“What? Are you flustered? You just had sex with an older woman?” Evelyn said, pouting.

“Your perky breasts would disagree, my little flame”, Drake responded, staring intently into her soul with a smile on his face.

Evelyn lost all sense of duty as she stared into the eyes of the stray wolf, Drake, the unmistakable resemblance to her past lover, the late Lycan king, the only man who gave her everything she was. Her world further crashed when he called her “little flame”, only Damian dared to call her that. 

 Damian Blackhood before his demise had made her the sole heiress of his castle and trained her fervently, he was aware of the brutal ancient prophecy that his successor wasn't going to be from his bloodline but a flame in his life, Evelyn was that flame, he ignited it, a once discarded Omega trained to become Ravenclaw‘s Luna. We kept on walking, their words echoing in my head but then I noticed someone suddenly changing to their wolf form and I will admit, it startled me. 


"Where are we, what just happened?" I questioned in shock. It was the first time I've ever seen someone transform before. 


"We're in the training grounds, my Lady. Transformation is part of the soldier's training routine to ensure they stay in shape both in human and wolf form." Lucy answered. 


That's right, I'm the only one who doesn't have a wolf so I can't transform or communicate with her. I wonder if I'll be able to someday be like everyone else. 


"Can you transform like that, Lucy?" I asked. 


"Of course, my Lady." She responded immediately and I chuckled. 


"That must be nice because I can't, I wonder how it'll feel like. Is it painful?" 


"No my lady, only the first time." Suddenly Lucy's brow furrowed, "My lady, forgive me for being impolite but why are you asking me this? Don't you have your wolf?"
