_Chapter 15: The Interrogation_
Ethan's grip on Anderson's arm was like a steel trap, holding him in place. Anderson's eyes darted back and forth, searching for an escape, but Ethan's gaze was unyielding.
"You're going to tell me everything," Ethan repeated, his voice low and menacing. "You're going to tell me about the corporation, about the cover-up. You're going to tell me everything you know."
Anderson's face was pale, his voice shaking as he spoke. "I don't know what you're talking about," he stammered.
Ethan's expression didn't change, but his grip on Anderson's arm tightened. "Don't play dumb with me," he growled. "I know all about your involvement with the corporation. I know about the bribes, the kickbacks, the cover-ups. You're going to tell me everything, or you're going to suffer the consequences."
Anderson's eyes widened in fear, and he tried to struggle free, but Ethan's hold was too strong. "Okay, okay," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. "I'll tell you everything."
Ethan's gaze narrowed, his eyes boring into Anderson's. "Go on," he said. "Tell me everything."
Anderson took a deep breath, and the words spilled out of him like a dam breaking. He told Ethan about the corporation's corrupt dealings, about the bribes and kickbacks, about the cover-ups and lies. He told Ethan about the people involved, about the politicians and businessmen who had profited from the corruption.
As Anderson spoke, Ethan's face grew darker, his anger and disgust simmering just below the surface. He listened intently, his mind absorbing every detail, every name, every fact.
When Anderson finished speaking, Ethan's grip on his arm didn't loosen. "You're going to pay for what you've done," he said, his voice cold and calculated. "You're going to pay dearly."
Anderson's eyes widened in fear, and he knew that he was doomed. Ethan's revenge was coming, and it would be merciless.
