The girl stiffened as Anna blocked her path, but after a few silent moments, she straightened her back and gripped the bottle tighter in her fist.
"I'm not going back. I… I've fallen for your companion. I want to spend the night with him. This might be my only chance."
She said, her voice trembling slightly, but determined.
Anna blinked. For a second, she thought she misheard. Her mouth fell slightly open in disbelief.
"What?"
The girl took a shaky breath.
"I've seen him around. He's strong, he's quiet, and he's got that look in his eyes. I can't just do nothing."
Anna stared at her, dumbfounded. Then, slowly, she shook her head and stepped forward.
"You need to turn around. Right now. Before you do something stupid."
The girl's expression changed instantly. Her frustration bubbled up, her voice sharp and accusing.
