Hospital Room – Morning
Nirvay sat beside Arohi, tears still clinging to his lashes.
Arohi: "Nirvay, stop crying now. It's not good for you."
Nirvay tried to smile.
Arohi: "Thank you... for loving me so deeply."
Nirvay (teasingly): "Only a thank you? I deserve more than that."
Arohi (smiling): "And what do you think you deserve?"
Nirvay: "Your yes. Marry me, Arohi."
Arohi leaned forward, hugging him tightly: "I can't say no to you."
Nirvay (kissing her head): "Thank you."

A Few Minutes Later – Hospital Room
Arohi's parents entered the room.
Arohi's Father (placing a hand on her head): "Beta, we have no objections to your marriage with Nirvay. We couldn't ask for a better man for our daughter."
Arohi's Mother: "I still can't believe such a grounded, kind-hearted boy chose our daughter. When he told me he would take you to his flat after discharge for continued treatment, I hesitated due to society's judgment. But when he said, 'Aunty, I'll marry her within 2–3 months, by then she'll be better,' I had tears in my eyes."
Arohi: "And Bhaiya?"
Arohi's Father: "When he left for duty, he told us, 'Maybe even we couldn't do what Nirvay has done for Arohi.'"
Arohi's Mother: "We're happy, beta. We trust Nirvay will care for you better than we ever could."
Arohi smiled with moist eyes.

Night – Hospital Room
Nirvay: "You should sleep. You look tired."
Arohi: "You look more tired, Nirvay. You've been working non-stop."
Nirvay: "I promised everyone I'll fix everything. I have to."
Arohi: "I must say, your charm works everywhere—Mom, Dad, Bhaiya... everyone praises you. You have magic, Nirvay. Even in school, you had a fan club."
Nirvay (smiling): "And yet, I fell for the only girl who was immune to my magic. You, Arohi. You took the antidote the day you met me."
Arohi (laughs): "It's not like your magic didn't work. But..."
Nirvay: "But your thoughts held you back. You don't know how much I've suffered in these 5 years."
Arohi: "I know. I've been holding back too... thinking I wasn't worthy of you."
Nirvay: "Let's never make such mistakes again. Even if you try to leave, I won't let you."
They both laughed.
Nirvay kissed her forehead: "Good night, Arohi. Call me if you need anything."

Morning – Hospital
Nirvay left for the office after meeting Arohi.
Sukhi and Ayush visited Arohi.
Sukhi: "Arohi! I'm so happy for you. I was going to come last night, but thought you might need rest. Nirvay declared in front of the media that you're not just his assistant—you're his future wife!"
Arohi (shocked): "What?!"
Sukhi showed her the media clip. Ayush smiled warmly.
Ayush: "He shut everyone up with that one line. That's what love means—standing strong no matter what."
Sukhi: "I always knew Nirvay was like this. But you were blind, girl! And don't even get me started on Shreya..."
Arohi's expression dimmed: "She's working at Nirvay's company now."
Sukhi: "What?! That witch! If she tries anything again, I'll break her face!"

Nirvay's Office – Cabin
Shreya entered.
Nirvay: "If it's about work, sit. If it's personal, I'm not interested."
Shreya: "Can't we even be friends now?"
Nirvay: "Friends don't betray each other."
Shreya: "You know why I did what I did. I wasn't wrong."
Nirvay: "You were chasing something that was never yours. I never had feelings for you, Shreya."
Shreya (tearfully): "Why, Nirvay? Before Arohi came, we were close."
Nirvay: "Close, yes. But I never felt for you what I feel for Arohi. That's the truth."
Shreya stormed out, heartbroken.

Two Days Later – Nirvay's Flat
Arohi had been discharged and shifted to Nirvay's flat.
Arohi: "Go sleep in your room, Nirvay. You can't work on the couch all night."
Nirvay: "I'll sleep here. If you need anything..."
Arohi: "Then why hire two nurses if you want to nurse me yourself? Go to your room."
Nirvay: "I'm fine here. I'll sleep in 10 minutes."
Arohi: "Come lie on the bed, even just for a while."
Nirvay hesitated: "I'm scared I might hurt you accidentally."
Arohi: "Just come for a bit, please."
He lay on one side, facing away. Arohi gently stroked his hair.
Arohi: "You work nonstop. You need rest too."
Nirvay: "Once the company is stable and you're healed, I'll take a break—with you."
Nirvay: "Even this, you stroking my hair... I could fall asleep right here."
Arohi: "Then go to your bed."
Nirvay: "Just because I won't sleep with you doesn't mean I can't sleep in the same room."
Arohi: "No one can win against you, Nirvay."
Nirvay (grinning): "Maybe not win, but I've happily surrendered."
Arohi (blushing): "Come closer."
He moved toward her. She gave him a soft kiss on the lips.
Arohi: "Good night."
Nirvay smiled and replied softly: "Good night."
Then he went to sleep on the couch, heart full.
