A couple of weeks passed,and tian yi ended up having his strange dreams multiple times,but this time he wasn't scared anymore.
He always became observant when he found himself in the void,and strangely the pulsating darkness felt soothing…
Today was one such day….
He floated in the void of his consciousness,then suddenly—blinding light erupted…
Astral light rained down on what seemed to be enemies on the opposite end…fighting back,the enemies roared,
Both sides plunged thier weapons and magical arts into the body of each other,creating a gruesome and lamentable scene…
The heavens howled at each life taken,it rumbled,as if pleading with them to cease the blood shed.
The dreams were becoming vivid,the environment became much more lucid,the faces of the combatants,and thier techniques were still very much blurry,as if to hide a heavenly secret.
Tian yi observed silently,his heart aching as always,but this time he wasn't confused or searching to actively escape the dream realm….he wanted to observe,collect and piece fragments of these dreams,according to uncle tian,these were evidence of his descent,the way to knowing the truth,
"I know I'm my mom and dad's child,but—I guess my existence isn't that simple anymore",
He was a cultivator now,a genius at that.
He was able to deduce that his origins were most likely far grander,than simply being yang ye and yang xin's kid,but still he had to take each step at a time….
GASP!!!!
After several minutes,he regained consciousness,panting and sweating.
Each dream land experience was mentally draining,though it improved ever since he became calm anytime he entered,it was still a taxing experience nonetheless.
Straightening his body,he sat down cross legged and started meditating.
white light shined through his eye lids,and a faint dragon mark was shining on his chest…he had activated the fourth astral projection,his body had a faint white glow on it.
Several hours passed,yang ye was still sitting cross legged.
But now uncle tian had appeared by his side,his hand placed on Tian yi's back,channeling a strange milky white energy into it…
Tian yi visibly shook,slightly,before going back to normal.
Uncle tian removed his hand,looking at tian yi,he had a soft smile on his face,"well,young master,I can only give you this for now…..it shall come in handy if your life were to be ever be in danger.
Hopefully you rise to the top",
he said looking at the sky,the warm sun kissing thier skin under the peach blossom tree..
"Such a beautifully sight—-but life can never be that easy",
He sighed.
Finally tian yi opened his eyes,the light in them softly dimmed until his iris became its regular white color.
The faint dragon mark on his chest disappeared also.
Feeling a presence behind him,he immediately knew it was uncle tian.
He stood up ,turned to face uncle tian and then—bowed deeply
He began,"uncle tian….i've always seen you as my second father,I might call you uncle tian,but I really don't see you any less than my parents..
You have always cared,guided me,and put me through every thing I know about cultivation.
I'm deeply thankful uncle tian,I want you to know that"
"The recent dreams I've been having made me understand,that—our relationship is far from simple…you call me young master,and I don't really know why,but i could infer that I possess a more illustrious background than I currently can imagine.
The dreams and your reactions to when you first found out about them where a dead giveaway..
I believe that since I most likely have a cause for being born,I shall fulfill it!!!
I can't stay in this forest any longer,I will now go and see the outside world,formally starting my journey of cultivation,I've been protected by you and my parents for a long time now—-let me grow strong enough so that when we meet again….I will be the one to protect you guys!!!"
Tian yi spoke in a clam tone,clenching his hand,as the peach blossoms fell around them ,cascading down like a scene cut out of the realm of immortals…
Staring at tian yi for a while,uncle tian then answered,
"You have finally grown up,my young master..hahaha,it is about time you go out and learn about the outside world and thier methods…the truth about your origins shall come to light in due time….i cannot be the one to tell you,young master"
"It's okay uncle tian,there would be no use finding out now that I'm still weak and can hardly protect myself",
Tian yi was a smart child,quickly deducing that the calamity in the dream land had a connection with him,given his current power level,he would be obliterated by just standing close to any one of the random soldiers in that dream land.
Nodding slightly,uncle tian stood up,
"Then I guess as a farewell gift,It's time for you to learn the—-Astral Sovereign-Art",
A low hum sounded in the distance….,dark clouds gathered,thunder and lightning raged,striking down towards the forest below….
"Huh??"
'heavenly mandate was even spread to the veil bound realms??,what a bunch of scaredy cats…they're still trying to erase every sprout in the ten lands…let's see if this low level mandate can stop me from doing my thing.',uncle tian was surprised by the turn of events,regaining his composure he simple extended his hands,taking a Buddha like stance and then chanted a single word
"Ohm",
Suddenly astral light burst into exists around him,unlike tian yi that had to summon his from the sky,it seemed uncle tian was the source himself,
The astral light soared into the air….passing through the barrier around the forest and then entering into the eye of the storm above,the eye shook ,and then blinked with fear in it,it shuddered and then rapidly retreated,the sky becoming clear again…
....
"What was that!!! "
"Quick!!,report to the sect master,a treasure must have been born at that spot"
In the cultivation cities around,almost everyone saw the blinding light that soared into the sky,they had mistaken it for an unparalleled cultivation treasure,unbeknownst to them what really happened..
