Chapter 5632: Indignant
Little Mo Bao clapped his small hands, giggling, "Good, good! Bring out Great-Grandmaster and Grandmaster; Little Tuanzi wants to play with them."
God Venerable Taohua blinked, then said, "I think... we should let Heavenly Dao go."
Feng Changqing nodded. "I personally agree."
In their eyes, Grandpa Heavenly Dao was truly miserable, having simply attracted this mother-son duo and being tricked to the point of spitting blood.
"Anyway, our goal is just to keep Heavenly Dao from causing trouble."
"Since that's achieved, then... let's move on."
Everyone nodded in unison. The Eastern Dominator, recovering from his bewildered state, silently followed behind the group. This individual was someone who dared to trick even Heavenly Dao; what else wouldn't she dare to do?
Meanwhile, Grandpa Heavenly Dao was furious, stomping his feet and cursing loudly inside that "Heavenly Pit."
He never expected that after a lifetime of tricking others, he would now be tricked to the point of spitting blood by such a small individual! Was there anything more humiliating than this?
At this moment, the old man realized that he was surrounded by several layers of tightly bound talisman arrays, like an iron barrel. To get out, he had to break through these arrays first.
"You little bastard," the old man Heavenly Dao cursed resentfully. "Just wait until I get out; I'll show you, you little brat."
"Before that little brat's master and grandmaster can arrive, I'll catch her and beat her to death first."
"That old man is cursing me right now," Qiaomu said, pouting and snorting.
"Qiaoqiao, you heard him?"
"No," Madam Qiaoqiao said, fiddling with the vine branch in her hand. "I wouldn't bother listening to his nonsense."
Qiaomu ran two steps forward and pointed. "Nine Palace Illusion Array."
Heavenly Dao set this up here; he's trying to trick people again, isn't he? It was a shame, but Madam Qiaoqiao recognized the array in front of her at a glance.
Everyone chuckled softly.
The Eastern Dominator followed a few steps forward, looking left and right. "Madam Mo, is there a way to break this talisman array?"
"It's no fun if it's broken," Qiaomu said earnestly. "Where there's crisis, there must be opportunity. There must be many good things in this Nine Palace Illusion Array."
Little Mo Bao leaned into his father's ear and whispered with a giggle, "Mommy can't break the grand array."
Mo Lian held back a laugh and nodded gently. It made sense; Heavenly Dao wasn't a pushover after all. The reason he was subdued by the little one earlier was because he had no guard against her. Plus, who would have known that Qiaoqiao, the moment she entered and exited the palace with a wall-penetrating talisman, would immediately create a pit at the entrance? No one could keep up with Madam Qiaoqiao's bizarre thought process.
Qiaomu walked to the front of the illusion array and drew a revealing talisman in the air, then slapped it out.
The silent air in front of them trembled, and hundreds of purple-glowing talismans suddenly appeared in mid-air, flashing and then instantly disappearing.
"Go, go!" Madam Qiaoqiao waved her small hand, directing everyone to quickly enter the array.
The scenery abruptly shifted from spring and summer to deep winter. Before them lay a treacherous chasm between towering mountains, with biting north winds howling.
Qiaomu remained expressionless; she had already pulled out a large fur cloak from her inner world and wrapped herself in it. She looked back at everyone's thin spring clothes, an expression like she was looking at idiots, and silently turned her head away.
"Daddy, Little Tuanzi isn't cold," Little Mo Bao, wrapped in a fur coat by Mo Lian and resembling a round little ball, protested in his arms.
