Chapter 120 - Chapter 120: They’ve Been Found

Xiao Feng gazed at the sleek silver aircraft and chuckled softly, "If only we had a plane like this, hunting beasts would be infinitely more convenient. And if we ever find ourselves outmatched, we could always make a swift escape."

"Hunting beasts? That's not my line of work—I'm tasked only with capturing rogue psychics," Kelly replied with a knowing smile aimed at Xiao Feng.

Xiao Feng nodded in agreement. "You're right. You've got me pegged perfectly."

Hebrew stepped down from the aircraft, remarking, "I never imagined that a D-grade magic crystal could actually power this Silver Arrow craft."

Puzzled, Xiao Feng asked, "With a company as large as yours, haven't you ever acquired D-grade crystals before?"

Hebrew sighed deeply. "The magic crystals obtained by alliance psychics are tightly controlled by the Alliance military. We can't get our hands on high-grade crystals. That's why, despite having developed many crystal-powered devices, we can't deploy them. If the Alliance military cooperated, we might even produce far more formidable weaponry."

"No wonder your alliance is fracturing. Don't worry, Uncle Hebrew—I'll supply you with magic crystals in the future. But you'll have to pay me, or provide me with advanced equipment."

Hebrew nodded. "If you can deliver crystals in bulk, our upcoming showdown against the Sam and Hilton companies will be far more manageable."

Xiao Feng rested his hand on Kelly's shoulder and smiled at Hebrew, "From now on, we're family. Your company's affairs are my affairs. I won't stand idly by."

Hebrew laughed heartily. "That's fantastic. Come on, it's getting late—let's go down for a drink."

Xiao Feng cast a lingering glance around the floor, filled with cutting-edge machinery—many pieces beyond his wildest imagination. Yet, his heart remained with the Silver Arrow. Quietly, he vowed, "No matter what, I must get my hands on a plane like that..."

After descending, Hebrew entered his office. Behind Xiao Feng appeared a flat black case containing the disassembled Black Angel sniper rifle—giving Xiao Feng two snipers now. The Blood Demon rifle stirred thoughts about its future; Ivy, skilled with snipers, would be the perfect recipient.

Although the Black Angel was magnificent, its ammunition was scarce and required special manufacturing.

Hebrew grabbed a communicator and dialed. Moments later, he chuckled, "Hey, Jason? I've got a friend coming over. How about joining us for drinks tonight? I'll introduce you."

Xiao Feng frowned—he disliked meeting strangers, but if Hebrew invited him, the guest had to be someone important.

Lowering his voice, Xiao Feng asked Kelly, "Who is this Jason?"

"Oh, the executive president of Victoria Corporation, and quite the handsome man. So handsome, in fact, I almost considered marrying him—if only he weren't so old," Kelly teased with a sly smile.

Xiao Feng's expression darkened, a flicker of deadly intent flashing across his face. "Go ahead and try. Marry him if you dare. If I don't skin him alive, then I'm not Xiao Feng."

Kelly was taken aback. "What are you talking about?"

Xiao Feng laughed. "I'm joking, of course. But any man who could stir your heart must be exceptional. I'm genuinely curious to meet him."

At that moment, Hebrew's communicator buzzed again. "Hello..."

"Director, we've located their base!"

"Where?"

"By a lake, directly east outside the city."

Hebrew smiled grimly. "I'm sending people immediately to deal with them. These maniacs must be eliminated—one kills them all. They're as detestable as rats."

He ended the call, and Xiao Feng asked, "You've found them?"

Hebrew nodded. "Yes, we have."

"Good. Then let's clean them up and come back for drinks tonight."

Hebrew looked at Xiao Feng. "You're our guest—you don't have to go. We'll handle this ourselves."

"No, I want to confront that Evil Dragon King fellow and ask why he sent assassins after me and Rice."

Hebrew considered briefly. "Alright, but be careful."

He then arranged for Xiao Feng to join his special forces team on three armed helicopters speeding toward the location—each helicopter carrying seven elite guards.

It was Xiao Feng's first time on a helicopter. The rapidly retreating scenery outside captivated him even more than the heavily armored special guards around him. These guards wore specialized armor, distinct from the mechs protecting Carey—indicating those mechs had yet to be mass-produced.

Within minutes, the three helicopters reached the small lakeside.

Cradling the Black Angel, Xiao Feng spotted the familiar hostile helicopter and, without hesitation, pulled the bolt, firing a shot directly at the rotor linkage.

The sniper rifle was clearly engineered with unique precision—despite its tremendous power, the recoil was surprisingly mild. Even a regular Alliance soldier could wield it. Xiao Feng couldn't help but marvel, "What a magnificent weapon!"

The shot struck true; the enemy helicopter's rotor splintered and twisted with a harsh crack.

Though impulsive, Xiao Feng's action prevented the cultists from fleeing.

Suddenly, numerous cult followers burst from the lakeside woods. They glanced anxiously at the three helicopters bearing down on them. The Bram Company's armed choppers outmatched even the Alliance's.

"Hurry! Prepare the rocket launchers!"

Several men emerged carrying rocket launchers on their shoulders.

Aboard the helicopter, Xiao Feng fired again and again—each shot felling the rocket-bearers. The Black Angel's devastating rounds tore enormous, bloody holes through their chests, spilling viscera and crimson gore—horrifying in its brutality.

Xiao Feng's precision earned the respect of the special guards on his chopper. His first shot severed the enemy helicopter's rotor; the subsequent rounds neutralized the rocket threat—an unparalleled display of skill that left all the guards admiring him.

Yet, the greatest surprise was yet to come.
