item he needed should be inside this exact chest.
Without wasting a second, he rushed over and opened it.
"Please... please open quickly... and let it be in here..."
As the lid creaked open, a glint of gold greeted him. Inside, he found several items.
Golden coins shimmered on top, and beside them—two mysterious scrolls.
[You have gained 124 Fames]
[You have found a Wind Scroll: Wind Blades]
[You have found a Wind Scroll: Wind Shield]
"OH YES! WIND BLADE!" Julius exclaimed, practically jumping with joy. "This is hands-down the best offensive scroll for beginner mages—super powerful. And Wind Shield too? That's a top-tier defense spell for starters! Hehe... this is amazing!"
He opened the Wind Blade scroll. Strange, ancient letters danced on the parchment—but to his surprise, he could read them.
"La... Se... Do... Na... Si... ugh, whatever. I'll just memorize it later."
These scrolls contained chants—spells that had to be committed to memory before they could be cast.
"Store Wind Scroll: Wind Blade and Wind Scroll: Wind Shield in inventory."
[Wind Scroll: Wind Blade and Wind Scroll: Wind Shield have been successfully stored in the inventory]
"Perfect."
"Well, I'm done here. Time to head to the next destination."
Julius headed down the stone staircase. At the bottom, he leapt over the massive corpse of the Aunguru Leader.
Just a few meters away, his advanced hover-bike was floating—waiting.
"Good thing the body didn't roll any closer... it could've smashed my bike."
He climbed onto the bike, activated it through a hand gesture, and shot up into the sky. One last glance below.
"This place is huge... might come in handy later."
"Mark this place on the map as 'Aunguru Tribe Base 1'."
[This place has been successfully marked on the map as 'Aunguru Tribe Base 1']
"Nice."
"Locate the nearest town on map."
[You must be level 20 to access that command]
"Huh? Seriously? Bruh..."
"Now how am I supposed to hit level 20... hm... oh right! The surviving Aunguru warriors—I'll have to hunt them down."
He turned the bike and sped off in the direction those escaping tribal men had run.
After a short flight, he spotted them running frantically through the forest.
He began to chant.
"La... Se... Do... Na..."
Then he swung his right hand—and in an instant, multiple Wind Blades launched from his palm, slicing through the air and striking the fleeing men. Some dropped instantly, one-shot kills.

[You have gained 76 EXP]

He chanted again—and more men fell.
They didn't fight back. Their will had been broken. But Julius spared the women and children. He wasn't that inhuman.

"Huh? Now I can summon Saya?"
"No point summoning her here. I'll call her at the next location."
"Locate the nearest town on map."
[The nearest town: Marcus Valley, has been located on the map]
"Open map."
"Hmm... so it's 7.6 kilometers south of my current position. But why is a town located deep in the forest? I guess I'll have to go and find out."
Julius revved the engine and accelerated toward Marcus Valley.
Down below, the battlefield lay in silence—bodies scattered, survivors fleeing—men, women, and children running through the trees.

SMIRK
Julius was ecstatic. He was genuinely enjoying himself—more than he ever did in the real world. The air here was clean, refreshing. And back in the real world? Full of pollution and stress. No one to nag him. No pressure. Just freedom.
Magic, Saya, Maiden Gacha V2, and a whole new planet to explore. It wasn't just a game—it felt like a dream.
A dream come true.
He could do whatever he wanted here.
But there was one thing that was bothering him.
He was being followed.
Followed by something unknown.
And he could feel it—because his Accuracy stat was high enough to sense it.
Whatever it was, it was not only keeping up with his hover-bike—it might even be faster.
