When Chiga returned to Marine Headquarters, Kalifa looked at him with a strange expression.
A woman's intuition told her that something must have happened on Amazon Lily.
Chiga remained composed and simply said he had cured Hancock's illness. As for how he did it—only he and Hancock knew.
What Chiga didn't know was that Marigold, Sandersonia, and Elder Nyon also knew. Not that it mattered.
After a brief exchange about Amazon Lily, Kalifa reported the backlog of official duties from the past few days.
Chiga listened half-heartedly. He wasn't interested in these matters and usually handed them over to Kalifa anyway.
He had already told her that as long as nothing major happened, she could handle it herself. But Kalifa still preferred to report to him first.
To her, Chiga was the one in charge—he should be kept in the loop.
His disinterest continued until Kalifa mentioned that Jinbe had contacted them via Den Den Mushi, congratulating him on becoming an Admiral—and subtly inviting him to visit Fish-Man Island.
Chiga considered it for a moment and decided it was worth the trip. He was eager to witness Poseidon, one of the legendary "Three Ancient Weapons" said to be mythic within the Pirate World.
He wanted to see how a "god" of the sea would look through the lens of his Rinnegan.
Having made his decision, Chiga instructed Kalifa to begin preparations. He would bring his warship and troops—treating this as his first official visit since becoming Admiral.
Although Chiga spoke vaguely, Kalifa took him seriously and asked,
"Boss, if we're taking the warship to Fish-Man Island, we'll need to coat it at Sabaody Archipelago. Are we heading there first?"
Chiga found this a bit troublesome. With his current power, taking a warship—or even the entire Marine Headquarters—underwater wasn't an issue.
He waved her off.
"No need. Just head straight to Fish-Man Island. I've got my own way."
Kalifa pushed up her glasses, saying nothing. If the boss said it was possible, then it was. She never doubted his capabilities.
With the matter settled, Chiga stood up, stretched, and said,
"Alright, Kalifa—go get Ain. We're leaving."
"Understood, Boss."

In the waters below Mariejois—
On the deck of the Six Paths of Reincarnation, Chiga lay with his eyes closed on Kalifa's lap, enjoying her massage, occasionally sipping orange juice from the glass she held to his lips.
Ever since boarding the ship, he had adopted Aokiji's leisurely habits—and the comfort of lying around was beginning to make sense.
Kalifa used her Nine-Tailed Fox Fruit powers to shield Chiga from the sun with her nine golden tails—one of her favorite techniques.
But leisurely moments never lasted long.
Just as the warship arrived near Mariejois, Ain approached with the sound of her heels clicking against the deck.
She paused at the sight of Chiga resting on Kalifa's lap, sighed quietly, and nodded at Kalifa. Kalifa gently patted Chiga and whispered,
"Boss, we've reached the waters above Fish-Man Island. It's your turn now."
Chiga opened his eyes. His Rinnegan glowed, drawing Kalifa's gaze—it never failed to captivate her.
He smiled slightly, then stood up and took the Admiral's Justice coat from Ain.
"Have we informed Neptune we're arriving?"
"Yes," Ain replied. "King Neptune said he will personally lead his ministers to welcome us."
"Well, that's quite the reception," Chiga said with a smirk.
Kalifa and Ain both chuckled and shook their heads. It wasn't surprising. In the Pirate World, the title of Marine Admiral carried authority beyond that of most kings.
To the common people, a Marine Admiral didn't just represent status—it was power incarnate. The kind of power that could destroy a country single-handedly.
Especially one like Chiga, who had gained a reputation as the "Strongest Marine Admiral in History."
If he visited a country, it wouldn't be strange for the king to welcome him personally—or even offer up the throne for a day or two.
Chiga stepped to the bow of the ship. As his crew looked on in awe, he slowly floated into the air, rising above the waves.
He activated the Heavenly Net, his observation Haki and Rinnegan spreading his perception through a thousand-mile radius, even deep into the ocean floor.
Soon, he located Fish-Man Island far below.
A smile crept across his face. "Ten thousand meters underwater? That's a bit annoying."
Despite the words, he dove into the sea without hesitation.
He didn't use any special ability to deal with the pressure or water. With his body's current strength, even ten years submerged wouldn't bother him.
In the depths, his arms spread wide. His Rinnegan glowed brilliantly in the dark, stirring the deep currents.
Drawn by the light, some massive Sea Kings approached, but suddenly froze. As if they had sensed something terrifying, they tried to flee.
But it was too late.
A voice like a whisper from the heavens echoed through the deep—
"Shinra Tensei!"
BOOM!
A powerful wave of repulsion erupted outward, instantly clearing the water around Chiga. The Sea Kings that hadn't fled in time were torn apart into huge chunks of meat.

Below, on Fish-Man Island—
The entire island, shielded beneath its protective bubble, braced for impact.
In Coral Plaza, King Neptune, Jinbe, and the citizens had gathered to welcome the Admiral.
Neptune had even sent marine scouts beyond the bubble to monitor Chiga's approach, but no word had come. His anxiety was building.
"Jinbe, is Admiral Kirin really going to show up?" Neptune asked, misnaming him.
Jinbe hesitated. Chiga's status was so elevated that he could cancel at any time, and no one would dare question it.
He opened his mouth to respond, but just then—a powerful force erupted.
A storm-like wind slammed into the island, blowing many Fish-Men and mermaids off their feet.
Jinbe shielded his eyes with one thick arm, stunned by the unnatural gust. Fish-Man Island never had wind—especially not this strong.
The gust died down quickly, and everyone slowly stood up, regaining their footing.
But then they noticed something strange.
They felt warmth… from sunlight.
