On a foggy morning, he finally opened his eyes fully and whispered, "You stayed."
She nodded, a small smile tugging at her lips. "You didn't push me away this time."
He let out a soft laugh. "Didn't have the strength."

"Will you keep running?" she asked.

"Only if you run with me," he said gently.
She leaned on his shoulder. "No more lies?"
