"!!!"
Seeing the random intruder appear in one of the most important places in all of Solara and hearing him speak in such a casual manner alerted everyone. Not only that he was standing too close to the youngest princess of the Phoenixes.
The two people beside Yonna moved fast. The woman, whose name was Jean grabbed Yonna's hand and moved backwards. While the two created some distance Torrin, who was Yonna's Older brother faced against Akasha. The other 7 phoenixes who were apart of the group moved and encircled the two.
While all of this happened the Emperor and Empress both watch on with interest. They weren't worried one bit because they could see Akasha's rank was only Peak Mythical. These two beings were both as strong as the six guardians of Kalpa. So, such strength was nothing to worry about at all.
However, this was the perfect opportunity for Torrin. He was the Prince of the Phoenixes and at the age of 1,010 years he stood at the Peak of the Mythical rank. This cultivation speed was more than enough to be considered a top tier genius. Torrin had recently come out of seclusion much like his other two siblings and this was a perfect chance to test himself.
Torrin stood at about 6 foot 4 inches tall and was about two inches taller than Akasha. His hair was a fiery golden color that reached his shoulders. He was not burly, but not very lean either he was more in the middle of the two. He stood looking to into the eyes of Akasha and he spoke.
"Who are you?" His voice was far from friendly. As he spoke the temperature in the room began to rise. He then summoned a golden spear into his hand.
Akasha who was still looking into the eyes of Yonna tilted his head when he heard the voice. He took a moment to look around before he said
"Chill, I don't want any trouble." His voice still casual and border line lazy. He had his hands in his pockets as he stood in the middle of the throne room surrounded by Phoenixes.
He then looked back at Yonna once more.
"Hey, tell me do you remember me? You know, the guy who helped you at the Primordial inheritance..."
These words brought different reactions from everyone.
The Emperor and Empress gazes hardened, but they still didn't make a move. In fact, they smiled a bit and that was because Yonna had informed them of the events that took place. Back then they found it hard to believe, but to think the guy showed up here himself.
Yonna on the other hand, her eyes widen with pure shock. She could now recognize the voice of Akasha, but his voice was all that seemed similar. I mean she couldn't really be blamed for not recognizing him, before he had black hair with blindfolds.
She shook off her shock and was about to speak, but she was too late.
BOOOOM!
Torrin wasted no more time. The moment he heard those words he already made his mind up to attack this intruder. He had no prior knowledge of the events that took place back then, but he knew the inheritance was a secret. So, with that in mind he swung his spear directly for Akasha head.
It happened so fast that Akasha didn't even have time to react. Seeing this Yonna eyes widen once again she wanted to speak, but she heard a voice.
As the smoke cleared Akasha stood unharmed as the spear was connected to the side of his face. He raised one hand and lightly moved the spear and spoke.
"Tsk, fine I can accept that one. I did show up unannounced, but listen closely you little bird... If you dare to attack me again.... heh well, just try it." When he began speaking his tone of voice was still casual and his faced still looked a bit bored. However, by the end of his words his tone was like ice. His face morphed into a crazed looking smile as his eyes began to shift.
From the white eyes with grey crosses to a pure black abyss that had three dragon-like slits in each eye. All the slits were blood red, and they were faintly glowing as if they were just patiently waiting.
Seeing this Torrin had a cold sweat breakout on his forehead, but then he recalled what he had been called.
"L-Litle B-Bird?!" He stammered his words, but the grip on his spear tightened. He prepared to launch another attack until he was stopped.
"Brother, wait!!!"
Yonna exclaimed as she ran back into the mix. She stood in the middle of the two and she trembled the moment she felt the aura leaking from the two. Yonna struggled to turn and looked at Akasha and spoke.
"Y-you're not at the Rebirth rank?" Her tone was one of sheer disbelief.
Hearing this Akasha smiled and his eyes reverted back to the look before.
"So, you do remember me, huh?" He completely ignored her question and asked one of his own.
"Yes, you just look... different? And your clothes are a bit weird too...." Yonna said as she began to look at Akasha once again. The more she looked the more her face began to heat up.
Akasha froze when he heard that. He then facepalmed while shaking his head.
"Ha, yea I did change quite a bit."
The other phoenixes in the room began to relax seeing the atmosphere shift. Torrin had calmed down too as it seemed like his sister did know this intruder. Jean walked up close to Yonna and began to size up Akasha as well. She then nodded and spoke
"Little sister, why don't you introduce your friend to us?"
Yonna nodded, but before she could speak a voice sounded.
"Enough, regardless of who he is, he has intruded on private grounds. As a result, he must face punishment, either he will fight Torrin, or he will be killed by my hand!" The one who spoke was Felix, The Emperor.
Although he knew exactly who Akasha was from Yonna's explanation, he still wanted to see his son's strength. He truly could be care less about Akasha randomly appearing, it was all a facade.
Hearing this Yonna broke out into a cold sweat. She knew she could no longer stop this fight from happening. She took a moment to look at Akasha and she broke out into another cold sweat. Her and Jean both did, and they rapidly retreated. Then everyone present heard a voice.
|Ananian True Form|
HUMMMMM!
Akasha aura was now surging into the surroundings in droves. His eyes were now back to the blacked abyss. His ears began to transform slightly as they became even longer. From his skin dark grey scales began to appear. On the top of his head, he grew four horns that formed a crown, these were almost identical to Elara's.
From behind him seven draconic tails began to form, and they too were dark grey. Out of his back shot huge wings that looked like a pure abomination. The were feathered wings, but they were pitch black and on them were tons of eyes, and all of them had red slits.
As Akasha for the first time revealed the true form of his race, his eyes met Felix eyes then he spoke.
"I really hate threats, you know.... right now, I won't be able to do much to you, but this son of yours will do..."
Hearing these words everyone including the Emperor and Empress felt a chill rundown their spines.
Akasha without even looking at Torrin, he disappeared.
BANG!
BANG!
BANG!
BANG!
BANG!
Without even reappearing he repeatedly punched Torrin all across the room. He would deliver a blow and give chase immediately. This gave Torrin no chance to recover at all and each blow he took felt like his skull could break apart at any moment.
Akasha used no skills or even abilities. His movement speed in his true form was just too fast for anyone below transcendent to keep up with. He continued to toy around with the Prince of the Phoenix.
As everyone watched Torrin's body get beat to bloody pulp the room was engulfed in a dead silence. Akasha stood next to the beaten and battered Torrin and deactivated his transformation. He then spoke.
"Now, look what you made me do. Tsk, now I have to heal the fool."
His tone was back to usual casual and nonchalant as if he didn't just nearly kill this phoenix. He then activated his Dao.
|Dao of Vitality|
HUMMM!
In seconds Torrin was engulfed in a green fire and his body recovered completely.
"!!"
This once again brought shock over the group of Phoenixes, they weren't too worried about Torrin's injuries because they all have pretty good innate healing. However, to be healed in mere seconds was beyond what most pills and even their healing could do.
Seeing this Akasha spoke again.
"Like I said, I don't want any trouble."
The Empress raised an eyebrow after all of this. She then looked at Felix who had an unreadable expression on his face. Her eyes watched everything with pure curiosity.
Felix then spoke and his tone was pretty neutral.
"So, what do you want?"
