Pew!
Kizaru reappeared in Japan and looked down onto the country from the air before spreading his haki out. His haki grew from the moment when he gained access to haki.
Quickly, his haki covered half of Japan, and Kenjaku's cursed energy appeared in it. Kizaru flashed towards the locations and saw Kenjaku in Tokyo, enjoying a fresh bowl of Ramen.
Kenjkau slurped those good noodles with the rich soup clinging to each strand. He took a bite and gulped it down before sighing in comfort and satisfaction.
"You don't seem stressed knowing you will die this day," Kizaru said as he sat down in the seat next to him. He raised his hand, and the owner, upon realising who Kizaru was, lit up with excitement.
"Ladies and gentlemen! My ramen shop, called Ozawa Rame, was visited by Kizaru!" Whipping the phone out, the owner wasted no time in taking a picture of himself and Kizaru in the frame.
Kizaru's eyebrow twitched before the man put his phone away. Immediately, he took his order, and Kizaru placed an order for Chashu Ramen.
Kenjaku watched with amusement as he looked at Kizaru. The more he thought about it, the more he realised something.
His goal of having cursed energy utilised and optimised might already be achieved due to Kizaru revealing the existence of cursed energy to the world.
Four sorcerers, each in a special grade, had already appeared in a month. This was unprecedented, not to mention the negative emotions increasing like wildfire across the world.
People realise the existence of cursed energy, and its use in Japan has caused worldwide panic among civilians in other countries.
Especially in Japan, where people started unlocking cursed energy. Criminals, thiefs and fights broke out across the population this month, and curses spawned like maggots.
If Kenjaku had to give it some time. He'd give a decade before Japan had sorcerers in the hundreds of thousands. The government will use sorcerers and cursed energy to upgrade technology, among other things.
"Are you finished with your thoughts?" Kizaru asked Kenjaku as he finished his tenth bowl of Ramen. Kenjaku looked at him with a twitching eyebrow before eating the last of his Ramen.
"I am ready-"
Pew!
A beam pierced Kenjaku's head, and his head burst apart, with his brain splattering on the floor. The shop owner squealed in excitement as he had his phone in his hand.
He recorded everything from Kixzaru eating ten bowls of his ramen to him killing Kenjuaku. If this won't improve the customer attraction of his shop, then nothing will!
A glow of yellow light surrounded Kenjaku's body before the light, as hot as the surface of the sun, turned the remains of Kenjaku into ashes. Got to be sure with a body jumper. We don't want another Orochimaru.
Standing up, Kizaru vanished from space before appearing in front of Dagon. The poor octopus or squid? Hid in a forest, shivering. Kizaru killed it immediately with a flick.
Kizaru covered the body in black smoke before absorbing Dagon's cursed technique. He could have done the same with Kenjaku, but he doesn't need something like that.
"Now that the problems are done. The only thing remaining is the spoils of this war," Kizaru muttered as a smile made it on his lips. No one would mind having some war spoils.
[Three days later...]
The news of the Allied Nations' attack failing on Japan quickly spread like wildfire. Japan pressure smaller countries and every other country to spread the news with naked threats.
Before the four countries involved in orchestrating the attack on Japan could point this out to Japan. The prime minister made a private call with the leader of every nation besides those four countries.
He pressured them into spreading the news on their news, phones and anything connected to the internet. They had no choice or say in the matter as Kizaru stood behind the Prime Minister.
Besides, the explosion that wiped out a tiny chunk of mainland China was not something that could be hidden. They knew well who was responsible for the attack.
In hours, everyone on the planet saw the news of the attack failing and Japan coming out on top. Kizaru's face spread in the news like a nuclear deterrent for every country.
The world became silent as they finally fully realised that a single man could wipe out every life on the planet without destroying the planet or themselves as the typical nuclear bombs would.
Currently...
Inside the Prime Minister's office. A round table with Shigeru sitting at the front was held. Cameras were placed around the room, recording everything live.
The four countries had no choice, as once the civilians of their country found out about Kizaru, they forced and rioted for them to livestream everything.
The hundreds of thousands of rioting civilians surrounding the leaders quickly took them down a peg as they realised that the real power was still in the civilians' hands.
"They look like pigs stuck in a cage," Maki snorted as she took a sip of her drink. Her hand rested on Kizaru's thigh as they watched from behind Shigeru.
The two were sitting down on a chair with Maki in Kizaru's lap. They drank their drinks as they waited for the meeting to start. Kizaru looked at the cameraman working on the equipment.
"Is it ready?" The cameraman paused and turned around with a stiff neck. Everyone except Maki started freezing as they heard the annoyance in Kizaru's tone.
The most powerful being on the planet, who could destroy the world, was annoyed. It made everyone freeze with panic, even if it was not directed at anyone in the room.
"Y-yes!" The cameraman nodded and pressed a button, turning g the cameras. Every country on the planet was currently watching in silence, waiting for the camera to turn on.
Once it did, they let out a sigh of relief as they watched with bated breath. Shigeru cleared his throat as he started speaking.
"For attacking Japan to destroy and conquer everything. For doing terroristic actions that destroyed an entire city and multiple mountains and towns full of people. I hereby declare the spoils we will take."
Shigeru deliberately pronounced the word take as he looked at the leaders. Because, truthfully, this was not a negotiation. This was Kizaru ordering those leaders to the spoils of war.
"China, India, Russia and the USA are to give 40% of their GDP every year to Japan, with 10% going to Kizaru," Shigeru said with sweat on his temple as he was not done.
"This will be done every year permanently. If failure to meet the date of delivery. Kizaru will give one warning and a month to collect the money."
"If failure to do that happens too, Kizaru will not hold back and will destroy a town every five hours until you deliver the money," Shigeru said with trembling hands.
The four supreme leaders in the room grew pale as they continued listening to the words of Shigeru. They did not care about the money. But the second half gave them quite a fright...
"The second condition is that every top technology from every country must be sold to Japan for half the price," Shigeru said with a less tense voice.
"The third rule is that every sorcerer outside of Japan. From this moment, they have to come to Japan and have their cursed techniques taken if they prove to be stronger than a weak curse technique," Shigeru said.
While the meeting kept going. The live stream count started climbing to the billions. Supercomputers connected to the cameras worked to keep it going without trouble.
[3 hours later...]
"And finally, the last thing. This is not a rule or order, but Kizaru has something to say to Japan," Shigeru says as he gets up from his chair before moving to the side.
Kizaru gently placed Maki off his lap and stood up. Walking to the chair, he pushed it aside before sitting on a new chair. His face looks directly at the camera.
"For everyone in Japan. If you find that you have awakened cursed energy. You are legally required to register. Tests will be taken to measure your rank from grade four to special grade," Kizaru explained.
"After that, your cursed technique, if you have one, will be tested. Finally, you will have the choice of working for the government or joining one of the two or hundreds of sorcerer schools in the future.
"You will learn how to exercise cursed spirits and keep Japan safe. Especially with the many cursed spirits spawning nowadays," Kizaru said with a touch of annoyance.
Ever since the revelation of cursed energy, the birth of the curses shot up 10x. Every second, hundreds of curses are born across the country with no end.
"And finally, for those who think they have power now, and that they can do anything. Look out of our window towards the sky," Kizaru said while taking one of the cameras and walking to the window.
Smash!
The window broke into pieces as Kizaru smashed it with his hands. Then, with certainty, he pointed his finger towards the clouds. A ball of l; light appeared on his finger.
"I am the light of my star,"
"The pillar of heaven,"
"The light and dark,"
"Light of the universe!"
Finishing his chant, Kizaru pumped 10% of his total cursed energy into the ball of light. With his chant, the power increased by 50%. Then, black lightning and armament haki covered the ball.
Turning a dark black with Conqueror's coating, space was starting to bend around the ball. The leaders and viewers looked with pale faces as Kizaru shot it into the sky.
Nothing happened for a second before a brightness as bright as the sun was created. The entire planet saw the shine of the attack as a massive fireball appeared in the sky.
A massive shockwave, with heat mixed in it, circled the planet ten times as the attack, strong enough to pulverise a continent, died out like candles in the wind.
Turning around, Kizaru saw the shocked and scared look on the leader's face. The billions of live viewers were so stunned that even the live comments stopped appearing.
"This is not even my full power. So, if you want to not follow the law and become a criminal. Know this, I will find you, and iu will either cripple you or kill you, depending on the crimes you have committed," Kizaru said with a chilling look.
"These are not suggestions."
"It's an order,"

Five years have passed like lightning. The world changed drastically with technology. People awaken cursed energy and cursed techniques.
Curses became public knowledge. Hundreds and thousands of sorcerer schools were created, with hundreds of students attending to learn about sorcery.
Kizaru obtained immortality by mastering and perfecting his Seimei Kikan. He could control a single cell in his body. Kizaru could stop his cells from ageing or being damaged outside a fight.
Surprisingly, Maki could achieve the same thing. Maki was the one who achieved it and taught Kizaru how to do it. Her talent in Physical techniques shone brightly.
The two became immortal with their Seimei Kikan. Gojo would probably achieve it soon, though Kizaru does not think the man would want to live past a hundred.
Even without Seimei Kikan. Kizaru is immortal because of his Idle Transfiguration. He could morph his body into a younger state once he reached an older age. Kizaru could do it to Maki.
In five years, Kizaru went from having a mere twenty thousand in his bank to having trillions of dollars in his bank account. He also got the title of the richest man in the world.
Yuji was recovered and treated for his injuries. Everyone returned to their everyday lives, continuing to fight curses and so on.
Megumi was the best out of everyone. The kid managed to tame Mahoraga without the outside hold and by only using the abilities of his shikigami.
The kid achieved a perfect domain, with only a step away from learning a barrierless domain. Megumi mastered every Shikigami's ability to near-perfect mastery.
Megumi managed to become the second-strongest sorcerer in the world. Beating Gojo with the mastery of his shinigami abilities and Mahorga's adaptation, and a domain as powerful as his stepfather's.
The potential man lived up to the expectations placed on his shoulders. Kizaru also healed Megumi's sister from her coma using Idle Transfiguration.
Other than these things, nothing exciting happened. Kizaru and Maki killed curses together, went out and had fun doing whatever they wanted with the money they had.
Everything was fun.
[Another Time skip...]
15 years have passed since the fight with the Allied Nations. And the world changed massively, but not much. The cars, phones and everyday technology received upgrades that made it look like every household tech on the level of Tony Stark.
The buildings remained the same without any futuristic looks. Kizaru established a law prohibiting the construction of overly futuristic structures.
Kizaru didn't want to see buildings that were twisted, smooth as skin, and gleaming silver.
Kizaru was still the richest human in the world, his wealth reaching tens of trillions of dollars.
Everyone is aged, with Gojo now 43 years old. Megumi, in his early thirties, attained a form of immortality due to Mahoraga.
The kid had managed to keep Mahoraga's golden wheel above his head in a permanent adapting state. Allowing the kid to achieve immortality, different from anyone else.
Megumi could stop the flow of time, but more specifically. Megumi could invalidate the effects of time on his body, allowing him to live as long as he liked.
The sis con married his sister, typical Sorcerer clan stuff. Have to keep the bloodline in the family. Kizaru and no one batted an eye since it was common for that to happen in those clans.

It has been 30 years since everything happened, and everyone except Kizaru, Maki, Gojo and Megumi turned old. Kizaru's grip on the world remained the same as years ago.
At this point, the whole world resigned itself to being in his palm forever since they saw that he and his wife had remained the same for 30 years, without a single white hair or wrinkle.
Sorcerers filled the streets, and the world has evolved in the past 30 years. Sorcerers who had children found that their children could awaken cursed energy more easily and faster.
Due to their close contact with the mother, they were constantly exposed to negative energy, which allowed them to sense it even while in the womb and awaken it much earlier than usual.
This is similar to the sorcerer clans, where children are born with cursed energy. Since cursed energy is generated from the abdomen, mothers intentionally use it during pregnancy.
Technology has advanced; however, the buildings remain unchanged except for a futuristic design that evokes a Cyberpunk 2077 aesthetic.
Thanks to Kizaru's law against pollution, there is significantly less trash and pollution in the world. The environment is cleaner now than it was when he first acquired cursed energy.
Megumi took over the Zenin clan when marrying his sister. He has a daughter who gained the projection sorcery along with the ten shadows. Making her a future powerhouse.

50 years have passed. Kizaru and Maki decided to try what it feels like to be parents. They had a child and became parents. Surprisingly, the children were twins, similar to Maki and Mai.
One was a boy, the other a girl. The boy had heavenly restriction, and the girl had cursed energy similar to Mai. But Kizaru fixed that with Idle Transifugaration.
The boy had a fully acknowledged heavenly restriction at the moment he was born, and the girl had awakened her cursed energy at one. The amount reached an astronomical figure, similar to Sukuna's.
As soon as people found out about this, assassins all over the world surged like fish. Trying to kidnap the twins to threaten the parents. Once word of this entered Kizaru's ears, there was a worldwide slaughter.
Every assassin. Official or unofficial. All were razed to the ground, with tens of thousands of assassins worldwide dying to Kizaru's light.
Kizaru became even stronger as the years passed. His body became stronger, finally reaching that admiral-level power. Small planetary attack power at 30 years old.
At 50 years old, Kizaru achieved even more. Reaching the power to destroy the Earth at full power. His techniques have reached a state of mastery that no one could replicate.
His cursed energy control was so refined that only Gojo could compare, and his haki all reached advanced form.
Conquerors were able to reach observation killing, while armament led to internal destruction, regeneration blocking, and Dark Blades. This process involved infusing haki into objects.
Observation haki improved the most and in diverse ways. Kizaru could see the future for three minutes and read minds while also manipulating minds.
He could even reach and see the memories of people. See the souls without his cursed technique and detect anyone anywhere on the planet.

70 years later.
The boy and the girl were twenty years old. They had grown powerful, with the girl inheriting two of Kizaru's stolen cursed techniques. Those two techniques were Shrine and his enhanced Blood Manipulation.
They were powerful... but nowhere near Maki and Kizaru's level. They would never reach their level, nowhere near.
The reason is because... They were spoiled. They never trained more than an hour a day. They would rather spend money on games and whatever.
[Skip...]
Kizaru and Maki were sad for a few days as their hundredth birthday passed. Their son and daughter were ageing due to not learning Seimei Kikan.
But the two did not seem sad that they wouldn't be immortal... They experienced everything in the world. They could not be upset even if they wanted to.
Time continued passing more and more, and before Kizaru realised, he was over a thousand years old. But even after a millennium, he was not tired of living. His strength continued to grow slowly, and he soon became a large Planetary.
He had an immortal Maki by his side and money that would take thousands of generations to spend.
[Current...]
Kizary sat under a massive tree that reached into the sky. It was a cherry blossom tree planted three hundred years ago by his and Maki's hands. The soft breeze blew the blossoms a thousand meters into the sky.
A massive, crystal-clear lake that stretched as far as the eye could see was in front of the tree. Green and vibrant grass surrounded Kizaru and Maki w w he smell of cherry blossom and the soft scent of grass.
Kizaru brought a gourd to his lips and took a sip while enjoying Maki's massage. His golden eyes held a wise and aged expression despite his physical age not exceeding 23 years.
Maki was the same, without looking old.
"You should stop drinking. You will get addicted for the 10th time. You know it will take another 10 years for you to snap out of the addiction," Maki said with a playful glare at Kizaru.
"Maki, slow down. Your hands are gripping my shoulders with pain," Kizaru smiled as he looked at his wife, a playful smile on his lips.
"Besides, today is the day that we see our friends in a hundred years. I am allowed to drink on this occasion," Kizaru said as he sensed the cursed energy of old acquaintances.
Swoosh!
Kizaru turned his eyes and saw Megumi, his daughter, and Gojo appear a small distance from him. A small smile graced his lips as he watched them come smaller.
"Well. If it's not the old geezer~ how is your back?" Gojo asked with a smirk as he clapped Kizaru's outstretched palm. Megumi was with his usual annoyed and depressed face.
His daughter giggled with amusement as she looked at her two uncles. Maki walked towards her and quickly took her to the side to talk.
Boom!
Gojo's cursed energy fell onto the world. In these thousand years, Kizaru has found out how to grow the cursed energy pool you have. Gojo and Megumi also found out.
You can increase your reserve by absorbing negative energy outside your body and storing it in your body. That outside energy will slowly mix with yours until it takes on the shape and essence of your cursed energy.
Boom!
Another black cursed energy pressure appeared. Higher than even Gojo's as Megumi unfolded his cursed energy. Kizaru smirked, feeling their cursed energy.
It was merely a candle flame compared to the searing inferno of his oeserve. Standing up, Kizaru stretches out, cracking and popping his joints.
"Are you ready for our hundredth duel?" Gojo asked with a smirk as Megumi's eyes narrowed. The three of them fought for ten years, and it was their hundredth fight this year.
"Yes. But let's go to another place because..." Kizaru smirked as he looked into the sky.
"We need a planet as the arena~,"
