"BOOM!"
The instant their attacks collided, a storm of force erupted across the exiled world. The shockwaves rolled out endlessly, shaking the very fabric of reality. Even the superheroes scattered across the battlefield—beings who prided themselves on their own strength—were overwhelmed.
Compared to the titanic clash between the Wolf God and Zenkichi, they were like fragile mortals standing before the weight of the earth itself. Their bodies trembled under the sheer pressure, their heads pounding as if struck by invisible hammers.
The agony was unbearable. Some clutched their skulls with both hands, wishing they could knock themselves unconscious just to escape the crushing discomfort.
Yet, for all their suffering, the true battle was only between two.
The Wolf God, moments earlier certain of victory, staggered back with disbelief painted across his scarred face. His confidence wavered. His breath was ragged. Shock rippled in his eyes as he looked upon his hands, battered and torn from the clash.
"…I failed?"
The words left him slowly, as if he himself could not believe them.
His gaze returned to Arakawa Zenkichi, who stood unyielding amidst the devastation.
"Why? Why is it like this? By all logic, my strength should have been absolute."
Zenkichi's voice was calm, steady, and unshaken. "Absolute power decides everything."
He raised his hand, and though none of the spectators could see it, an invisible system interface appeared before him. A new line shone bright:
[Saitama – 100% Unlocked]
The Wolf God froze.
"…So that's it?"
The weight of realization pressed upon him. He had calculated every possibility, had seen the odds with perfect clarity: over ninety percent assured victory, with less than ten percent risk of defeat. To beings of their caliber, ninety percent was certainty.
Yet here he stood, defeated.
It should have been impossible. And yet, instinct whispered to him that Zenkichi's words were truth. What he had just faced was not a trick, not some hidden technique. It was simply overwhelming, unshakable strength—absolute power embodied.
"Why… why is his power so far beyond mine?"
Confusion lingered in the Wolf God's eyes, but he did not voice it further. The battle's outcome was decided, and questions no longer mattered.
He exhaled slowly, his tone heavy with resignation. "…I'll be looking forward to our next meeting."
With those words, the Wolf God's form blurred. In an instant, he vanished to the very edge of the exiled realm. His hands tore at the void itself, ripping open a jagged gap, and without hesitation he stepped into it. The space sealed shut behind him as he left.
The battlefield fell silent.
Zenkichi did not pursue. He stood firm, expression steady, watching as his opponent faded from sight. There was no need to give chase—victory was already his.
When the Wolf God was gone, Zenkichi's gaze shifted back to the battlefield. The fallen superheroes groaned across the ground, their eyes wide with pain and frustration. Among them, Loki stirred, rage and disbelief twisting across his face.
Zenkichi's expression remained unreadable as his eyes fell upon them all.
