From the next morning, all people saw the new Bravis. I took some good decisions, which have the potential to change the country and corruption from here. The corruption was in all sectors of government work, from education to leadership. But one thing is that all people were not corrupted; some are there who are responsible toward their work. So, by taking them, I took some serious actions. At first we worked in the education sector. We removed the government school and college teachers. We decided to check the capability of the teacher, so we gave them 3 months to prepare for the exam. After 3 months we took an exam for the teacher. In that exam, all teachers from the corners of the country participated in the exam. Paper was hard, and limited seats were there, and those who passed were kept, and those who didn't score passing marks were removed from government jobs, and private teachers who scored passing marks are appointed to government teacher posts.
We also made a system for education, i.e., the course content should match the future needs, and the course content should be changed every 4 years. Those persons who are above 60 or in their 60s, we retired them. We allocated 40% of our budget to education, which also includes improving the infrastructure of schools and colleges. We conducted people awareness to promote the importance of education on TV and social media.
Then we moved to the next target, which is government officers. As when I was a normal person, I noticed that government officers were very lazy, and they took a whole day for small work. Due to that reason somewhere they are misusing their power. So, by considering their laziness, we removed the permanent system and made it like a private job. We gave them notice that if any complaint is found for delay of work and laziness, then that particular department will be removed and they will be replaced by a new one.
Our decisions are working, and that brings some change in the country. But at one decision we faced a problem in one area.

In 1970 our ex-prime minister (David Rice) had an agreement that both countries (Velmora and Drevenica) would have open borders for trade purposes, and one country person could get employment in another country, which could solve the problem of unemployment. Many of Drevenica's citizens were working there, and many of Velmora's agents were in Drevenica to keep an eye on government action. Our country was dependent upon Velmora's produced goods.
