Moving in its creeping pace, the smoky cloud delivered both Caius and Arlette to the door to her bedroom, and with the same hand she had used to cast the spell moving them, Arlette unlocked the door so they could be carried in.
After identifying why they were moving, Caius just smiled and allowed himself to remain engrossed in his and Arlette's kisses. That said, he did notice when they stopped and could just tell where they were. Without opening his eyes, he braced against the ground with his legs as the smoke dissipated and stood up with Arlette in his arms.
Arlette, in turn, wrapped her legs around his waist and her arms around his neck while Caius's hands were still gripping her sides as he turned them around to lay her down on the bed.
