"We secured a leopard-eared girl. Are these three kids all of them?"
As he watched the children being led outside, Basqual flicked his long lion tail sharply in irritation and checked with Jihl.
"Were there any others?"
"No, it seems these are all the children."
Then, he gave orders to the police officers who had entered with them to tie up and restrain the men sprawled on the ground.
Hearing that, Cocoboha shook the bear-eared man he still had by the collar once more.
"Hey! Were there any others? We'll find out soon enough if we check. There's no point in hiding it. Come on, out with it!"
He bared his lips and flashed his sharp canine teeth, threateningly growling.
"You're just like a thug. So tell me—why is the leader of the wolf clan, who's supposed to be declaring himself king, here of all places? Why aren't you stay in your estate?"
Basqual interjected with a tone of exasperation. Jihl, for his part, completely agreed.
