Chapter 100 - Well, Let's Not Waste Time.

[A/N: Finally at 100 chapters! I appreciate all those who are currently reading or will read in the future it means a lot. This is my very first novel/book so this whole thing has been a learning experience. All in all, I like the direction the story is going and hope you do as well. If there is anything I could improve on let me know. Once again, I appreciate you for reading!]

After a few minutes of traveling the trio of Akasha, Skye, and Liora had finally reached the Southern Continent. The entire southern continent was a weird mix of desert and a rocky mountainous landscape. There was absolutely no grass, trees, or anything similar to that. Just huge mountains and the blistering desert.

Looking at all of this none of them were entirely surprised about anything. Skye turned towards Akasha and spoke

"So, what's the plan?"

Akasha formed a grin and lightly shrugged before speaking.

"Well, to be completely honest we will take a much different approach from the others. We will dominate this entire continent today!"

He said this as if it was expected. Skye though couldn't tell if the guy was joking or being serious. So, she questioned.

"Uhhh, are you being serious?"

Hearing this Liora chuckled lightly

"Fufufu~ It seems five years wasn't enough to know how absurd this guy is."

"Heh, I'm dead serious. Actually, I want to test some things so I will handle this all myself. You two just sit back and relax."

This time even Liora was surprised.

"Right... If you say so I won't stop, you. If i feel like you need help, then I will help regardless of what you say." Skye said.

Skye considered Akasha and his women her friends. They spent five years traveling together and during that time their bond strengthen. Although five years is nothing for someone who has lived for thousands of years being around such an enigmatic group was bound to leave an impression.

With this in mind, how could a woman whose lived her life on a battlefield take friendship lightly?

Well, she couldn't.

Hearing Skye Akasha gave her a small pat on the head, which caused the warrior to blush. He then spoke.

"Don't worry it will be over in a flash. Now, let's go find the strongest person of this continent."

After he said that he grabbed their hands and then disappeared.

In the Southern Continent, Sect of Mount Kell

The Sect of Mount Kell was the biggest and strongest force in all of the Southern Continent. They had over 500,000 cultivators and most of them had already stepped into the first realm of power. With 50,000 cultivators at the Ultimate Core rank and over 2,000 cultivators in the Rebirth rank. All the others were still in the mortal realms or in the golden core rank.

At the head of this monstrous force was the only Mythical Rank cultivator in the Southern Continent. He was a middle-aged man with short black hair. His eyes were brown, and he had a lean figure. Currently he was seated cross-legged in his cultivation chambers and behind him were a few beauties sleeping naked on a bed behind him.

This man was Kelton Max.

He has been the strongest cultivator in the Southern Continent for the last 15,000 years. Once reaching this level he felt a wall that he knew wouldn't budge no matter what. Even though this was the case he didn't give up because he and the others knew about the wider world.

Right now, he had just finished a cultivation session. Though his cultivation wouldn't move he still felt it was important to at least try. He and the other three Mythical rank cultivators were all Early stage, so if one of them were able to make even the slightest improvement then this world would be theirs.

But the question was, why did it seem like they were so obsessed with this world?

---

High in the Sky, Outside the Sect of Mount Kell

Akasha and the ladies appeared. They looked over the sect that looked like nothing more than huge mountains with caves carved in them. The sect had no buildings on the ground, or any buildings built at all really. Everything was caves with signs above them.

Akasha stepped out in front of the ladies and then spoke.

"Well, let's not waste time, shall we?"

The girls' eyes focused on him to see what he would do next. Like seriously fighting an entire sect by yourself? Not to mention the strongest sect of this continent who had a cultivator the same rank as you!

Akasha extended his arm and said

"Anan, Come!"

When he said this a crack appeared in space and out of his came a blade. The blade was all black with red trimmings. This blade was giving off an aura that was nothing short of divine. This was Akasha's katana he made.

Anan The Progenitors Blade!

When the blade appeared it flew into his hand that was reaching out. He gripped the sword and immediately his aura exploded forth.

HUM!

BOOOOM!

Gone was the easy and friendly Akasha.

Now standing there with his pure gray hair flowing in the wind, draped in a robed that morphed to only cover his bottom portion and his eyes covered. He looked like an absolute monster. Feeling the sudden burst of power the entire sect was put onto high alert.

All the elders and even Kelton himself flew out to see what was going on. Kelton initially thought one of the other three were attacking, but this aura felt too heavy....

While they were on the way out, Akasha spoke.

[Dao of Infinity - Infinite Sword of Anan - Endless Barrage]

Though it seemed lengthy he spoke it in an instant. As he said this, he raised his katana above his head, and it exploded with a pure grey energy.

As if on cue Immediately afterwards the entire sky was filled up with illusory swords that all resembled a grey version of the Anan blade. The scene caused the two-woman jaw to drop as they seen the nonsense in front of them.

The entire sky above were they hovered was filled with swords. Not just a few hundred or thousands.

Hell, even a million wasn't enough to do it justice. That's because it was a literal infinite amount of them in the sky. This was thanks to two things. Firstly, was his trait 'Infinite Mana' and his skill endless barrage. This skill was designed to be an endless waves of swords attacking and with his Infinite Mana, it would make it seem truly endless.

But now he added in the Dao of Infinity. Currently his comprehension was only 10% so it wasn't much he could use it on. However, his skills were no problem. Once he used the Dao of Infinity, his skilled basically multiplied by infinity.

So, if before his skill would've been like an endless barrage then now it would an infinite barrage. That wasn't even the craziest thing either. Akasha never made normal skills by any means. Each skill he created was specially designed to deal the most damage.

Right now, at the Early Mythical Rank his Battle prowess was at the peak of his rank. This was because of his bloodline, race, and talent. All of this meant one thing....

Each and every illusory sword in the sky carried the power of a Peak Mythical Ranked cultivator....

ABSURD!!!!

Kelton and the rest of his elders finally made it out and this scene was something that made them nearly piss themselves.

"W-what the hell is going on?" Kelton asked with his voice slightly trembling.

Looking down at the folks Akasha smiled and launched the skill. He had no need to talk or explain anything to these people. He would simply get rid of them and the other inhabitants of the Southern Continent under his banner.

The endless barrage collied with every mountain that made up the Sect.

BOOOOOOM!

With the power of peak Mythical rank, not even Kelton had the opportunity to resist. The swords continued to rain down until the entire landscape changed.

It was no longer a mountainous area. All that was left was a gaping hole in the ground as if a huge meteor had crashed here. The once vibrant sect was now completely wiped off the map of Elun. Seeing this Akasha lowered his blade and looked at the notification in front of him.

[You have assimilated a new bloodline. - Origin Human]

[You have received a Major Dao.]

[Dao of Combat - 000.10%]

'The Dao of Combat, huh?'

Akasha was intrigued seeing such a Dao. As he felt the bloodline assimilating with his Ananian race and the influx of information about the Dao, he felt it was perfect.

Skye and Liora however was beyond shocked at this point. Liora was handling it better than Skye but still seeing such an attack like that was still mind reeling.

"H-how can you do something like that?" Skye barely managed to ask. Her hands were currently covered in sweat as she clenched the sides of her dress.

Hearing the question Akasha turned around with his usual smile and spoke

"Well, with the Dao of Infinity such a thing is possible."

As he said this, he stored his katana, and his robes shifted back to normal.

"The Dao of Infinity? It even sounds absurd!" Skye as exclaimed. She had never heard of such a Dao even in her past life.

"Haha, it's alright. Now that we have this out the way let's unite the rest of this place. As long as we flash our power levels I'm sure they will bend the knee. Even though it won't guarantee loyalty it's fine.

With 400 years of time they will eventually get use to it." Akasha said while shrugging. He knew in a world of cultivation there was no time for morality, not that he even cared to begin with.

He would do whatever he wanted and deal with outcome.

The girls nodded hearing him. They then went on and continued their business.

---

While Akasha had just made quick work of the strongest in the south everyone else were just getting started. And ironic enough the group of his women who had gone north were contemplating doing something similar to Akasha himself.

They were all Mythical rank so speed running this continent wouldn't be an issue at all for them. Currently they were in a snowy landscape having a conversation.

"I think we should just take out the strongest and go from there." Raven said as she didn't understand why they should make an elaborate plan if they had strength.

"Right, we don't have to kill them. Just give them a good beating until the fall in line." Elara added in.

"Well, if that's what you two think then I will agree." Lyria agreed to the two of them then they all nodded.

With them all in agreement they flew towards the Sect of War Maidens.
