This was going to be annoying.
I looked up at the intruder who had dared to cast a shadow over my glorious body. Of all people, he was the last one I expected to interact with this soon… but oh well, life hates me anyway.
"How dare you humiliate me?" The boy demanded arrogantly.
…Okay, I'll take it back.
I should have expected this guy.
I mean, I did shower him in glass shards when I exploded through the window like a cool superhero.
This guy was a Dragon Prince who valued his reputation more than his own life. So, him marching up to me like this was completely normal.
"That wasn't my mistake," I replied, matching his tone with pure arrogance. "Why were you even sitting there to begin with? You should have known the great me hadn't made his entrance through that window yet."
…Okay, that was low-key cringe.
But also extremely funny.
