In the hospital at 9:20 A.M...
Damn, it's too boring! I can't believe that I managed to endure 3 whole fucking days confined in here and doing nothing. Izuru said sarcastically, letting out a sigh.
It's been 3 days since their last visit, huh? Izuru said coldly.
A knock echoes in Izuru's room.
That's not locked, you may enter! Izuru said calmly.
The door bursts open, it's the usual nurse that always comes to provide him medicine, talk to him, etc.
How are you doing right now, Sir Izuru? Nurse Naoko said enthusiastically.
Oh, Nurse Naoko! As you can see, I am pretty much bored. Izuru said sarcastically, letting out a sigh Anyways, what's brings you here? You don't have your usual tray with you so that only means that you're not here to give me some medicine. So, what do you want to talk about? Izuru said curiously.

My sister, Kira has been confined in this hospital as well due to injury! Nurse Naoko said enthusiastically.
Wow, it's my first time ever seeing someone get overjoyed by their sibling's hospitalization. So, why are you happy about that fact? Shouldn't you be sad. Izuru said curiously.
No, I was worried about her of course! But, it just puts me at ease that your rooms are just next to each other! Nurse Naoko said enthusiastically.

My room is in the middle of 404 and 406, it's easy to infer where there room is base on how you stated your words. Izuru said coldly.

Sure, so this is my reasoning behind that. There are two rooms next to my room, I am clearly in the middle of 404 and 406...if you have said that your sister was "Next to my room" or "Before my room" that only means that she's in 406 but you said her room was next to mine so that means she is in 404 because next to 404 is clearly 405 and before her room is 403. Izuru said confidently, letting out a sigh.
I see, I got it now! You really are smart, Sir Izuru! Like a detective... Nurse Naoko said enthusiastically.

Anyways, what really happened to your sibling? Why did she get hospitalized? Izuru asks curiously.
Well, Kira is a 3rd year college student taking up a architecture course. Aside from that, she's also a great volleyball player! She's a student athlete and is playing the sport since she's grade school. Unfortunately, in one of her games just recently, she injured her right foot...the doctor's findings said that it just got sprained and it wilk take her for about 2 weeks for the treatment and complete recovery... she'll be here for half of your stay here! Nurse Naoko said calmly.
I see, well we somehow shared the cause of being here so I understand the pain that she's feeling physically. Izuru said sarcastically.
Nurse Naoko lets out a soft chuckles.
Well, I'll make her come here to see you and hang out later! So, that bored of you won't be bored any further...Your two friends seems to not be able to for a few says now, right? Nurse Naoko said enthusiastically.
You mean, Asahina and Shingo? Well, yes they aren't! They're police officers they're probably busy at the moment. Also, I guess it would be a good pass time to get to know your sister as well. Izuru said sarcastically.
That's great! Nurse Naoko said enthusiastically Anyways, I gotta go back to work! I only came here to relay the news to you, Sir Izuru. Just call out if ever you need me or a nurse, okay? Nurse Naoko said enthusiastically.

Nurse Naoko left the room.
Whew, my cover almost got blown right there! Izuru said sarcastically, letting out a sigh of relief.
Izuru glances at the clock.
9:32 A.M, already? Izuru said coldly.
"I wonder what kind of person is this Kira fellow? Is she as vibrant as Nurse Naoko? Or something else entirely? Well, I guess all I have to do is to wait for her visit whoever she is." Izuru taught to himself, curiously.
After a few hours, someone knocks in his door.
Izuru lets out a big yawn.
Seems like I fell asleep. Izuru mutters to himself.
Another sets of knocks has been heard in his door.
"Basing on the sound, It's obviously not Asahina and Shingo's nor Nurse Naoko's." Izuru taught to himself.
Yes, you can enter now! Izuru said coldly.
The door burst open and it revealed a girl who is in a wheelchair.
Are you perhaps... Nurse Naoko's sister? Izuru asks curiously.
Yes, I am! Big sis said that if I ever feel lonely when she's not around, I should come here. Kira said calmly. By the way, my name is-
Izuru cuts her off.
Kira, isn't that right? Izuru said coldly.
Seems like Big Sis have already told you about me earlier. Kira said calmly.
Yes, she did told me some things about you! Anyways, it's pretty nice to meet you in person. Izuru said calmly.

Well, I am kinda lonely and don't have any friends here yet! So, I thought it might be wise to go here just as Bug Sis suggested and make at least one friend in your form. So, that my stay here won't be that boring since I have someone to lean on for the time being. Kira said calmly.

Well, what if I was some kind of creep? Why did you even believed your sister without even meeting me in person first? Izuru asks expectantly.
Well, because it's Big Sis. You might not know but my Big Sis scored a high score in Emotional Quotient and has a vast knowledge in human behavior! So, I trust her judgement and intuition about this kind of things. Kira said confidently.
