Can someone truly escape their fate?
Some people can, while others cannot.
The strong can escape,
The weak will perish.
Is this truly right?
No.
I was a king who could take on an entire kingdom alone. My empire was the strongest, built by my actions.
But in the end, they betrayed me. Why? They thought I was too powerful to be controlled.
They called upon kingdoms, empires, and all the strong people in the world to stop me.
I faced poison, yet they couldn't truly stop me.
Or perhaps they could.
Now, I find myself in deep darkness, unable to see anything. It's silent—no sound at all.
I can't even hear my own breath.
I know I am dead. All I can do is think.
Humans are truly foolish. They believe that by bringing down someone strong, they can find peace.
But in the end, someone new will rise, perhaps even more evil than before, showing no mercy.
All I can see are my own faults. I can't blame the person who killed me.
I need to blame myself for giving them a second chance.
While I did give them that second chance, it was not out of good will.
I did it for power; I needed allies for war.
I lost track of time, but eventually, I saw a light.
I need to reach it.
Someone pulled me out of this darkness.
As I opened my eyes, I saw a bright light and a woman.
"Darling, why won't he cry?"
They spoke a language I didn't understand.
