The virtue skills that I acquired were the same ones before the seven virtues evolved theirs. So the effects and their abilities stayed the same.
Bela wasn't able to inform us with information that is necessarily current so we were teleporting there without any information about it. Bela once visited the human realm three hundred years ago and that's pretty much all the information she could give us.
Even though Bela couldn't provide information nor did Klaus and Lukas, I assured them it'll be fine, I am human after all.
After deliberately not learning my skill. I decided that it was time to learn the skill that gives me all these skills. Let's do it World's Voice!
{Superior skill [Empath] has four subskills: [Soul Link], [Soul Communication], [Soul Space], and [Soul Authority].}
{Subskill [Soul Link]: Allows you to create a soul connection with any individual, allowing you to acquire their skills, race, and mana with the percent chance of fifty percent.}
{Subskill [Soul Communication]: Allows you to telepathically communicate with linked individuals.}
{Subskill [Soul Space]: Allows you to store any physical matter in an imaginary space.}
{Subskill [Soul Authority]: Allows you to control the linked individuals who has recognized your soul as their master.}
Whoa! Those are insanely powerful... To think there was a fifty percent chance of not being able to obtain the skills, race, and mana of others. Maybe I'm just lucky?
Maybe... I do believe that there is a karmic balance, which means if I'm lucky now, it means I would be unlucky later. But if I'm unlucky now then I'll be lucky later. Which troubles me cause I was lucky. I don't want to wait for the unlucky, huhu!
I tried testing the soul communication and it works perfectly. Klaus and Lukas seemed energetically happy about hearing my voice in their heads.
A skill that acts like an inventory? Hmmm, the skill is risky though. I could touch an item and send it into the imaginary space but I can't see what the items I've put inside. Normally, inventory allows you to see what items are inside and how many there are, and with that function gone from soul space, I doubt I'd be able to use it properly.
Yeah... I don't want to control people... Is it possible to lock that skill or make it blacklisted so that I am not able to use it?
{No.}
I just won't use it or think about it because I don't like controlling people. I believe in freedom.
Replication, negative status immunity, foresight, fighting style mimicry, barrier creation, fusion and separation, and teleportation. Cool skills. I like teleportation.
There's a catch though, actually two: It requires a tremendous amount of mana; and I need to have at least visited the place one and very recent or I'd risk teleporting to a wall.
World's Voice really helped with that last catch.
I gave Klaus and Lukas a day to say their farewell to their people, both sins and virtues were sad they weren't coming, I'm sorry but both kingdoms need their generals so that it stays as a kingdom.
Of course, I assured them by talking to them through telepathy and they were relieved and happy to hear my voice. I told them that when something happens, they can talk to me through telepathy.
Since there was a day I could do whatever I wanted, I did everything. I learned the skills I acquired from the virtues. I also learned the positions that each sin and virtues held in their kingdoms.
The information overwhelmed me even with the fast thought process so I wasn't able to completely process it into my brain.
I spent the remaining day looking around in both demon kingdom and angelic kingdom, and it was easy to travel because of my teleportation skill.
For a kingdom, both kingdoms didn't have a lot of necessary things that are needed in one. I realized that they are not actually humans and don't need to behave like one so I just dropped it.
After the days passed, we were back at the meeting room. Bela is here because she's teleporting us there but why are all the sins and virtues here? That's good manners if they're sending me off. It was good manners to properly send off people or visitors when they are going so that we can see their safe travel.
——————Narrator: Klaus——————
Born to a race of superiority and prideful culture.
Even though I was just a baby, my destiny and my role was set in stone, a symbol of superiority, power, and hope. My role has always been the king of demons even before I was born.
What would I know about the day of my birth? My mother and my father haven't been there ever since I was born. For the sake of the culture, it made sense because a superior demon child like me would survive even without any help.
My parents did one thing right by me. They themselves assigned the seven people that will forever serve me as I live as the demon king.
I will never know whether I love or hate my parents because they have always been nowhere to be found in my life. But I owe them the seven people that I love.
Because I was their king, I made a promise to each of them.
Fara's obsession with knowledge and the extreme desire to obtain it inspired my promise to her. "An obsession with knowledge is something someone should never be ashamed of, I want you to be able to express your desire for it and obtain all the knowledge you want." I promised her.
Due to his timid and uninterested demeanor, he was deemed as the weakest demon general. The title was unfitting for Slein and I hated it. He grew embarrassed because of that title so I made sure that he's able to be timid and uninterested whenever he feels like it.
An unbeatable hunger. Venris would always lose to his appetite and would always be visibly uncomfortable when he knows he can't win against it. "I will make sure you will win your battles against your appetite so eat, that's an order." I told him.
I knew Orfus would know what it's like to be superior to others. But he didn't like seeing other people struggle while he easily does it in just his first attempt. "You'll be excellent at everything you try so don't frown when other people can't do it at their first try, but instead, you should be the one to encourage them no matter how many attempts it takes to succeed." I assured him.
Ever since she was a child, she had always been the most beautiful demon to ever exist, even now. "Just as you are envious to others, I hope you realize that others are envious to you. There is a reason you are called the most beautiful demon, Afentina." I complimented her.
Lust hasn't always been seductive as she is now. But even as a child, she'd use her charm to make other people give her what she wants. She'd always try to charm me so I gave her the option to seek out others in exchange for myself. "Charm everyone all you want." I said to her,
The Red Demon. A title given to her as a symbol of her destructive and angry nature. Ava has always been the one giving this kingdom trouble even when as a child. She would always be embarrassed whenever I hear that she has destroyed something but instead of being so, I made sure that she uses her destructive and angry nature towards something that is right.
The seven of them have something I lack and that is desire. Being a demon king has always been my role and my personality and because of it I grew arrogant and prideful.
Knowledge isn't something I desire, nor food, sleep, excellence, beauty, and authority. I do have authority because I'm simply born into it but if I wasn't, then would I have it at all? I wouldn't think so.
That's when I decided. When I saw him, I knew my role would be his servant. Serving someone who possesses chaotic potential as well as destructive nature? His power surpassed even mine.
I could tell by the size of his mana. A mana capacity as big as the demon kingdom.

——————Narrator: Lukas——————
Angels are beings of logic and reason.
My role has always been to just exist. There wasn't anything I could pursue or desire that wouldn't be applicable to a being like me.
I know it's embarrassing but being envious of my seven generals' personalities and desires have always been attached in my life.
Sarone's practicality and resourcefulness.
Gerard's gentleness, protectiveness, and reliability.
Feraris' analytical and creative persona.
Matthias' disciplined and pure-mindedness.
Varlet's humility and respectfulness.
Bela's nurturing and protective self.
And Poltar's wiseness.
It was a burden I carried for all my life. Maybe if I had gotten parental figures in my childhood, things would have been different.
I had no purpose, role, and identity. And because of that, I hated my life and what it meant. So much so that I wish everyone that I would die. Or hope that someone would put me out of my misery.
When I decided to become his servant, it wasn't because I simply wanted a purpose or a role. Hearing his strong desires reached my heart and it was the first time I didn't feel jealous. It was also the first time I felt like I had a purpose even if it was an illogical one at all.
I will eternally carry this memory of me impaling my sword to his chest. I would do my best to become his servant. Goodluck to us, Klaus.
——————End Narration——————
It was time for Bela to teleport us to the human realm, and because her recent visit to the human realm was three hundred years ago, I created a barrier surrounding the three of us.
It took a while to teleport us. I guess there's a delay in teleportation if you're doing it with other people or to other people because this didn't happen when I teleported all around both kingdoms.
We were successfully teleported to the human realm, though it's not like I thought it'd fail but yeah.
After we were transported, I noticed that we are currently in a circular room, filled with white-gold aesthetics.
From where I stood, I analyzed the room while Klaus and Lukas behind me stayed to watch me.
Analyzing the whole room, I saw the floor's white marble texture and its gold circle. We are literally in the center of the golden circle. To me, I'd say that this floor was made to make an entry for someone, like someone was ready to meet the people who appear exactly in the middle of this circle.
The room's not that spacious but the golden circle can probably fit thirty people inside. It's probably a teleportation or transportation point.
There is no way out. Not until I saw that there were two buttons in front of me. A button with an upwards arrow sign and another one with a downwards arrow sign.
It was clear to me that this very thing we are standing on is an elevator. I'm not exactly fond of elevators because of its dizzy experience when moving.
I knew it was an elevator so I pushed each button. This elevator is not really designed well. There's no floor buttons, that's fine, but no indication of where we are right now is an inconvenience.
This design doesn't look very technological compared to the technology my world had so this was probably created through magic and has magical components.
The upwards button didn't do anything, which means we are on the upper floor, but the downwards button did.
The floor started moving downwards. It's a nostalgic experience, but I'm not feeling any dizziness... I wonder why.
{Notice. Chaos Senses resists any negative mental effects.}
Oh. I see! Thanks!
The moment the floor stopped moving, Klaus and Lukas telepathically whispered to me, "Someone's waiting for us" while their posture tensed as if they were preparing to fight someone.
There weren't any doors but there was a space where there should be doors, so I'm assuming that is the exit.
The sunlight blocked my vision of the exit. As soon as my eyes adjusted and the sunlight went away, I saw people.
Seven people.
A person in front and six people behind him. The one in front of the six reminded me of someone because of his face.
"Welcome, visitors. I am the king of this kingdom, Francis Bell. Pleasure to meet you." Francis welcomed us.
Shocked at the sudden presence of a king, I calmly knelt in front of him. I telepathically ordered the two to do the same.
"Forgive me for my words but I'll be honest. I don't know anything about addressing royalties so my actions and words might offend you so please educate me when you get offended." I responded while kneeling.
I mean what else should I say? Probably my name... Oh well. I mean it is true that I don't know anything about royalties and how to address one so it's much better to get it out of the way.
"My name is Lester and here are my two companions, Klaus and Lukas." I introduced the three of us.
There's a lot of questions I have in my mind but one really pops out. Why is a king greeting us?
"So... I was just wondering what it is you want from us, I doubt a king would be meeting strangers." I gently asked.
"You're sent by an angel aren't you? To cure my wife. And yes, that is why I have my six strongest as a precaution." Francis informed me.
"We weren't sent here to cure your wife." I immediately replied, puzzled.
What does he mean by that? Bela didn't inform us so they were probably misinformed or misunderstood our appearance here.
The six behind him immediately went into a fighting stance as if they were cautious or ready to fight me. Is it because I said that I wasn't here to cure his wife? Probably.
I could sense that Klaus and Lukas were tense so I immediately remedied the situation.
"We're not here to fight or anything. We are simply here to explore." I informed them.
"I see, it would be rude for us to fight people sent by an angel." The six immediately calmed down as Francis responded.
"I know it's sudden but would you mind helping us save the queen?" Francis pleaded.
Hmmm... The people behind him are strong and powerful though, probably strong and powerful enough to heal anybody, especially that one person.
Anyways since he asked nicely, there was no reason to decline, more so that I like helping people because it's a nice thing to do.
"All right. I will try to help the queen but don't expect me to be able to instantly save her." I claimed.
"Thank you. As much as I would love to immediately save the queen, I am obliged to prepare a feast for you." Francis offered.
Hmm... Why not?
After getting out of the room, I looked at its exterior from the outside and found out it's a bell tower, a tower with a bell at the very top.
Beside the bell tower is the palace. A palace that looks the same to a church I know from my old world. Not to mention, it's as tall as the church but way too bigger than the churches from my old word.
It's kind of easy to know that we are going to have the feast inside the palace. I'm just wondering what it looks like.
The inside of the palace is huge. A hall and two fancy staircases at the sides and huge red carpet at the center of the floor.
The dining room and the guest rooms were on the second floor.
It's amazing but not as amazing as the angelic kingdom but not as disappointing as the demonic kingdom.
However, instead of white-gold and red-black aesthetics, it's red-gold. It's a well designed palace with chairs and tables.
I like the color red especially when it's paired with a color that makes it pretty in the eyes like gold or silver.
We were shown to our rooms or guest rooms to stay in while they prepare for the feast. It's kind of lucky that we got here in the morning so it should be easier for them to prepare a feast without any problems.
They gave us each room to stay in but Klaus and Lukas refused to leave me alone in a room so they both requested a room big enough for the three of us to stay in.
Luckily, they agreed without hesitation which means they don't have any problems with it..
We were shown this huge room at the left side corner of the building, it was easy to get in here so I won't be getting lost. I am really bad at directions.
The left staircase in the first floor, which is the hallway, then you turn left in which you will see three doors. At the very end of the hallway is where our rooms are.
Opening the door, three beds came to view, the center being the biggest while the other two in its side are, I'm guessing, medium size beds.
Three bathrooms for us to bathe.
We waited til they were done getting the foods and stuff for the feast to be ready.
I can't wait to see what this world's food has to offer, I really like food, hehe.
It's currently eleven in the morning right now.
We waited until four hours later and after waiting, they were done preparing.
We were told by a maid to go to the dining room.
Entering the room, I noticed the huge roasted boar placed at the center of the long rectangular table.
There's also fruits, beverages, and foods that I haven't seen before. Or have seen before but not familiar.
That roasted boar reminds me of something from my old world. There were also foods that reminded me of a certain country back in my old world. A country known for its fancy delicious foods.
Anyways we were told to sit at the left side of the king, the six would sit on the right side of the king and us on the left side.
The feast started around thirty minutes after we went into the room.
It was only a few minutes after the feast began that francis shared the story of the beginning of this kingdom
Three hundred years ago, a nameless town was visited by an angel. The angel disguised itself to appear human and explored the town. The angel met a handsome guy named Fred.
Through Freds' irresistible charm and company to the angel, the angel fell in love. Just a year later, a baby boy is born by the love formed by the angel and Francis.
The angel who just wanted to explore, stayed for the baby. Until five years later, the angel left, without a trace.
Fred didn't know that she was an angel, all he knew was that her name was Bela and she is the most beautiful woman he had ever known.
Fred was saddened by her disappearance. He knew he had to raise the baby alone.
Bela left something for Fred–it was gold bars.
Fred knew Bela didn't leave them for no reason, and the gold bars were proof, he loved her even when she left.
Fred named his baby Francis Bell. Bell because it sounded like Bela.
Fred used all his power and the gold bars to create the kingdom for his love for Bela so that one day, she can easily know he loved her.
Fred was kind and was loved by all the people in town. The gold bars Bela left and the amount of money it meant did not make Fred greedy.
Fred helped all the people and created the kingdom we knew now.
The townsfolk did not object to Fred being the king. Fred didn't even propose being the king, it was the townsfolk that did.
In just five years, Fred created the nation called the Kingdom of Bell. In the mountain Fred met Bela, he created a bell tower where he saw her.
He decided to create the kingdom castle beside the tower so he would be able to quickly go to it when she appears.
Even after she left, he did not lose hope that she might come back. Fred wasn't even able to imagine how he was going to tell his child that his mother left.
For the five years of Francis' life, she was there. Fred hopes that Francis remembers her and holds on to those memories he made with her, because Fred knew he would never forget her.
Fred has successfully created the castle and the tower and the walls of the nation. He was finally satisfied. He knew he wanted to leave his title as king to his son Francis.
Francis was a happy child before her mother's disappearance but now he wonders and asks his father when is mother going to come home.
Fred is puzzled on what to tell him so he always replies "Soon."
Francis may be a child but he knew the boundaries in which he cannot ask his father what happened to his mother.
Francis knows that his mother's disappearance makes his father sad, so he just kept quiet.
Francis grew up and became ten years old. He awakened something, a power.
He saw something in front of him.
{Angelic blood has been detected.}
{Forming an inherent skill....}
{Forming skill...} {Success...}
{Superior skill [King of Memories] has been acquired.}
{Activating...} {Activated.}
{Accessing all memories...} {Success.}
Francis fainted from all the memories he was able to access, all memories at once, he was a child so he couldn't handle it.
Fred saw Francis fainting so he immediately went to him only to realize Francis was glowing, emitting a gold aura.
Francis woke up. He remembers it all. That his mother was an angel.
He told his father all the memories he has about Bela being an angel.
Fred was thankful about the memories Francis shared with him and hugged him tightly while sobbing.
Generations have passed. The eleventh Francis bore a child with his wife, Esca. Through their love, they gave birth to seven babies.
Manuel, Gust, Ivis, Eva, William, Sarin, and Francis. Four sons and three daughters. They were given birth at that order, Manuel being the oldest, and Francis being the youngest.
They were septuplets, born in the same year and day.
At their tenth birthday, they have also awakened a power just like the first Francis.
Manuel obtained the superior skill [Swordmaster].
Gust obtained the superior skill [Unbreakable].
Ivis obtained the superior skill [Magician].
Eva obtained the superior skill [Inventor].
William obtained the superior skill [Beast Tamer].
Sarin obtained the superior skill [Saint].
And lastly, Francis obtained the superior skill [King of Memories].
The six became the pillars of this kingdom due to their talents while Francis became the next king when the previous king died.
That is the history of the Holy Kingdom of Bell.
Wow... That's quite the story, it was interesting.
Hmm... So is the Francis I'm speaking to, all the francis from all generations or not?
{Cannot answer.}
Thanks for trying, though.
The story was really long and I ate a lot of foods that I haven't tried before from when I was in my old world because it wasn't accessible if you're not rich.
The details of the foods is something I can't really explain, they were just too good.
After Francis told the story to us, each of the siblings introduced themselves to us.
The introductions are done and the feast is also done. The quantity of maids is shocking but not really when I realized this is a royal palace.
We were told to meet at the dining room an hour later. We then went back to our rooms to wait.
An hour passed, and we went to the dining room. Seeing all seven of them just standing there as if they were waiting.
Were we too late? I mean I had a clock and everything so I shouldn't have been late.
"Glad, you're here." Francis exclaimed.
The seven moved forward the dining table and went further even more as we followed them.
Behind Francis' chair, there was a concealed door. A light magic spell.
We went inside the room and I realized it was an elevator based on the two buttons in front of us.
The floor moved downwards as Francis pushed the downwards button. It was fast. There was a huge fancy room with a huge bed where a woman was lying. She looks sick, I'm assuming that's the queen.
She looks like she's breathing fine, but her skin is pale and her eyes, lips, and malnourished body was clearly a sign of her sickness.
Francis said it's been two months since she's been in this state.
Standing beside the queen, I was kind of uncomfortable as to how the seven were staring at me.
Are they expecting me to save her? I can try but don't expect much!
Alright! Let's analyze.
{Analyzing Individual...} {Success.}
{The individual appears to be under some form of beast possession.}
