Akari found herself inside a room which wasn't her . She looked around before recognising Kaito's room . At that moment , he entered with some food on his hand . He saw that Akari was awake .
"Sis , you're awake ?"
"Yeah"
"Do you remember anything ?"
"I remember fighting a man but that's it"
"Well that man was an assassin sent to kill me and kidnap you"
"What ? Who sent him ?"
"Taiki"
"That bastard ? He is growing more reckless by the day"
"Sis , in your opinion what should I do ?"
"Do whatever it takes to remove him"
"Isn't that a bit extreme ? After all , he is a member of the Sakura Branch Family"
"Then ?"
"As far as I know , the branch family of Sakura Family has their residence in Osaka City "
"And you plan to visit there , right ?"
"Correct . You will also come with me"

"We don't have much time . The Academy openes in 22 days . We have to reach Swordmaster level too"

Akari smiled a little as she started having breakfast . Kaito cleaned the room and gave her a potion before leaving the room . It was a recovery potion which was of the high grade . Akari knew that the family has a potion room and the clan heir can take potions from there only once a month or an emergency situation . Kaito left the room after advicing her to take some rest .
Kaito came out of the room . He didn't have any work today so he decided to use this time to cultivate his aura core . Kaito went to the training grounds of the family . The training grounds was specially made and it has a thick concentration of mana . Kaito sat on the ground . He started to use his mana breathing technique .

Kaito's body was absorbing mana at a very fast rate as he redirected the mana to his dantain . His aura core was incomplete at first but now it was starting to take form and revolve the aura from his core . The aura core also absorbed excess mana from the mana circles as he was breathing in mana from the air . It was like a continuous process of mana absorption and transfer . Kaito went inside his inner self as he saw the formation of the aura core . It was a blue shaped ball which was not larger than a tennis ball but it took in all the mana from the heart and refined it .
After about 5 hours of cultivating his dantain did Kaito finally opened his eyes and stood up . He was covered in sweat as his clothes were dirty . His skin had many black spots on them which are the impurities expelled from his body . Kaito clenched his fist .

Kaito couldn't wait as he wanted to test out his strength after the formation of the aura core . He went ahead and took out a sword from the training sword handle . It was a real iron sword as Kaito held it in his hand . The sword felt much more lighter than previous time as Kaito raised it . He closed his eyes inside his blindfold and supplied the aura from his rotating aura core . The sword got covered in a bluish layer as the blades started to glow blue . Kaito slashed the blade as a blue ray of aura released and striked the wall . The dust settled after some time as the wall had a crack on it .

She was in her room . She returned some time later after Kaito left to train . Akari has already formed her aura core as she also became a swordmaster . She didn't tell Kaito about it though as she wanted to surpise him .

Akari was lost in thought as she forgot that within one month their classes will resume in the next year . The National Awakened Academy had a special rule during the start of a new year for students . As the students will be returning to the academy after a long break of 2 months , the academy conducts a reevaluation exam for all the students . Some students who have increased their strength during the break would have a class rearrangement . Although its rare for some people from Class E and D to raise their level to B-Rank within two months but their has been a few geniuses who managed to do so .

He came near Kiyoshi's room as he knocked . Kiyoshi allowed him to enter as he did so . The first time Kiyoshi looked at Kaito he squinched his eyes . It seemed as though he noticed something different about the young man in front of him .
"Kaito , did you reach SwordMaster ?"
"Yes Patriarch"
"Great , you truly are someone capable"
"Thank you for your praise"
"Did Akari managed to reach too ?"
"I am not sure but considering her talent she should be in the SwordMaster level by now"
"Okay . Tell her to come to the training room tomorrow . You will come too"
"May I ask the purpose ?"
"I will check you both . If Akari managed to reach SwordMaster then its okay but if she didn't manage to do so I will take some steps"

Kaito left the room as he headed towards Akari's room . He knocked as she opened the door . Kaito pushed her inside as he came too and closed the door .

"I came from grandfathers room and he seemed pretty angry on you"

Although Kaito doesn't express his feelings often but Akari seemed to understand him . They are blood siblings after all . Kaito exited from Akari's room with a serious face . She was getting more worried about him but there was nothing she can do .

Kaito rushed outside of the mansion . He headed towards the tallest building of the Tokyo Base City . He reached the cliff of the tower . Tokyo Base City is the largest base city in all of japan . The city is divided into 5 different areas . The 4 different areas are managed by the 4 families and the center is the Demon Sensing Tower . This is the tallest tower in the city and has the defense mechanism of sensing demons when there is an attack . The tower can also create a barrier to protect the city during demon invasion .This tower also serves as the 'mission hall' for the demon hunting teams
Kaito opened is blindfold as his vision spread throughout the entire city . There were many mana signals present but he sensed a omnious mana . When Kaito looked at that side he saw a reddish brown mana which was disrupting the flow of mana from the area it passes . The mana in that area becomes unstable and the people were feeling sick . This wasn't the thing that surprised Kaito . He was actually surprised by the amount of mana that the person was releasing . The mana was greater than Kaito and probably on par with SSS-Rank Awakeners .

Beltros suddenly sensed a gaze on him as he looked towards the top of the Demon Sensing Tower . He saw what looked like a person on it . He was surprised when he saw the person . It was none other than Kaito Sakura . Beltros was taken aback by a bit . Kaito's gaze seemed to pierce him from inside .
