After calming her excitement, Mei Terumi spoke, "There's one challenge with forming this alliance, and that's distance!"
Onoki nodded, "Relocating the entire village takes tremendous time. Even the closer shinobi villages to Konoha would still require travel, while the furthest ones might take an entire month to arrive. Akatsuki certainly won't allow us that much time!"
