Luke, Todoroki, and Monoma rushed out of the campsite as if ghosts were chasing them.

With a powerful gust of wind that sent the dust rolling in all directions, she took to the sky, letting out a majestic caw-like roar.
On the ground, Erasure Head, Vlad King, and the others came rushing out.
The two Pros looked shaken, but it was only Aizawa whose mouth had flattened into a thin line, his fingers balling into fists as he saw Nyx disappearing into the distance.

Vlad King nodded, regaining his faculties. "And I thought he was the most reasonable kind…" he commented, disappointed. "Not only had he put his life in danger, but Todoroki and Monoma's, too."
"But they left with him willingly, Sir," Snappy interjected.
"That's…" Vlad King scratched his chin. "… true."

Monoma, cursing under his breath, activated Delay on himself, keeping his eyes open. In the spherical region that covered his entire body, the upper layer of Nyx's feathers, and Todoroki and Luke's legs, everything came to a stagnant crawl.
Then, as Luke and Todoroki opened their mouths to curse him for not moving away first, Monoma switched to Erasure.
Just as the Villain was about to fire the insanely large ball of fire, Monoma's hair lifted slowly as he erased his Quirk.
With a fiery puff, all the fire originating from the Villain ceased to exist.
And, in the shocked silence that replaced the sight of battle, Nyx dived like a feathery missile…
