Lyra and Harkon drew their weapons, moving towards him as they faced the enemy together.
A woman stood there. She wore a red robe that reminded Vacuse of solid blood. She smiled at them. "Where are you lovely running to?"
Vacuse realized then.
He had miscalculated so much that he didn't even know where to start from. He had relied on the past, that the assassins tonight would only target Lord Ragna.
