His eyes were already on the Sentinel Behemoth.
The ground trembled as the titan lifted its colossal stone head to stare at him. It had witnessed the death of a monarch—and now recognized a singular truth.
This human… was a threat to the dungeon.
The Behemoth's full power flared.
Mountains cracked. Poison geysers erupted. The dungeon roared in response.
Xavier rolled his shoulder casually, as though warming up.
"Now that you don't have your little lapdog," he said calmly, "let's finish this."
He clenched his dagger.
