Adam had finally caught up with Justin Phillips' car to be able to see it, however along the way he had managed to pick up many police cars that were now following him. Not only that but several helicopters were flying above to follow the chase.
[StealthAssassin9 (Earth): How do you think he plans to eliminate the target.]
[SciFifanboy (Earth): Blast some holes in the car with his blaster pistol until he hits the target.]
[Noobkiller9000 (Earth): I still doubt it's a blaster as it doesn't fit the game setting.]
[Gunlovergirl (Earth): It's not a real gun either, if it was I would say aim for the fuel filler cap and send the target up in a blaze of glory.]
[Handsome3horns (Vinox 2): I see what you mean about them thinking it's a game.]
[Prestigious3horns (Vinox 2): Yup.]

Justin Phillips' car took a sharp right at the next intersection flying through some red lights and Adam followed swiftly after him and just as he rounded the corner gunshots rang out from Justin Phillips' car.
"Bang, Bang, Bang."
[Noobkiller9000 (Earth): Shit did he just open fire?]
[Gunlovergirl (Earth): By the sounds of it, that's the 2024 edition of the Colt Python Elite.]

Adam swerved his bike a bit in order to avoid the gun shots as he felt the air brush past him a few times.
[StealthAssassin9 (Earth): For a coroner he's a pretty good shot.]
[Gunlovergirl (Earth): Nah he sucks, I would have landed every shot.]
After six shots the gun stopped firing showing that Justin Phillips was out of ammo and he instead made a sharp right turn into an alleyway.
Adam followed behind trying to make up ground as Justin Phillips' car reached the end of the alleyway before darting straight over a main road and into another alleyway on the opposite side.
However as Adam was nearing the end of the alleyway he was in an empty flatbed lorry stopped in front of the exit.
[Handsome3horns (Vinox 2): Oh shit.]
[SciFifanboy (Earth): He's trapped.]

[StealthAssassin9 (Earth): Why's he not slowing down?]
Adam was just about to slam on the breaks when he saw at the end of the alleyway a flat piece of metal lying at an angle against some bricks.
Adam smirked dangerously to himself as he gunned the throttle making the bike accelerate to an even faster speed.
[Noobkiller9000 (Earth): No fucking way is he about to do what I think he's about to do.]
Adam aimed the bike at the makeshift ramp and used it to launch himself up and over the flatbed truck.
People who were walking along the sidewalk near the alleyway screamed and yelled in fright and surprise as a motorcycle flew past them through the air.
He landed the bike and took a moment to get it back under full control before he shot down the alleyway on the other side of the street after Justin Phillips' car.]

[StealthAssassin9 (Earth): Dude that was awesome.]
[Superhearofangirl (Earth): I thought he was dead for sure, I can't believe he made that jump.]

Justin Phillips thought he was finally in the clear after he saw the flatbed lorry blocking the exit to the first alleyway and he heaved a sigh of relief as he turned the car back onto a main road.
Unfortunately only a few seconds later did the roar of an engine alert him as he saw through his rearview mirror the man in black who broke into his apartment speed out of the alleyway and onto the main road behind him.
"Shit." Cursing Justin Phillips put his foot down on the accelerator.
"I need to end this now." Adam said as he pulled out his blaster and rotated the cylinder.
[SciFifanboy (Earth): Oh here we go, blaster time lets go, it's time to prove all you naysayers wrong, yes I'm talking to you @Gunlovergirl (Earth).]
[Gunlovergirl (Earth): psh Yeah right.]
[Noobkiller9000 (Earth): Did he just turn the cylinder?]
[Prestigious3horns (Vinox 2): Is it just me or does that look similar to the Phalanx MK2 blaster pistol?]
[Prestigious3horns (Vinox 2): Now that you mention it, however there are subtle differences. I don't remember it having that rotating cylinder for one and the handle is the wrong shape.]
[Handsome3horns (Vinox 2): Yeah there is no way you can put an energy cell in a handle shaped like that.]
[SciFifanboy (Earth): Oh tell me more, tell me more.]
[Prestigious3horns (Vinox 2): The Phalanx MK2 created by Phalanx Security Industries has only just recently been released and is very popular due to its minimal energy usage in each shot, the quick reloading of energy cells when they run out and it having a laser sight as standard.]
[Superior4horns (Vinox 3): I think the only real negative it has is that it lacks firepower since it is more energy efficient, a kill that would take another blaster pistol one shot takes the Phalanx MK2 two or three, not including headshots of course.]
[Prestigious3horns (Vinox 2): It's very popular with police and security services because of that lack of power though, it means they can often take down criminals they need to interrogate without killing them straight away.]
[SciFifanboy (Earth): So it doesn't have the power to kill and leave a fist sized hole in a man's chest in one shot then?]
[Prestigious3horns (Vinox 2): Definitely not, a blaster pistol that powerful would be classed as military grade. Why?]
[Noobkiller9000 (Earth): It's what the streamer may have done earlier, though we couldn't actually tell what happened. All we know is a stranger turned the streamer over, there was a buzz sound and the stranger collapsed. When the stranger was turned over there was a fist sized hole in his chest that was singed around the edges and smoking.]
[Handsome3horns (Vinox 2): That doesn't make any sense.]
[Superior4horns (Vinox 3): No it doesn't, blaster pistols do make a bzz sound when they fire and the description of the wound you gave does match up with military grade blaster pistols. But how can a streamer have such a weapon, I mean it's called military grade for a reason.]
[Superhearofangirl (Earth): He's taking aim, I think he's about to shoot.]

"Ladies and gentlemen this is Stephanie Jones from ACTV coming to you live from our channel nine helicopter as we follow the crazy car and bike that are causing havoc on our cities roads."
"Less than thirty minutes ago a chase between a silver car and a green motorcycle started near Minerva Avenue and has been going ever since. It is unclear why the motorcycle is chasing the car, however what we do know is that several police cars are now involved and that shots were fired from the car a few minutes ago."
"Also the rider of the motorcycle pulled off an amazing and dangerous jump over a flatbed truck that blocked his path, since then the motorcycle has been gaining on the car."
"Wait a moment the rider of the motorcycle has just pulled something out from the inside of his coat, it's difficult to make out exactly what it is but it does appear to be in the shape of a gun, does this mean the rider is going to return fire at the car?"
"I think that is most likely the case as we can see that the rider is now aiming at the car."
A moment later as Adam pulled the trigger a bright red light shot out of the blaster and flew towards the car at incredible speed before it hit.
Then… then nothing, the car simply disappeared, one second it was there the next it was gone and strange dust particles seemed to be floating where it had once been.
The news reporter and the stream viewers were all quiet for several seconds as their brains tried to process what had just happened.
[Target: The Coroner Eliminated.]

Adam holstered his blaster before turning the motorcycle onto a new road and gunning it at full speed.
