You Feng pointed a commanding finger. In an instant, Vampire Genesis flickered and reappeared at You Feng's side.
"What!!" Lin Xian's eyes nearly bulged out of his head. He had never expected You Feng to have a move like this up his sleeve.
"I'm still not finished! I shall take the ace you're so proud of and use it as a sacrifice for my servant! I Tribute both Dark Necrofear and Vampire Genesis on the field to perform a Tribute Summon for my strongest servant!! Come forth, Maju Garzett!!"
You Feng let out a roar, thrusting his hand high as his cloak billowed around him.
"A Majestic Maju?" Lin Xian looked up to see a monstrous creature half-skeleton and half-shaggy beast descending from the sky.

"This card's ATK is equal to the combined original ATK of the two monsters used as Tributes!! Which means it has 5200 ATK!!" You Feng's lips curled into a smirk.
"5200!!" Lin Xian's eyes trembled. He thought he had held every advantage, yet in a single turn, the entire situation had suffered a total reversal.
"It's over. It's time to say goodbye, Lin Xian! From my hand, I activate the Spell Card, Ancient Warriors! During the turn this card is activated, I can target one monster on my field and increase its ATK by 1500!! I target Maju Garzett, bringing its ATK to 6700!"
"You only have 4800 LP left. Farewell, Lin Xian! Maju Garzett, attack Gozuki!!"
You Feng swept his hand forward, pronouncing Lin Xian's doom.
"Roar—"
Maju Garzett lunged with a massive, meaty claw, instantly tearing Gozuki apart. The impact of the piercing damage sent Lin Xian into a fit of agonizing screams.
"Ahhh!!!" Lin Xian cried out to the sky.
"I... I actually lost..." Lin Xian was speechless. Why had he lost when they had started with identical decks?
"Lin Xian is eliminated!!" a voice announced. Two staff members descended via airdrop and carried Lin Xian away.
"You Feng! You really are strong. I'm leaving the honor of the Imperial Academy in your hands!" These were the last words Lin Xian said before he disappeared.
"Don't worry..." You Feng gave a faint smile.
"Asura is eliminated!!"
At the same time, another broadcast rang out.
"Heh, the second-place student of Wind-Thunder Academy was taken out that quickly? So much for being 'number two'." You Feng shook his head slightly. It was highly likely the boy had been beaten into a state of shock; may he find peace in his next match.

He picked all twelve in one go. These cards had great synergy and wouldn't clog his hand.
As for his original Fiend-Type deck, it had far too many monsters, many of which were weak vanillas with no effects. You Feng swapped out eight Fiend monsters and four useless Spells and Traps.
The replenishment was complete!
You Feng's deck had officially evolved into a hybrid of Zombies and Fiends. The strength of this deck was significantly higher than before; at the very least, he wouldn't start a match with a hand full of nothing but monsters.
"Attention, duelists!! In three minutes, three random card airdrops will be conducted!!" another broadcast echoed.
