Just as Raymond was still trying to figure out what "that matter" meant, Lucifer suddenly shouted, breaking his thoughts:
"Monterey, what are you laughing at?!"
It was clear that Lucifer was very angry.
The one he yelled at—Monterey—was a giant over two meters tall, his body huge like a beast in human form.
But right now, his face was red, and it was easy to see that he was holding back laughter. The reason why he wanted to laugh was also very clear.
Lucifer was trying to act wise and serious in front of the Kizaru sub-personality, but his words came out in a child's voice. This contrast was just too funny.
If it weren't for Kizaru's calm nature, he might have laughed too. And if Raymond himself were controlling the body, he probably couldn't help laughing either.
It was simply too ridiculous…
Monterey was clearly not someone good at hiding his feelings. Even though he tried very hard to hold back his laughter—his face red, his body trembling—some sounds still slipped out, and Lucifer noticed right away.
Lucifer flew into a rage!
"I—I didn't laugh… I didn't…" Monterey stammered, struggling to explain.
But anyone could see he was about to burst out laughing at any second.
Holding back like this wasn't much better than laughing out loud, especially in front of Kizaru, who was still considered an outsider. Lucifer instantly felt his pride crumble.

Lucifer raised his hand, blasting out a wave of black energy that sent Monterey flying!
The giant hadn't expected Lucifer to attack so suddenly. He hesitated whether to dodge, and that small hesitation made him miss his chance. He was hit head-on.
Through Kizaru's eyes, Raymond saw Monterey's body suddenly swell at the moment of impact!
Already over two meters tall and looking like a small giant, he grew even bigger—almost five meters tall now.
His body expanded to more than three times its size, looking terrifying!
Not only that, two demon horns sprouted from his head. His skin tore through his clothes, covered in black scales, and his face twisted into something fierce and monstrous!
"Roar!"
He let out a low growl, barely stopping himself mid-air before landing heavily on the ground.
"Ohhh…"
Even the Kizaru sub-personality couldn't help showing a trace of surprise. This kind of transformation was still unusual to him.
Seeing Kizaru's surprise, Lucifer finally calmed down a bit.
At first, he got angry only because Monterey made him lose face in front of Kizaru.
But Monterey was still one of his trusted men. He couldn't treat him like he did with Shui Wuhen's subordinates in the car.
Of course, even Monterey couldn't be killed by this mere projection.
Even that last strike—if it were from anyone else—it probably wouldn't have hit him.
Monterey clearly knew Lucifer was punishing him. He didn't dare dodge, afraid it would only make Lucifer angrier.
After the strike, Lucifer's temper cooled down, especially since Kizaru looked surprised.
That reaction meant Monterey's transformation had made Kizaru realize that the Hell Angels also had strong warriors. In a way, it helped Lucifer regain some pride.
After calming down, Lucifer smiled and explained,
"Monterey's mother was a werewolf. She accidentally stepped into a hell dimension, and when she returned, she carried him. His father should be a demigod-level demon…
Normally, he looks like an ordinary person. But because he carries both demon and werewolf bloodlines, he can transform in battle. At night, his strength can even grow three times stronger.
Oh, and he's one of the three great generals of the Hell Angels."
—Three great generals… Raymond now had a clearer idea of the Hell Angels' structure.
Ren had mentioned it to him before, though not in detail. Still, he knew how their upper ranks were arranged.
At the top was the leader. Below the leader were the Archbishop and the three great generals.
The Archbishop acted like the strategist, while the three generals were the group's strongest warriors. Most of the time, they stayed in Canada.
Even when they expanded into North America last time, only one general came.
The other two, along with the Archbishop and leader, never showed up.
After all, Canada was their home base. They had to keep enough strength there, in case something happened. Expanding here while leaving the core weak would be a foolish move.
But through Kizaru's perception, Raymond noticed that Monterey wasn't the only high-ranking member present in this base.
Standing beside Monterey was a refined-looking middle-aged man, wearing gold-rimmed glasses.
On Lucifer's left side stood an old man in a black robe, dressed like a priest, giving off a calm and gentle aura.
When Kizaru looked at him, the old man smiled and nodded politely, looking very kind.
Yet, under Kizaru's Haki-like sense, the strongest evil aura after Lucifer himself came from this old man. Clearly, he was no ordinary figure.
From what Raymond knew of the Hell Angels, it wasn't hard to guess—this priestly old man should be the Archbishop.
And the refined middle-aged man was likely another of the three generals.
That meant, excluding Lucifer, half of the Hell Angels' high command was already here.
The Archbishop plus two generals—this was much more serious than the last time they came to North America. And now, with Lucifer himself present, even as a projection, the situation was heavier.
Lucifer's projection might not be as strong as Monterey, but his true self was a SkyFather-tier being. At certain moments, his presence could be far more valuable than raw strength.
After learning Monterey's identity, Kizaru, under Raymond's signal, glanced at the middle-aged man and the priestly elder, asking:
"And these two?"
Lucifer didn't hide it. He pointed to the middle-aged man first.
"This is Kingsman, a warlock. Just like that fool Monterey, he's one of the three great generals…"
Then he paused, pointing at the priest-like elder beside him.
"Ogopogo, the Archbishop—my most loyal servant." (TL/N: WTH is this name?!)
Raymond noticed that Lucifer's way of introducing them was different.
When talking about Kingsman, like with Monterey, he mentioned both name and role. But with the Archbishop, he only gave the name, adding "my most loyal servant."
And when Ogopogo heard that title, his face showed pure devotion.
That small detail told Raymond this Archbishop wasn't just a subordinate. He was Lucifer's true believer—and a very devout one.
By contrast, Monterey and Kingsman, though strong, were only subordinates, not worshippers.
If Monterey truly believed, he wouldn't have laughed earlier.
Kingsman likely didn't laugh only because, like Kizaru, he was good at hiding his emotions.
Meanwhile, Ogopogo stayed humble the entire time, giving all glory to Lucifer.
This proved his respect was genuine, not just forced submission.
"Half-blood demon and warlock…"
After hearing the introductions, Raymond roughly understood their backgrounds.
From Lucifer's words, Monterey's father was a demigod-level demon.
"Demigod" seemed to be how Hell and Heaven classified ranks of power. In multiversal terms, that was the "sub-Skyfather" level.
Everyone knew that demon power could be passed down through bloodlines.
Hell Lords were the strongest of demons.
If Lucifer himself had children, they would likely be born as demigod-level demons once grown.
The same went for other powerful demons—their offspring could never be ordinary.
That was why the stronger the demon, the harder it was to produce heirs.
Monterey, as the direct descendant of a demigod-level demon, naturally wasn't weak.
Judging from his earlier transformation and Kizaru's observation, his power level was around Tier 4.
Still, he was only an average Tier 4—not at the level of Juggernaut or Longshot.
At best, he was closer to Red Devil's tier.
As for Kingsman the warlock, Raymond couldn't judge his strength yet. But if he was a general, he should at least be on par with Monterey—though who was stronger remained to be seen.
The fact that he was a warlock, however, sparked Raymond's curiosity.
