Aozora shot back, "The Fourth didn't have to earn any big merits with Konoha before mastering the Flying Thunder God!"
Kyudai frowned slightly and interrupted, "Aozora, weren't you just saying the most important thing now is winning the villagers' and major clans' trust? Won't this make the Clan Leader..."
Aozora shot him a sharp look and cut Kyudai off mid-sentence.
"Studying those forbidden techniques? That's for the Hokage's own good too!"
Confused, Kyudai asked, "What do you mean?"
Fugaku also looked puzzled.
