LOGAN'S POV.
The wind felt different as it was cold and rash. It bit at my skin in a way I'd never experienced before. My heartbeat raced wildly in my chest except… it didn't sound like my heartbeat. The rhythm was off, it was stronger and slower.
Lucius's voice thundered in front of me, "What did you do to me?!"
He rushed at me so fast that I didn't even have time to think. His hand gripped my clothes tightly…no, my chest, because technically, it wasn't even my body he was grabbing anymore. His face was filled with fury and confusion all at once, and his eyes were burning like hot coal.
"What did you do to me, Logan?" he roared again, shaking me. "Why am I in your body?!"
I could hear the crack in his voice as it was full of rage mixed with something I'd never thought I'd hear from Lucius… fear.
