Vergil was on a hill while sitting on a plastic chair overlooking konoha at dusk.
He was overthinking about what to do and not to do and muttering, "there's so much injustice in this world".
Only thinking of others being hurt, they gain pleasure from it, vergil gritted his teeth before recounting a certain someone in a movie he had watched when he was young.
He sighed before returning to his humble abode.
"Only you can bring others to justice", he was staring at a man dressed in a black outfit the man standing in front of him had an extremely ugly expression under the mask.

The man was sent to sand village for nightly activities.
One week later.
It was midnight in sand village and two ninjas were strolling until they saw a kid looting in an alley, they looked at each other before smiling.
"Hey kid what's wrong did you lose your parents"
The two men, were in front of kid before smiling mischiefly.
The kid whose face was dirty looked up and saw there malicious gaze and took a step back.
When they saw this they smiled further and walked closer to the boy and said " well well brat my fists were itchy and you look like the perfect tool for letting this itch disappear".
The boy frightened immediately fell to the ground terrified and closed his eyes expecting to be hit.
Meanwhile the two men who were walking towards the boy stood still, wondering where the hell this guy who appeared out of nowhere came from.
Especially that appearance, what the man was wearing, you could only see his lower face. But under the suit he was wearing you could see well impacted muscles.
"Hey who the hell are you, are you wanting to be hero huh!".
One the guys screamed at the masked man.
Meanwhile the masked guy who had jumped down from the alley high wall stared at them before saying in a deep menacing voice.
"Be a hero, who I am, there is only one thing I am that is darkness and the one who deliverers justice to evil maniacs like yourselves".
The two men who was standing there dumbfounded and then started laughing wildly.
"Hahahaha this guy thinks he can bring justice to us!".
They pulled out their kunai's and said to the masked man, "beat it wannabe we just wanna let loose our stress or you'll regret confronting us".
The masked man who was standing in front of them when they pulled out their kunai's had disappeared they were shocked.
"Hey stay on guard that guy may be an elite jonin".
One of the men said this but he didn't get an answer but as soon he turned around he saw his friend hanging upside down on a lamppost with a wire on his ankles unconscious with broken limbs.
The man who saw this was terrified and shouted "come out you bastard!".
"I'm right behind you".
The man immediately attacked but was caught by the masked man's hand, he twisted the ninjas arm and it dislocated, the ninja screamed but before he got a chance to scream more the man in black stood over the ninja.
"Wait wait I was wrong don't kill me please, don't I was just joking before I wasn't serious".
The masked man who was standing over the ninja looked like a menacing giant staring at a child.
Before the ninja could say anything more he was picked up by the arm, he was staring in the eyes of the masked man, then he choked knowing full well his words were falling on deaf ears.
The masked man said in deep groggly voice"you asked me who I was let me tell you".
Before the ninja could react he was punched in the stomach which felt like he had got hit by a bull running at 40mph in a pinpointed spot making him cough up blood.
The masked man picked the ninja up by the collar and said "I'm Batman".
He threw the ninja to ground and said "I am justice!" and started breaking the ninjas body as he did to his friend.
The boy who heard the scream looked up with tears in his eyes and saw a 6.2ft man in a black like Bat suit in the dead of night violently beating a would be soon enough attacker.
The boy was so shocked he couldn't blink or speak but when he blinked after a long time the masked man was gone almost as if he had never appeared but the aftermath is still there.
The boy looked at his attackers which were twitching and unconscious on the ground, he immediately decided to run out of the alley.
Meanwhile on a building not far away, Batman was staring at the boy running, and smiled before using his grappling gun to hook himself away.
3 weeks later in sunagakure hokage's office
Chiyo slammed her hand on the desk staring at the aged young man in front of her with a glare.
"Rasa I've been telling you about this damn crusader running rampant within our village for 2 weeks and your still unable do anything is being kazekage a joke to you!".
Rasa staring at the picture of the man in his hands causing a massive stir within the village and being unable to find him almost as if he was a ghost, rasa looked up crunching the paper in hands.
"I've been trying chiyo sama but this guy is like an illusion almost like he doesn't exist yet does appearing at night attacking civilians and ninjas alike when they cause a trouble".
Meanwhile in other villages
Hey have you heard in sunagakura there's this masked man going around beating up evil doers in the name of justice severally crippling them.
This kept happening for a couple more weeks before others started revering this crusader as an incarnate of justice itself while others saw him as an annoying bug.
And vergil who was making his breakfast in his humble abode with ashida and bond stared at his percentage.
And humming a song.
