(NO POV)
After parking in front of Miss Grimwood's school, Lincoln lets his sisters out the car before putting it into his
breaking.
"I promise to explain but for now follow me" Lincoln says as they dumbly nodded, they made their way to the
gate as Lincoln faced them.
"Now before anything else, Let me set some ground rules, Ok?" Lincoln told them as they nodded "Good"
"First, be on your best behavior, As I said before we're dropping in unannounced" He said putting up one finger
they nodded.
"Second, Don't mention anything about me transferring here, It's a surprise for the other students as Miss
Grimwood and myself have talked about this in private." holding up a second finger as the girls gave another
nod.
"And finally," Lincoln takes a breath before saying the final condition "Don't mention what just happened at the
house"
"But why?" Lana asks with her head tilted
"Because their my friends and I don't want to bring unnecessary drama because my home life isn't what most
people would call-" Lincoln pause as he tries to think of a word that would best describe it without hurting their
feelings "Stable"
He failed as they all looked down in guilt and self-disappointment, They had always relied on him to help them
or fix their problems or on the few times they don't it still effects him, Like the 'Sister Fight Protocol', either way
Lincoln just has more problems too deal with.
Their too dependent on him, Even more then their parents as they choose not to get involved.
"We understand" Lucy says sadly, Lincoln has a guilty look as he didn't want to make them sad and Lucy hates
that he's feeling guilty.
"He shouldn't feel guilty, He's just being honest" Lucy thought "Today proved just that as they sold everything in
his room, boarded it up and even tried to lock him out the house" Lucy looks down once more "To say that his
life at home is a little 'unstable' in an understatement"
"So this is the school you're transferring too?" Lana asks trying to make conversation "This looks like Lucy's
dream school, no offense Lucy"
Lucy smiles a little "Nothing to be offended about, It does look like a school I would go too"
"Oh you don't know the half of it" Lincoln said as they walked to the gate, Lucy was about to push it open when
Lincoln grabbed her hand to stop her, She shook his head as he started to look around.
They were about to ask what he was looking for when they see a short middle age woman walking over to meet
them.
"Why hello there Lincoln" She Greeted "Although it's nice to see you again, this is rather late for a visit."
"My apologize Miss Grimwood" Lincoln says as the girls now know that she is the headmistress "Somethings
happened and in my excitement I have acted rather hasty"
"I also see that you've brought guests" Miss Grimwood pointed out, looking at his sisters but seemed to focus on
Lucy for a moment longer.
"Yes, these are my sisters Lucy, Lana, Lisa and Lily" Lincoln introduced them before looking at his sisters "Girls,
This is Miss Grimwood, My soon to be headmistress"
"It's a pleasure/nice to meet you" They had said as Lily just waved her little hand
"Why it a pleasure to meet all of you as well" She said before she realized something "Wait a moment, What did
you say?" Miss Grimwood asked as she hopes she heard right.
Lincoln, With a smile pulled up the signed form and handed it to her, Miss Grimwood's smile seems to grow as
she now understands his excitement.
"Oh this is wonderful news" Miss Grimwood says "Please come in, We have much to discuss"
Miss Grimwood quickly gave them the girls the same enchantment she did to Lincoln when he first visited much
to their surprise.
"Whoa, what was that?" Lana ask as they were lead into the school
"That Lana was magic" Lincoln says as Lana and Lucy grew excited, Lily just clapped while giggling, Lisa was
about to deny the existence of magic but remembered that they just traveled through a shadow and saw a car
disappear before her very eyes.
"So you gets to learn magic here?" Lucy asked, When Lincoln nodded to conform, Lucy then turned to Miss
Grimwood "Is it possible for me to transfer here too"
Miss Grimwood chuckles "At the moment no but if your brother's time here goes well then we shall see about
next year"
Lucy nodded her head disappointed that she couldn't come here immediately but might have a chance next
year.
"Lincoln has informed us that you picked him to join your school" Lisa asked as she wants to know more about
this school "What are the reasons behind such a decision?"
"Your brother has already became friends with my students and since they know him, I believe that it would
help as they need more interactions with boys around their age" Miss Grimwood says as that tidbit of
information catches them off guard, Lincoln starts to sweat.
"Wait, wait, wait You make it sound like he's going to be the only boy here" Lucy says as they turned to Lincoln
who looked was looking away from them, Fidgeting with his hands.
"Why didn't he tell you?" Miss Grimwood asked as she too, looked at Lincoln.
Lincoln noticed the looked as sighed knowing what was to come "I never told any of my sisters about the school
actually" He admitted, shuffling his feet. "Whenever I hangout with a friend that happens to be a girl, They then
get all excited thinking that it's a date"
"I know they might do that with some girls, but it surely can't be all" Miss Grimwood says, But when she looks at
his sisters, She can see how they avoid eye contact.
"Oh" Was all she had to say
"Ya and when Lucy meets Sibella, she'll be preparing a wedding before we even leave" Lincoln says "I half
suspect they have a binder with all my possible weddings plans" a3
The girls try very hard to look as innocent as possible, Lincoln face-palms and mutters "Of course they do" as
Miss Grimwood laughs.
Once Miss Grimwood calms down, she turns to the girls "Well, to answer your question, Then yes your brother
will be the only human and boy here."
The girls turned to Lincoln, all of them with wide grins "Don't even think about it, we're just friends" Lincoln tells
them, They stayed quiet but can feel there might be more to it. a4
"Wait a minute" Lisa says as a sudden thought occurred to her "What do you mean 'human'?" That wiped the
grins off their faces as they gave them confused looks.
"Well I run a school for monster girls or ghouls as we say" Miss Grimwood informed, The girls were shocked
silent before demanding from their brother why did he never tell them.
"Ok enough" Lincoln says as they quieted down "I didn't say anything because then all of you's besides Lucy
would deny the existence of monsters without any proof especially you Lisa" Lincoln pointed at her.
"And I didn't want too, because I didn't know if either you's or your sisters would try to use this as a way to be
famous by telling the world that they discovered monsters are real."
They all could see his reasoning and had to reluctantly agree but flinched when he said 'your sisters', Miss
Grimwood however paid attention to that bit and wondered, slightly worried if everything was alright at home.
"I'll have to ask him when we talk in my o ff ice" Miss Grimwood thought as she led them to the common room.
"So what type of monsters are your friends" Lana asked looking up at Lincoln, as they stand outside the
common room door, they can hear voices from the other side.
"I wouldn't want to ruin the surprise" Lincoln says as Miss Grimwood pokes her head through the door.
"Girls, Lincoln's here!" Miss Grimwood says as the voices grew excited, they could hear a loud shriek and quick
foot steps.
Lincoln sighs knowing who that was before turning to his sisters "I forgot to mention that one of the students are
scared of humans so please stay a good few feet away from the table as their probably hiding under there"
They gave a nod as they opened the door only for something to shot past them and land right into Lincoln.
"Lincoln!" It was Winnie as she tackled him into a hug, Laughing Lincoln picks her, Tanis came next as she
grabbed hold his leg, hugging it.
"Hey ghouls, sorry for the late visit" Lincoln says as the others came over to greet him.
"Don't be, we're glad you visited" Phantasma says flouting over him, "We were wondering when you'd visit
again"
"Well We are only here for a short time today" Lincoln says as Sibella raised a eyebrow
"We?" She asked as they then noticed the three shocked girls, who are standing with their mouths opened, Lily
pokes Lucy's cheek to get a reaction.
"Ya, I brought some of my sisters today" Lincoln said "I hope that was ok"
"It's perfectly fine" Sibella said "We have wanted to meet them and if their anything like you then we'll get along
greatly"
"My names Sibella Dracula" She introduced as the others started to introduce themselves
"I'm Elsa Frankenteen"
"I'm Tanis Mummy, It's nice too meet you"
"I'm Winnie WereWolf, Awooo"
"I'm Tsuki Kaiju" Lana's mouth widened even more
"And I'm Phantasma phantom, but you can call me Phanty"
Lincoln then pointed to the coffee table as they can see a girl covered in green scales hiding underneath it.
"And over there is Gila Creature" Gila lets out a peep when Lincoln said her name "As I told you before she's
scared of humans so be sure to give her space, Ok"
Th girls nodded as they introduced themselves to the ghouls though after seeing Sibella, Lucy couldn't stop
herself from asking.
"Are you and Lincoln dating by any chance" Lucy asked the Young Vampire, Who's purple face grew darker as
she blushed from the question.
"LUCY!" Lincoln yells as the ghouls as well as Miss Grimwood, Lana, and Lisa started to laugh
"N-No we're just friends" Sibella answers but Lucy, Lana and Lisa started to grin, So does Winnie, Tsuki and Elsa
as Phantasma crosses her arms not looking pleased.
"Do you want too?" Lucy asked as Sibella's face grew even darker but Lincoln put a stop to it.
"Lucy" Lincoln said with warning in his voice.
"Ok, ok, I got all the answers I needed anyway" Lucy said as she catches Phantasma's expression "Maybe more
then I expected"
A blue blush spread across Phantasma's face, Winnie fell to the floor with laughter,
"HAHAh haha ha, Oh Man I like them already ahaha haha" Winnie said through her laughter, After a while she
started to calm down as Lincoln helped her back on her feet, only for her to noticed that Lincoln's other arm was
also bandaged.
"Well I'm glad to see you all getting along" Miss Grimwood said "I hope you'll all be on you best behavior as I
have to talk to Lincoln in my office."
"The same goes for you girls as well" Lincoln said looking at his sisters, They nodded as Miss Grimwood leads
Lincoln to her office, but Lincoln suddenly remembered something and turned around to look at Lucy.
"One more thing" Lincoln said "Lucy, no asking Sibella to turn you into a vampire"
Everyone then looks at the little goth, who looks slightly upset "But-
She didn't finish her sentence as Lincoln gave her a look, arms crossed looking like a parent that is giving the
silent 'no argument' statement, With a sigh Lucy knew she lost. "Very well" Lucy said depressed, but before Lincoln closed the door he said
"Collage Lucy" Lucy Looks up at her brother "We'll talk about you being a vampire, After collage"
It wasn't a yes or a no, but it was something to hope for as she smiles.
~In Miss Grimwood's o ff ice~
~30min Later~
Miss Grimwood and Lincoln were in her office, hammering out any little details, Through their talk Miss
Grimwood couldn't help but feel that Lincoln's hiding something.
"Lincoln, Is everything alright?" Miss Grimwood asked as the question catches Lincoln off guard
"What do you mean" Lincoln asked her
"Is everything alright at home" Miss Grimwood asked him "I've noticed that you and your sisters seemed
saddened, You said 'your sisters' when talking to the ones that you've brought here and that face that you only
brought those four, without the rest of your family makes me concern"
Lincoln wanted to say something, To lie and claim that everything was fine so none of the drama from home
would follow him here, but looking at Miss Grimwood's expression of genuine concern, He just slumps into his
seat and releases a deep sigh.
Miss Grimwood couldn't believe her eyes, She has seen expressions like the one Lincoln was making from
people who are tired.
Not the tired as it needs sleep, No It was as if he's been dealing with more then he should've been, Like the
world was just putting more pressure on him without rest, Like he's never had someone to truly tell anyone of
his worries.
That was the type of tired she saw and she didn't like seeing that expression on someone so young, who still has
their whole life ahead of them, She's seen that expression on many close friends, So many who eventually broke
from it and one day...
They just stopped.
"No" She thought "I won't let that happen"
"Let's just say that my family and I are going through a...ruff patch" Lincoln said looking at Miss Grimwood who
was waiting for him to continue "The main two reasons they're letting me come hear is that it's free..."
Miss Grimwood could understand that as their are very few parents who would pass up the chance to get their
child a great education for free.
"And the second?" Miss Grimwood asked as Lincoln started to fidget with his hands, He was about to answer but
soon the door was slammed open and the ghouls ran into the room.

"What's wrong?" Lincoln asked standing up immediately as he sees their worried expressions, But they didn't
answer as Sibella grabs his arm and pushed back the sleeve, revealing his other bandaged arm.
The ghouls eyes widened in concern as Miss Grimwood views the wrapped appendage with worry.
"Why didn't you tell us you were hurt" Sibella asked as Lincoln yanked his arm back.
"It's not a big deal" Lincoln said pulling his sleeve down, he then looked at his sisters "Why did you tell them."
"When you picked me up I saw that your other arm was bandaged" Winnie said drawing his attention "I had a
feeling that you'd just brush it off so we questioned your sisters."
(Flashback)
A ft er Lincoln closed the door, The ghouls started to interact with his sisters hoping to hear more about Lincoln
through them, The Loud sisters in turn wanted to hear the ghouls thoughts on Lincoln as well.
"So how did you meet Lincoln?" Lana asked the ghouls, As Lucy, Lisa and Lily wanted to know as well.
"Me and Tanis were getting picked on by these five teenagers and Lincoln just showed up and beat them all,"
Winnie's tail was wagging as she told them.
"Wait, He beat up five teenagers?" Lucy asked as Lana and Lisa tilted their heads as if not understanding what
the young werewolf said.
"Ya, And a ft er making sure we were alright, He got us ice-cream and helped us find the others" Tanis says as the
ghouls smiled thankful that they had meet Lincoln that day.
"And when we visited him, he made these really tasty cakes too" Phanty said
"Macarons" Tsuki corrected her
"Right those, where we got to know him" Phantasma continued "He was so nice and fun to tease"
Remembering his expression caused some of them to stifle their laughter, They continued to tell them about
their time with Lincoln and as they did the Loud sisters couldn't help but feel uneasy, something that the ghouls
seemed to notice.
"Is something wrong?" Elsa asked as their uncomfortable looks became apparent.
"We didn't do anything to upset you, did we?" Sibella asked as they worried they had done something wrong.
"No, no, you did nothing to cause us trouble" Lisa assures them "It's great to hear how close you all are to our
brother, it's just..." Lisa pauses
"Just what?" Tsuki asked tilting her head.
"The Lincoln that we know for our whole lives and the Lincoln that you know are very di ff erent" Lucy answered
looking down"Lincoln changed out of know where and keeps so many secrets that it's too the point where you
guys seem to know him better then us"
The ghouls eyes widened at that, With the week he was in town for and that one visit, they haven't really known
him long, Even if they see him as a special part of their lives, And here's his sisters, who have known him their
whole lives, admitting that they knew him better.
"Well, maybe theres a reason for it" Phanty says to try and cheer them up "I mean, everyone has secrets and
their always for a reason."
"I get that, I've tried to put it past me, against my better judgment" Lucy says "But when he keeps getting
injured and either refuses to tell us why or gives us half-backed explanations as he just complete shrugs it o ff , it
worries me, worries us"
Winnie remembered seeing his other arm bandaged "Is that why his other arms hurt now?" She asked
"Wait, He hurt his other arm?" Sibella asked as they all looked at Winnie"How do you know?"
"When he helped me up I saw his other arm wrapped up in bandages" Winnie told them "I wanted to ask him
what happened, But I get the feeling that he would try to down play his injury, Just so we wouldn't worry"
"Your right about that" Lucy said gaining their attention "He'd either not tell anyone or give them a watered
down version, He just shrugs it o ff and I get the feeling it's that he refuses to tell people isn't just to keep them
from worrying, But he might not trust them yet"
"It took up till now for us to start getting answers and that's only because of recent circumstances, So who
knows how long he was planning on keeping it a secret."
The ghouls took a moment to digest it all, They wonder what 'circumstances' their talking about but they can
see that it's probably a sore subject right now. Still, Lincoln's their friend so want to know what's going on too
help him
"Did he tell you's what's going on" Elsa asked but her and the ghouls disappointed to see the Loud sisters shake
their heads.
"Besides, This place and his magic, he didn't even give us an explanation yet" Lana said
"Well he didn't even explain magic all too well" Lisa said "He just gave us a summery of that shadow ability he
did" That caught the ghouls attention.
"What shadow ability?" Tanis asked
"He was able to transport us here somehow by driving us into a shadow, Which was really cool" Lucy said before
looking at the confused ghouls "Didn't he learn that here?"
"No, The only spell he knows is a beginners light spell" Sibella told them "He's advanced and shows great
control but to-Hang on I don't think there is a spell that lets people travel through shadows" a5
"Are you serious?" Lana asked, only for Sibella to nod
"Please tell us everything from the beginning" She asked them
The Loud sisters began to tell them on how much he's changed, how painful it was, how he came home with his
arm mangled, The gator attack and how he hurt his other arm protecting Lana.
They were even able to show them a video of how he broke through the metal bar and ripped the Big Gator in
half from it's jaw
A ft er all that, The ghouls decided to go and make sure that Lincoln was really ok, As they seemed worried for
their friend, The ghouls led the sisters to Miss Grimwood's o ff ice,
(Flachback Over)
Lincoln mentally berated himself "I should have made sure my arm was properly covered" He thought
The ghouls as well as his sisters started to ask question after question to no end, Until Miss Grimwood put a stop
to it"
"quiet down all of yous" Miss Grimwood firmly said over them, They all stopped as they looked at her.
"Now I know all of yous have questions, so do I but he can't answer them if he can't understand them." She tells
them
Seeing as how they call stopped Lincoln stepped froward, Knowing that many secrets will be revealed.
"Ok, I will answer any questions but do not interrupted another persons question, is that clear?" He asked them,
they gave a nod as conformation.
"Ok, Lucy you start" Lincoln said
Start, she didn't know where to start, there are so many questions she has, so many thing she needed answers
too, but the biggest one has too be...
"Why are you so different" Lucy asked "We know why you changed physically but you also changed mentally"
Lincoln pondered her question for a moment, Not to come up with a lie, but to give her the best answer for her
to understand
At least for now
"Do you remember what I said after we got home from the cafe" Lincoln said "When you had asked me if their
was anything bothering me, What was my answer"
Lucy thought back before answering "That you felt the best you had ever felt in your life"
"Exactly" Lincoln said"You know how my growth spurt took place, how there was a build up in my body"
"Yes, we already established that and although it was something that we wished that never happened what role
does it play in your mental behavior as of late?" Lisa asked
"Their was a build up in my brain too" Lincoln said and at that, Lisa, Elsa, and Miss Grimwood, stumbled at his
words, The others can tell that it's something bad, but only those three know how bad it truly is.
"That's impossible, I've done brain scans on everyone multiple times if their was a build up then I would have
notice" Lisa stated but was loosing confidence as Lincoln's next words shook her.
"Not if their was more then one" Lincoln replied "Their were many deep within the folds of the brain that they
pushed the folds together making.."
"Making it nearly impossible to detect" Lisa gasped in realization "The folds acted like camouflage"
"So the only way to find them would be to do a deep brain neurosurgery" Elsa finished
"Correct" Lincoln said "I've been having headaches a few day before the build up in my body burst, The night
before was when the build up in my brain broke off"
Lincoln took a sigh "After that I was truly myself, All my life I was living as if I was half asleep but now I'm finally
awake, and when my body changed I could finally move freely as if a weight was lifted off of me"
They took a moment to digest this, To live such a half-life and not know it for years. It was difficult to process.
"Well why didn't you ever inform us about your repeated cephalalgia symptoms?"Lisa asked
"Huh?" Everyone but Lincoln, Elsa and Miss Grimwood exclaimed as they didn't understand what said.
"She means why didn't he say anything about his headaches" Elsa informs them
"Ooh" They said
"Finally, someone who gets it" Lisa exclaimed, happy that someone understood her.
"Well lets be honest know, would you or anyone else taken me seriously" Lincoln asked his sisters.
The ghouls were surprise that the loud sisters shook their heads, looking down in shame.
"So what about this shadow thing we heard about from them" Phanty asked, too change the subject, The all
focused on Lincoln who sighs as he walks to one end of the room.
Lincoln stood by the bookshelf that was their and turned to face them "I guess the best way to start explaining, it
this" Lincoln then seemed to sink into the shadow of the bookshelf.
The ghouls were stunned, Miss Grimwood was stunned and even if they've seen it before the loud sisters were
stunned.
"Boo" They all jumped as they looked behind them to see Lincoln with a smug face. a1
"Lucy I might have too take your scaring people thing because it's hilarious" Lincoln says laughing at their
shocked expressions.
"Wh-what was that!" Sibella asked as she's never seen or heard of anyone doing that before in her life.
Lincoln smiles "I'll tell you everything but I need you all to wait until the end to ask questions as their is a lot that
I have to go over."
Lincoln begins to tell them all about his Skills, The different types and categories for them, how their broken
down into groups, and how he can learn them all.
After finishing he then allowed to ask any questions.
"So these Skills, Are you sure it's not like magic" Sibella asked just to make sure, As she has never heard of them
until now.
"Yes" Lincoln said "Think of magic as an energy the world has given you to harness, People in the past learn
from the pattern in which they weave their magic into spells like knitting a ball of yarn into a piece of clothes."
They thought about is analogy and had to agree that it does fit best, They nodded as to show they understand.
"Now, Think of Skills that follow a different flow of energy, They are something the world has made, When
someone is given a Skill either from birth or from learning it, The skill can have a chance to evolve into a greater
skill that best suits you, or the skill can stay the same but get stronger based on usage, ability, environment, or
even desire."
"If under the right circumstances some skills can either combine into more powerful skills, but those are hard to
do unless the Skills are compatible in someway."
"How come these Skills are not well known" Miss Grimwood asked as she takes mental notes on everything
Lincoln has said "From the sound of it, humans, monsters, and even animals could use them but I've never even
heard of them until now"
Lincoln adopts a thinking position as he thinks about her question.
"To be honest I don't know," Lincoln admitted "My best guess is that because of the different flow of energy
thats required doesn't fit in with any other being in this world, Skills still release a type of energy when used, like
magic, I can't tell with magic but I've tried to sense if this other energy was inside anyone else, but sadly I
haven't found one."
"So does that mean we can't learn any" Lucy asked as she had hoped to learn some cool shadow skills, But to
her delight Lincoln then said.
"Their is a chance that I can teach people skills" He admitted "I'd have to get more skilled first before teaching
someone and then I'd have to be the pathway to open you body up to the energy for Skills, but you won't get the
skills you want, your either born with it or have to learn it and their will always be skills that you can never get
because of how rare they are."
The all started to talk excitedly, This was something they've never suspected before and yet it was so
fascinating, Outside the room, Gila and Milly were listening as Milly was recording the whole explanation about
skills.
"hmm, This is rather interesting" Milly thought "This magic was something that has caught my attention but
now there are these Skills too, Maybe theirs more to this pile of rock then meets the eyes."
Gila was just peeking through the door as she looks at Lincoln, she just scared of him yes absolutely terrified,
but for some reason she was worried when she heard that he was hurt and now watching him explain skills so
happily with a smile, it made her feel strange as a slight greenish-blue color appeared on her cheeks.
Back inside the room as Lincoln was still answering questions.
"What are the strongest skills" Winnie asked as they all leaned in hoping to hear.
"Strong in what way?" Lincoln asked as they gained confused looks "They can all be strong, some allow you to
build a house in a day, others can allow you to live a sick free life, some to never feel pain, others can make life
bloom around you."
Their eyes glittered in wonder at his words.
"But I'm guessing you mean Skills that have a more destructive property, right?" Winnie nodded as maybe now
they can properly gouge the abilities of Skills if they know how strong they can be.
"Well from what I know they both marvelous and terrifying" Lincoln said as his tone grabbed there attention "If
you get to that level you can terraform forests, sever seas, level mountains, cleave the skies"
They stared at him as he dropped a bombshell on them, both inside and outside the room they were all shocked
that skills could have that kind of power
"And you can use these skills" Lisa asked her brother, she was relieved when he shook his head.
"I'm too weak" He said, they were about to deny his lack of faith in himself before he stopped them "It's true but
not like that, Skills aren't something you just decide to get, they take hard work, blood, sweat and tears to be
able to do"
"You can do the same thing with magic you know" They looked at him as if he was nuts "What it's true, I have
some magic books that have spells just as powerful as skills."
"And were did you get those, dear brother" Lucy asked, she'd be lying if she said she's not mad that he had
magic book hidden away, She was the magic lover in the family
"Yes because I'd like to know as well" Sibella said as she's loved to study magic and to learn her friend/crush had
access to book with magic she's never heard of before mad her slightly jealous "When we meet, you had no idea
that magic existed."
"Correction, I was shocked to learn that you learned magic here, I was informed sometime ago that I had the
potential to learn magic, but am unable to unless with a teacher." Lincoln stated as the ghouls though back and
realized that he was never really shocked about the reveal of magic.
"Who told you about magic" Tanis asked
"Sorry but I'm not comfortable with answering that" His sisters opened their mouths but he held up his hand
"This is non-negotiable, all I can say is that they've watched me and informed be about my growth, magic, skills
and helped me among other things"
"It's because of them that I survived my growth, I believe Lucy and Lisa can remember how that was."
The two girls mentioned gone pale again as a shiver ran up their spines, They just stopped having the
nightmares, but even still what they saw will forever haunt them, And not in the good way for Lucy.
The ghouls looked at them wondering what could have caused it, they then looked at Lana as she explained the
state they were found in after watching not even a quarter of it.
The ghouls shuddered at the thought.
"So they gave you all that stuff?" Miss Grimwood asked wanting to hopefully have a chat with them. "Where are
they now?"
"They are no longer in this world" Lincoln said as it became quiet, "I do wonder when I'll see them again, they
did say they'd visit" He thought not knowing the effects of his words
"oh my I'm sorry to hear that" Miss Grimwood said thinking she's touched a sore subject "Were they close to
you."
Lincoln thought about it and even though the time they spent together was short, for some reason he felt he's
known them his whole life.
"They-" He paused as he though about how he felt towards them "-Felt like family."
Lincoln soon found himself being hugged on all sides, as they tried to console him, Lincoln however didn't know
what's going on.
The others though this made sense sadly, if these people gave Lincoln information everything they know about
skills and magic, they must be able to do it too and if they were gone then that was the reason Lincoln can't find
anyone else that can naturally use skills.

Outside the room Gila cried a little, sure she was scared of Lincoln but she feels sorry for him, as she believes
that he lost many who were dear to him, Milly who wishes too study what appears to be the last Skill user of the
human sub-species, Couldn't help but feel some form of sadness for him.
"Ok not that I mind but this was out of no where" Lincoln thought as they released him from the hug.
"Well, I believe that's enough questions for know" Lincoln said "We got to head out and I believe you all have
classes tomorrow, but before that Miss Grimwood here has an announcement.
"I do?" Miss Grimwood ask, Lincoln looked at her then at the desk were the signed form was "Oh I do"
During the conversation she had completely forgotten the reason their here in the first place
"Girls, Listen up" The ghouls looked at Miss Grimwood as they have never seen her this excited before "The day
after tomorrow we'll be having a new student joining us" Excited chatter broke out among them.
"Who could it be?"
"I hope she's nice"
"What type of monster could it be?"
"Now, Now I know your all excited but that is why the new student is hear to greet you in person" She informed

Milly and Gila looked through the crack of the to get a better look, The ghouls were excited as they look around
for the new student, so much so that they didn't notice Lincoln walking to Miss Grimwood's side
"Hello everyone" Lincoln greeted as they all stopped and looked at him, It took all of his willpower to keep a
straight face "My names Lincoln Loud and I'm excited to be joining this school with all of you's in it"
Silence was all that was their except for the loud sisters who are trying hard not too laugh at their expressions,
Miss Grimwood was also having trouble as well as her hand covers her mouth to stop her laughter.
"Meet our new student" She introduces "Lincoln Loud"

"WHAT?!"They all shouted In shock, Milly even bursted into the room revealing that her and Gila were
eavesdropping(But Lincoln already knew that) That broke it as Lincoln, Lucy, Lana, Lisa, Lily and Miss Grimwood let out their laughter, Lincoln being the
loudest of them all.
"HAHAH HAHAHA HA" Lincoln Laughs whole-heartedly.
