Every God and Goddess use to have a big part in giving the humans a special ability when they reach the proper age. But some of us believed that it would be better to leave it to fate when people are born into the world.
Even if we get to decide if the power is worthy for the human, it could still give them a chance to acquire it. I believe that humans should get what they ask for if it's not completely unreasonable.
