Floris took a shaky breath, but something was wrong.
Again, her nose began to bleed. A thin line of red dripped down her lips. She wiped it with the back of her hand, but more followed. Her body was starting to give out.
Inside floris' mind floris was standing in a dark, cold space. Blood covered the ground like water, deep and endless. In the center stood Rindel then floris quickly grabbed her
"Rindel! What are you doing?" she shouted, her voice echoing in the blood-soaked void.
Rindel didn't answer she was in a hurry She looked at Floris with cold eyes as if she didn't matter much
Then, without warning, she shoved Floris backward.
Floris fell hard into the pool of blood. It swallowed her, dragging her under again
Outside her mind, Floris let out a broken scream.
"Ahhhhhhhh!"
Her body trembled. Her hands gripped the sides of her head. She dropped to her knees, struggling to stay upright.
Zed stepped back, confused. His sword stayed ready.
"What the-?" he muttered, unsure what was happening.
Suddenly, Floris raised her head. Her eyes were wide with fury and pain. Her voice shook with rage as she yelled
"That's enough!"
A wave of black energy exploded from her. It wrapped around Zed, Kochi, and herself, forming a massive dark sphere. The outside world vanished in an instant. Nothing but darkness remained inside the dome.
The air inside was heavy and hard to breathe.
Floris stood at the center, her nose still bleeding. Blood dripped down her chin, but she didn't care. Her focus was sharp.
"Let's see who comes out on top," she said in a low, angry voice. "I despise you hunters… every single one of you."
She raised her hand, black power pulsing from her skin like fire.
"And I will find Grayslake."
