Eira's POV
The entire day had been filled with fun and enjoyment.
Raven, more than anyone, had exhausted himself completely. By the time evening arrived, his eyes were heavy, his small body leaning into Kael for support. Kael ensured he ate properly before he slept.
"He won't wake up until morning," Roman said as Kael carried Raven to our room who had fallen asleep. "He's drained every ounce of energy he had."
"He had the best day of his life," Lucian replied, stretching his legs across the center table. "We heard him laugh today. Actually laugh. That sound… it was something else."
"It'll be even better when he starts talking," Rafe said lazily, glancing at Jason, sitting beside him on the side of the sofa. "Hey, Doc. What's your professional opinion? How long before he calls me daddy?"
