On the other side of the complex, in her room, Jane looked at Sharleen. "Sharleen, is A.D. okay?"
"He will be," Sharleen replied, a flicker of uncertainty in her eyes. "I can't go there after coming from your place. And my men didn't get any information. Dad's men were there and blocked that area. But don't worry, Dad won't do anything because he wants the antidote. The real problem is, who will go there to spread the antidote?"
"What do you mean?" Jane asked. "It's your place; it's not difficult for you."
"No, no!" Sharleen exclaimed. "Dad ordered everyone not to allow me to enter that place where the machine is."
Jane put her hand to her head. "So what? We have to do something. Let's think; there has to be a way."
Two hours later, David, from his cell, spoke to A.D. "Are you okay?" A.D. was slowly breathing, near his last moments. Then, from the floor, blood gurgling with every word, A.D. whispered, "Don't worry... she will reach here." He then fell unconscious.
From outside, suddenly, the sound of a blast ripped through the air. In the security room, James yelled, "What happened?" An assistant replied, "Sir, a blast in one of our secure walls! It seems that someone has entered!" Then came the sound of gunshots. It was Polly, who had followed them, just as A.D. had planned.
