NEXT ONE CHAPTER WILL BE UPLOADED HERE IN 48 HOURS.

A great war—

It ended in catastrophe for both the Beasts Pirates and the Big Mom Pirates.

Charlotte Linlin, one of the Four Emperors of the Sea, was directly eliminated by Shen Yuan!

Two of the three Sweet Commanders perished; the last vanished without a trace.

On the Beasts Pirates' side, two of the three All-Stars fell, and the final one met death in a desperate clash, costing Kaido his beloved's life!

Morgans had already begun layout work for a massive front-page headline, with the global circulation of World Economic News proceeding at full speed.

At this moment, on Onigashima, several days had passed since that climactic war.

Inside a shattered cave, Kaido sat motionless, face shrouded in unease.

Though King (Jhin) had no visible wounds, the psychological trauma was immense—unprecedented.

It wasn't that Shen Yuan didn't injure him… In his case, injury meant death.

If that man makes a move—blood will be spilled.

"Boss Kaido, regarding Kozuki's succession as the Shogun of Wano…"

Kaido waved dismissively, tone indifferent.

"Let them do as they please. I can't afford another all-out war like that again."

Jhin bowed slightly, relieved.

His caution hadn't been misplaced after all.

---

Meanwhile, in Totto Land—

The seat of power for the Charlotte Family had fallen into disarray.

In this war, Big Mom had committed the entirety of her forces to ally with Kaido!

Perospero, tall and lean with a pointed chin and heavy eye makeup, gripped his candy cane tightly as he scowled at the morning paper.

Front page headline:

> "Two Yonko Clash with the God of Death! Who Survives? Full Story Inside—"

Perospero read further, his face growing paler by the second.

Excerpt:

> "Yesterday evening, Kaido and Charlotte Linlin coordinated a joint ambush at sea to trap the Supernova known as 'Shinigami' Shen Yuan.

However, the Charlotte Pirates were nearly annihilated. One Sweet Commander is unaccounted for. All others, including Empress Charlotte Linlin, are confirmed dead!

On the Beasts Pirates' side, only one All-Star survives.

The entire battle's destruction was wrought by one man—Shen Yuan.

After the conflict, he disappeared. His status: missing."

Perospero's breath caught.

"Mama… is dead?"

He staggered.

"Is this real? Is Mama truly… gone?"

He struggled to grasp reality—but mourning had to wait.

Without Big Mom's iron grip, Totto Land faced collapse.

Perospero scanned the room filled with stunned Charlotte children, steeling himself.

This catastrophe would engulf the family.

"Everyone, prepare for a family meeting tonight. I have something to announce."

He turned and walked toward the coastline, face grim.

Now was the time to assert control.

In Wano — Flower Capital

A new Shogun had been chosen.

The courtesan Kozuki Hiyori was named provisional Shogun, charged with overseeing the restoration of Wano.

But Hiyori couldn't bring herself to celebrate.

She was now Shogun—yet Denjiro had vanished.

She consoled herself by assuming he was engaged in important affairs elsewhere.

With a sigh, Hiyori sat at her desk, diving into stacks of governance documents.

Among them lay a freshly delivered newspaper.

She unfolded it with curiosity—only to freeze.

Her eyes widened as she read.

Shock turned to horror.

Could it be—Shen Yuan had led the Red Scabbards in a decisive battle against Kaido?

No wonder!

No wonder he hadn't appeared!

Her hands trembled as she continued.

The report confirmed it: Kaido had survived, but Charlotte Linlin had intervened… and died.

A war of such scale—

And Denjiro?

Hiyori dared not imagine the worst.

Still, gratitude welled up in her heart.

"In any case… Lord Shen Yuan has helped the Kozuki family once again!"

Marine Headquarters – New Marineford

Fleet Admiral Sengoku frowned darkly at the newspaper.

This morning's edition was maddening.

Yet—beneath his weathered face hid astonishment.

"Shen Yuan killed the captain of the Charlotte Pirates?"

Sengoku reclined in his chair, arms crossed, eyes fixed on the ceiling.

"That old fool Garp still hasn't returned… If he sees this paper…"

Suddenly jolted upright, Sengoku slammed the table.

"No, this is bad!"

He snatched the Den Den Mushi and immediately dialed Garp.

No response.

A wave of unease hit him.

The line "Shen Yuan missing" echoed in his mind.

Then, a thought dawned—

"Could this be… deliberate?"

Sengoku slowly sank back into his seat.

"…Brilliant. A brilliant tactic."

A grin broke over his face.

"Feigning disappearance to reduce tension… But will the World Government buy it?"

Right on cue, a call came in.

"Hello? Sengoku?"

The speaker was Saint Vochuli, one of the Celestial Dragons.

Sengoku straightened up.

"Yes, Saint Vochuli?"

"Confirm whether this 'disappearance' of Shen Yuan is genuine. Understood?"

"Yes, sir. The Navy will dispatch Admiral Aokiji to the New World to investigate."

Saint Vochuli replied with satisfaction.

"Excellent. Keep me updated."

Click.

The line disconnected.

Sengoku sighed in relief.

Apparently, the Five Elders no longer dared send CP0 agents after Shen Yuan.

Each time they did—he killed them.

One after another.

Now, the responsibility fell squarely on the Navy's shoulders.

"Brrrrrt!"

The Den Den Mushi rang again.

Garp's booming voice came through:

"Yo! Sengoku, what's up?"

Garp, lounging in Makino's Tavern, took swigs of rum between sentences.

"You read the paper?"

"Of course!"

"Your grandson…"

"Hahaha! No need to worry, Sengoku. I'm fully aware."

Sengoku smiled knowingly.

So Shen Yuan had briefed Garp beforehand.

If Garp had gone rogue, there would've been chaos.

"My grandson really shook the New World, huh?"

"For sure," Sengoku admitted. "He faced Kaido and Linlin together—and emerged unscathed. The pirate crews… wiped out."

Garp laughed heartily.

"Wahahaha! That's my grandson!"

Though Shen Yuan hadn't done it under the Navy banner, Garp still held his head high.

Next time he saw Akainu, he'd rub it in:

Did you know? My grandson killed two Yonko crews solo!

Sengoku listened to Garp's joy with mixed feelings.

He had spent his life nurturing good marines.

But his own son became a revolutionary—and that regret never faded.

Now Shen Yuan had stepped in—fighting for justice, eliminating New World pirates.

Sengoku found comfort in that.

No pirate faction could stand against these three emerging powers now.

Then a thought darkened his brow—

Whitebeard.

His image loomed in Sengoku's mind.

If only that old relic would cast aside piracy…

Sengoku pondered it deeply.

Aokiji, Smoker, Tsuru, Gion (Momousagi)—so many powerful pieces were now moving across the board.
