When I entered the house, it was a mess like someone had just vomited, so I had to clean up, then went to my room, I counted the money in the envelope, it was just $1000 to small for my treatment. I washed up all the blood on me then applied balm on my injury after that I went to bed, the next morning I wasn't going anywhere, 9am I woke up and went to the kitchen to make toast then I ordered Pizza and roasted potatoes.
"Good morning?" Stacey greeted "Good morning, breakfast is ready" I said smiling at her "Aren't you supposed to be in work?" she asked "No, today is my day off from work" I replied "So it's just me, you and phoebe, you guys aren't going to school today" I said again "Yh about that..." She said proceeding with her words " Uhm, we were kicked out of school because of our fees so we were told not resume starting from yesterday or else we pay off our school fees" She concluded "Why didn't you tell me that since" I said worried "I was about to yesterday but you didn't give me a chance to cause you were in a hurry" she replied "Oh, okay don't worry I will pay that today, okay?" I said"Okay" she answered with a smile and went to wake Phoebe up, so they both got dressed, "Good morning Felicia, I missed you so much" said Phoebe "I missed you too pookie" I replied giving her a hug. Then we all started eating.
"Felicia, I saw a sack letter in your room yesterday while I was sweeping it" said Stacey "Ohh...Uhm..yh" I said turning red with shame "If you were fired, then what work are you doing" she asked feeling confused, "Uhm... hmm okay, I got fired from my teaching job,but now I work for Mr Pi in a hair salon" I said "Woww..." Phoebe said "Yh it's cool, maybe one day you could take us there" said Stacey "Or maybe not" I replied and we all burst out laughing.
The next three hours we were all watching movies on Netflix. It was so pretty interesting, I missed doing this with them even if I was just two days I haven't been around with them. Some minutes later I got a message from Mr Pi, I just switched my phone off, I couldn't allow any of those trash disturbing me while I was having the best day..well kind of the best day of my life. That afternoon we ordered fried chicken and chips, it was so good spending much time with them, I've never done this before we only did this every Sunday well not exactly everything. "Today was wonderful and awesome" I muttered with a smile
That night I was sitting on my bed applying balm on my badly injured leg, then phoebe came in with Stacey following suite and there they saw the injury "What happened to you?, why is there an injury on you legs" said Stacey feeling so concerned "I thought I was the only feeling bad here, but I never knew you were going through...." Phoebe said crying and unable to complete her sentence "Hey guys, there's no need to worry about it, I'm feeling okay, it doesn't hurt that bad" I said even if I knew it's killing. "I'm feeling okay" I added, they sat properly on my bed and we all hugged, then we started chatting, after chatting for some while I told them good night "Felicia, are you going back to work tomorrow?" asked Phoebe "Of course, she is, but I wish you won't" said Stacey "Me too" I replied. "Don't forget to pick up all my calls and give replies to all my messages,. okay?" Stacey said "Okay mum" I replied "And don't make me miss you much, okay?" Phoebe added "Hi,hi captain" I said and we all laughed, then we went to sleep.
