Chapter 15 - Chapter 15: I, a pirate, rob!

A small wooden boat, carrying six rafts made of logs, was floating on the sea.

Standing or sitting on the raft were all fierce pirates.

There were four people on the small wooden boat.

Sager sat cross-legged in the center of the wooden boat, staring at the sea in boredom.

Lily stood next to Sager, looking at the sky from time to time and looking at the sea from time to time.

Ajin stood at the bow, maintaining a fighting stance, ready to start attacking as soon as he saw the boat.

Palu was at the stern, paddling with the oars, pulling the raft following behind.

They don't have canvas, so in addition to the pirates on the raft exerting force, Palu also has to exert force to make the raft move more conveniently.

"The wind direction is normal, the weather is fine, there are no clouds, and there will be no cumulonimbus clouds. There is no danger of wind and rain for the time being."

Lily observed for a while and said, "Sager, we can stay here for a while."

Sager nodded and said to Ajin, "Ajin, are you sure there is a boat?"

How ambitious I was when I went out to sea half a day ago, now I feel so helpless and disappointed.

Because he couldn't wait for the ship,

Ajin was sure that there must be a ship passing through this sea area. This was because this was near the coast, close to land and islands, and no matter how the ships sailed, they would not go to the ocean without land.

He had thought it all out. This was his first time joining Captain Sager's pirate group, and also their first time going out to sea to rob together. He must perform well and live up to Sager's sincere invitation.

This should have been the pirate group's first great victory, which would have brought a lot of joy and spawned a dream-like and heroic pirate career, but why did it turn out like this?

Not even a single ship was encountered.

It's such nice weather and it's daytime, how come there are no boats?

Ajin turned around, bowed his head to Sager, and said sincerely: "I'm sorry, Captain Sager, I made a wrong prediction and failed to see the ship. I'm sorry to disappoint you."

"There are always accidents. If there is no ship, there is no ship. It's okay as long as you know the direction." Sager waved his hand nonchalantly.

He is an old pirate who has been active in the East China Sea for many years and is familiar with this sea area. He is not a navigator like Lily who only knows theory.

Just find the town.

"Captain Sager."

Ajin's eyes were filled with emotion. "You don't blame me at all, you are so generous!"

It's totally different from Krieg's punishment for doing something wrong!

Captain Sager is really a heroic man!

You won't go wrong following a captain like this!

Lily, who was standing by, looked at Ajin, whose face was filled with emotion, pursed her lips and said nothing.

Sager smiled awkwardly: "Come on, I'm rooting for you."

He is not magnanimous at all, he is just used to it.

Otherwise, if he really does something wrong, will he not punish him?

Is his dream of becoming a wealthy landlord fake?

"Palu, take a break if you are tired. Guys, let's take a break. It doesn't matter if we can't catch any fish!" Sager turned around and shouted.

The pirates on the raft were not just paddling around. After all, they had not eaten for a day and were now thinking about fishing in the sea.

But with him here, how can we catch any fish?

Palu was so tired from paddling that he was about to let go when he heard this. Lily suddenly said, "Sager, there seems to be a boat."

"Where is it?"

Sager stood up suddenly and looked in the direction Lily pointed. He could vaguely see a protrusion on the horizon, which looked like the outline of a mast and sail. As it became more and more prominent, it gradually revealed the outline of a ship!

Ship!

"Palu! Keep rowing!" Sager shouted directly.

Palu shuddered, then let go of the oar and started paddling. The other pirates on the raft also grabbed the oars tightly, exerted their strength together, and rushed towards the outline of the ship with waves of water splashing everywhere.

They were rowing at a very fast speed, and soon they approached the outline and saw the boat clearly.

The ship has a two-story building on the deck, with a mast erected at the front and a spread of sails that flutter in the wind.

A standard sloop!

"Captain Sager, let me be the first one."

"Moon Step!"

Ajin took out a walking stick from behind, but before he could finish his words, Sager stepped on the edge of the wooden boat, flew into the air, and bounced towards the boat as if climbing a staircase.

This scene was astonishing.

Captain Sager really flew here.

Stepping on the air, Sager's face was full of excitement.

We actually encountered a boat!

In order to prevent accidents, he used Moon Steps to travel.

After all, he knew very well that he would be in trouble, and he was afraid of any unexpected events.

Splash!

As soon as he had this thought, a huge splash suddenly appeared on the sea surface not far from the ship. A bull-headed sea beast screamed and stretched out half of its body as tall as the ship, and violently crashed into the ship.

The people on the boat obviously didn't expect this and they were dodging everywhere in panic.

If it hits, the ship will definitely sink!

Sager kicked out afterimages with his feet, and a large number of blue slashes flew out, pouring down on the minotaur like a rain curtain.

Swish, swish, swish!

The minotaur was only a little distance away from the ship, with its head lowered. Just as its horns were about to hit the ship, a slash from the sky cut its body in half, causing blood to spurt out, and it fell to the sea trembling.

Sager's face was full of ferocity. "Want to rob my boat? You don't know how to die!"

The ship he had finally found was a meteorite that had fallen from the sky. He had the guts to fight for it!

This was related to whether his pirate business could be successful!

If he continued to be unlucky, he would have to become a savage!

Sager fell from the sky, quickly landed on the deck, and inspected the people on the ship.

They were a group of civilians, with no signs of being armed.

However,

he looked around with a frown on his face. The ship had signs of repairs all over it. A large number of wooden boards were nailed to the hull and masts. There was even a large gap on the left side of the hull with signs of burning.

The whole ship was shaking and seemed to be about to fall apart.

This is a robbed ship.

"that."

A civilian came over and said tremblingly: "Thank you for saving us."

"Don't be so quick to thank me."

Sager pulled out a flintlock from his waist, fired it into the air with a bang, and said to the confused civilians: "I'm a pirate, robbing!"

What happened to the ship that was seized?

Isn't the ship still there?

As a pirate, he doesn't care about so many things. He has to open the shop today no matter what!

...

"That's all?"

Sager looked at the things being moved onto the deck and raised an eyebrow.

In front of him, apart from some clothes, there was only a bucket of fresh water.

"Captain, that's all." Palu answered honestly, and the pirates beside him didn't dare to say anything.

They didn't see how Sag defeated Krieg, but they saw the captain kill the sea monster. The sea monster is still lying on the water, and the huge wound is frightening to look at.

Now that the harvest is so dismal, no one dares to make the captain angry.

"Ship, Captain."

The civilians who were gathered together were pale and almost crying, "Please spare our lives. The water cannot be taken away. Otherwise, even if the boat is left, we will die."

When sailing on the sea, having no food is not a serious matter; having no water is really fatal.

Being killed by pirates is death, dying of thirst is also death, they don't want to die.

"That's a nice thought, the ship is mine too!"

Sager sneered and said, "Palu, take the people to cut off the sea beast!"

There was food available. Although the ship was damaged, the kitchen was still there, and there was even a refrigerator.

Palu and his men jumped onto the sea beast, broke its skin with swords, and began to cut the meat bit by bit.

Among the pirates, there are always some who can cook. Even if their cooking skills are not good, they can fry the food without any problem. There are also seasonings in the kitchen. Just a little bit of it can become a delicacy for them who have been hungry for a whole day!

The pirates couldn't wait to take the meat with their hands and start chewing it one by one.

"Sager, yours."

Lily also helped in the kitchen. She picked up a piece of fried bone-in meat and handed it to Sag.

After taking a bite, Sager felt like crying.

It wasn't that it wasn't tasty.

It was that he finally ate cooked food!

He had never eaten cooked food since arriving in the Kingdom of Oikot!

The meat was also very good. The flavor of beef combined with seafood was delicious even with only a little seasoning.

They were eating happily here, and the group of civilians were watching them eagerly, swallowing their saliva.

Gulp!

Sager's ears moved, and he looked at the group of civilians who were staring at the meat, and sighed, "Come on, let's eat together. We can't eat if we're hungry."

"Captain, you won't rob us anymore?" The civilian looked hopeful.

"I still have to rob, but I'm not interested in the poor. Let's eat first. I'm a pirate, not a murderer. I won't starve people to death." Sag said.

The civilians were allowed to swarm over, grab the meat and start eating it.

Sager finished chewing a piece of bone-in meat, picked up another piece, and asked, "Tell me, what do you do? Who robbed you?"
