The universe had many news networks that broadcast over the universal dark web, with some naturally being more popular than others.
At this time, one such news network was broadcasting live a show called 'Gamers Den' which focused on the latest gaming news on the universal subspace network.
"Well, ladies and gentlemen, we have just received an interesting piece of news about everyone's favourite streamer, Prime." The presenter said sarcastically with a smirk.
"It turns out that Prime was up to his same old routine of tricking new PvPers in Space Rogue to battle him by claiming that he would give them guidance after the battle and maybe even make them his apprentice if they impressed him.
"Unfortunately, things did not go to plan for him this time. A new player and streamer named Spector, who had only played ten games up to then, was approached by Prime and challenged and like many before, the rookie accepted."
"As normally follows, Prime bullied... cough cough I mean advised Spector by making them turn tail and flee as he opened fire on them, Prime also even started firing off rockets after Spector tried to use an asteroid field as cover."
"As we all know, rockets are far more powerful than missiles of the same class; however, they lack the missile's ability to lock on and follow an enemy. So, no surprise that the missiles ended up destroying an asteroid and sending Spector's ship out of control for a short period of time before he recovered."
"Now I'm sure you're all saying that this isn't exactly surprising, and you would be correct because the surprising thing comes after Prime fired off his third set of missiles. Instead of trying to evade and escape the blast radius like every other time, Spector decided to charge right at Prime's ship."
"Now this would normally be suicidal because of the size and equipment difference between the two, and many in the streams thought Spector was attempting a kamikaze manoeuvre that many have tried and failed in the past. Instead, Spector allowed himself to get hit by the blast radius just as Prime fired his lasers at him, which caused the lasers to miss and Spector's ship to fly right past Prime's."
"Now comes the surprising part, because Spector did something that will change PvP slightly in Space Rogue. While Prime was slowly turning his ship, Spector actually used the gravity-controlled tractor emitter, yes, that same piece of equipment every player, streamer and expert of the game called useless to capture one of the larger asteroids."
"He then proceeded to spin his ship in place and rotate the asteroid around himself, causing it to gather speed before he released it and launched it straight at Prime's ship."
"The asteroid connected, and after taking down his shields, it went on to destroy Prime's ship, allowing the underdog to claim victory over the bully … cough cough over the advisor."
"This move was validated by the devs to show that it was a legit move after Prime and his viewers complained en masse. This just goes to show that not everything about Space Rogue has been discovered, and I'm sure there will be plenty of players wanting to try and recreate what Spector did."

After a couple more games, Spector spoke up, claiming that Adam couldn't just play Space Rogue the entire time they were travelling in subspace and that he needed to occasionally rest his mind.
After ending the stream, Spector put Adam's mind back in status for several hours before allowing him to once again play the game.
As before, Adam started with the campaign since Spector advised that it would prove useful in aspects that didn't involve space combat. He completed several missions there before proceeding to PvP and streaming his fights for his viewers to watch.
Adam was still undefeated, something his chat had a mixed reaction to.

The matchmaking system found Adam another opponent, and the scene around him changed again; however, instead of becoming the cockpit of Spector, it changed to a room full of office furniture as Adam floated in mid-air.

[Tessisdabest (Imperial Down): The streamer has had one or two EVA matches over the last couple of days, but he hasn't focused on upgrading any of that equipment, so he still only has the basic blaster and beam saber. What are the chances Prime would have upgraded his?]
[Beinglittleisnotadisadvantage (Strathorp 7): Zero, EVA maps are rarely chosen, so most people only upgrade their EVA equipment after upgrading their ship a fair bit, also Prime only has 13 points, so he will have only been able to purchase one upgrade from the shop.]

As the match began, Adam used his anti-gravity armour to float through different office cubicles as he searched for his opponent.
[Gunlovergirl (Earth): Is this just one huge office map?]
[Devil_Prince_Asura (Deverinian 9): Not exactly, they're on an abandoned research station that has offices and labs as part of the map.]
[Leonthemoneygiver (Earth): How are they supposed to find each other? They have been floating around for a few minutes now.]
[Prestigious3horns (Vinox 2): Large EVA maps like this have a scan function that goes off every five minutes, it then highlights the location of all the players on a map it displays.]
Adam continued to float around carefully with his basic blaster drawn while he listened for any noise that could signify Prime's location.
However, after five minutes with no sign of Prime, a beam of energy seemed to pass through the station before a map appeared in front of Adam showing his location as a green dot and another lone red dot.]
[Beinglittleisnotadisadvantage (Strathorp 7): The green dot is yourself, while blue dots are team mats if it's a team match, and red dots are enemies.]
[Celebrityhunter69 (Earth): Looks like he's a few levels down.]
"Now what's the best way to get down there?" Adam asked as he looked around.
[Beinglittleisnotadisadvantage (Strathorp 7): You can take the stairs or go down the lift shaft, but you will need something to pry the shaft door open.
Adam turned around and headed for a lift shift he had passed earlier.
As he approached it, he found the door to the shaft was closed, so he looked around trying to find something he could use to pry the door open. After a few seconds, he saw a piece of metal floating down the hallway, so he went and grabbed it before using it to open the lift shaft's door.
