DNA Absorption: Kyūta can absorb DNA. By absorbing DNA, he can gain an individual's quirk.
This is NOT permanent. Any quirk Kyūta absorbs will dissipate over time or through excessive use, so he's required to recharge.Whenever Kyūta absorbs someone's quirk, he only gains 1/10th of their abilities. 10 quirks absorbed is a hard cap.This causes Kyūta to become insane. The more quirks he's actively using, the more mentally unstable he is.Once the quirk is drained his sanity will be restored.
Matter Absorption: Kyūta can absorb the matter of anything
Kyūta can absorb multiple materials at once.Depending on the amount of the absorbed material available, and how he distributes it, he can either coat his body, or part of it, in the material as armor, or completely convert his body, or part of it, into a living version of the material.The amount of material available specifically affects the speed he can absorb at. Kyūta could use a small amount of material to slowly transform his body, but it wouldn't be practical in a combat situation.Kyūta can shapeshift his hands and feet into different weapons and toolsKyūta is capable of regenerating and regrowing any damaged or destroyed body parts, allowing him to grow back lost limbs
