Which You'd think that after brutalizing the infamous Perverted Trio on Day 1, including a Bane-style spinal reset on Issei, Takeshi would have be sent on probation or be sent to jail by now due to him basically violating probably several laws.

Well actually He did get called by the student council but there was no punishment, since how would the school explained on expelling or punished a student, which while yes the student did use violence towards three fellows student,but considering the three students were males in a girl's locker room and hiding inside the girl's locker yeah them being victim sound
Which the school soon decided to sweep it under the rug to not damage their reputation,and the fact the three students are still underages,so trhy just gave the students a stern, strong,*totally would change the students*, warning, which the school also decided not too call the students parents since it's a school problem,they don't need parents for this issue and the issue isn't really important,and not totally because they don't want words to spread of what happens in the school,and Takeshi parents being called an them complaining to the media, where all hell would break lost.
(i believe this would be the realest scenarios since some school cares more of their reputation than their own students,like what school want to have a reputation of having perverted students or a school that protects peeper,and the fact issei and the perverted trio Keep doing it doesn't help in the canon story which i think that the girls in the academy realise that them beating the perverted trio will not get them punished as long as it's justified ie them peeping on them).
which because of that Takeshi and the perverted trio didn't get any punishment
[A/N : would this count as Plot armor ?.... depends since it's not really plot armor (but if you want i can still considered it , since in my GOC lore the concept of plot armor exist,the GOC can detect it, which it's not really plot armor but it's basically is and is something staple for any MC) but you get gist of it on why he wasn't punished beating up three male who were hiding inside the lockers of the girls changing room]

Well because Takeshi currently is Bored, which when i said Being bored i mean is being bored as HELL, which his current mood and expression is practically the same way a lion might sit in a petting zoo enclosure— really bored, trapped, and wondering when he'll be allowed to kill or fight something again.
Which His eyes is lazily fixed on the wood grain of the desk which he gotta say he really appreciate the craftsmanship of the maker of the desk they're high quality, while barely listening to the history teacher who was discussing something about Japanese History, which the topics of the history was about shoguns, rice tax, and other nonsense he had learned, which considering he had studied about it thanks to a relative teaching him about it when he was 12.
Takeshi soon thought of
'How the hell do normal people can handle classes like this, this shit is So inefficient and useless '
' Long School hours,so much pointless homework, boring lectures.... God I hate this so much,to the point I want to rip my hair out'
Which other than being bored he's also livid which due to the fact he never attended a regular school,he had only heard about it and read about what it's like and stories from his family who had attended regular school but he Never thought that they're complain about the school system which sounds horrifying for him was actually true.
( Context : Takeshi has never really attended actual regular school, which he never even stepped foot on one until he was 15 and it was for a GOC operation on an anomaly)

Which Takeshi soon Slide his arm towards his pocket and grabbed his phone and soon press something on his ears, activating a pair of his specialized contact lenses that the GOC has made for some of it's Personnel. he soon begin playing some game on his phone, while in reality was secretly doing his mission.
Which the device was called SCOPE which stands for : Surveillance & Covert Operations Protocol Enhancer.
A device that is a pair of contacts lense that has basically a mini computer inside of it, which the fact it also has different modes to help in detecting things from infrared to even UV
This one of kind technology which it's classified as a gen2+ Technology due to how advanced it is to put a computer in something so small that could fit in your eye, which it was created when a bunch of Insane PTOLEMY Engineer who were bored and decided to do create something, which then high command tested it and then rewarded the engineers for their creation and then began mass producing it.
Meanwhile soon a flick of his shoe against the floor, the secondary system activated. A hidden module inside the heel pulsed softly. Which soon the contact lenses connected to the WiFi from the shoes.

Meanwhile Takeshi soon begin tapping things on his phone ,soon at the teacher's office which the office was filled with teachers discussing things about the students with a few eating or checking students homework, which nearby, an unused school computer that is turned on buzzed softly, suddenly it was connected to a random server.
Thanks to the Phishing technique,he had manage to get one of the teachers to open a random unknown message allowing him to enter the school server and networks.
The fact the school server were basically unsecured allowed him to breeze through the defense.
The computer screen soon begin transfering file and data to somewhere but no one noticed it ( the fact the computer is in a corner which the teacher that was using it was sleeping).
Meanwhile back with Takeshi
Back through the lens feed, Takeshi scrolled through profiles. His target: Yuuto Kiba.
From what Takeshi had gathered from his classmates well particularly the females, Kiba is a blonde dude who was handsome, charming,well-liked, which his nickname is the so-called "Prince of Kuoh Academy."
Basically a high school girl wet dream of a male,but to Takeshi, he looked like the walking embodiment of a BL character for some reason,but considering that it probably is the wet dream of a high school girl

'Well that's not right' the reason Takeshi says that was because he noticed some discrepancies among them were the font that was used was not right from this world font type. Meanwhile some other discrepancy can also be noticed but is really tiny to be noticeable

Due to the difference between the GOC universe and DXD universe particularly in themagical abilities,the aura or energy of DXD,as well as the being are different. Because of that, originally the GOC weren't able to gather on information what type of threat entities they're categorised in. Which Currently attempts by Ptolemy personnel to try modifying and upgrade their Veritas to be able to detect Sacred gears,but due to the sacred gear somewhat being connected to the host and fusing with their soul is a problem that they're currently trying to solve,so that if they're able to make this successful, the GOC can singlehandedly in the future recruit may be able to recruit sacred gears user to the GOC or protect thrm before anyone else..well as long as they can contact back to their home world, since it they don't well it would take for a while to have the infrastructure,and logistics.

Author notes :
For Clarification Takeshi and Reina relationship plot will take a while,and Reina full appearance will be a long time, which this will be a semi plot before dxd canon start.
Also i have the draft for the next 20-30 chapter, with the plans to introduce another female oc as well for Takeshi,the fact this fanfic is will slowly basically human supremacy stuff (not really but you get the jist of it since as the plot thicken it will look like that for some readers and the plot doesn't hep)
For DXD canon to start it'll be in 15-30 chapters,due to the fact adding some extra info and worldbuilding in some form.
So it's possible i will publish a few chapters every week,and the fact I'm currently going to be on vacation soon in a week help's a lot so expect the chapters, and I'll probably soon in the future fix previous chapters if necessary
