After 3years of pain in a relationship, Lily decides to cut off everything with her boyfriend who turn out not ever being interested in her.
After a month she bumps into Henry who turn out to save her making her heart skip a bit as she is in his arms
Let's see what happens after this accidental meeting
Chapter 1
Heart broken
Lily sits in at a dark corner of her room sobbing wishing she could just disappear from the surface of the earth. She recalls all the heart broken experience she has gone through. She ask herself tones of questions.
" I wish I could disappear from this earth?. I wish I was never born. Why am I so unlucky ?.How did I fall for this guy? What came over me? How did I get here?".
An hour earlier at the Hong mansion ( Frank's family mansion)
"Frank I think we should break up"
"And what gives you the right to break up things with me"
"I don't want to be with you again. Let's end everything you've never really cared about me or my feelings"
"Still at that you have no right to break up with me. You are mine no one can have you except me"
" It's better I leave on the street than be with you"
" Well we will see about that. We will see who will come begging for another""
"Maybe you because I won't come. I better die of hunger?"
"You got some nerves and courage to tell me it's over. Anyways Chao"
"I regret the 3 years I wasted with you. I regret ever loving you""
"You regret?? You know you have no one just me. You have no family, you were just supposed to be loyal to me but you have taken the decision to leave so you can leave but you will regret this I know"
Frank then turns and continue chatting with his friends ignoring her . Lily quietly left in tears promise herself not to do the same mistake again.
"Are you going to let her go really?"
"Ben don't worry she will come begging later. She has no one but me, when she will stay without a family then she will understand what it means to be with me"
Lily packs her things and goes to be with her best friend.

" I hate him, I could I think he loved me. I was so blind all this year's trying to convince myself that he loves me but can't show it. I hate him. I'm so foolish."
Jenny comes and conforts her. The room turns dark and quiet leaving just the echo of Lily's sobbing.
A month later
We hear the sound of a ringing alarm which wakes Lily up reminding her it's 6:am in the morning . Lily wakes up and sigh feeling discouraged and tired."Another day for another story"she says in a sad tune.
She looks at herself in the mirror and takes a though decision. " I won't be involved in anything called dating. I am done with all this shit no guys,no love,no pain".
Then she gets ready and leaves for sport.She takes her regular sport route when a speeding car out of no where comes to her direction making her feel scared and tries to evites it but bumps into the arms of a stranger.
"Hello can you get me. Eho are you okay" the stranger ask while tapping her to come back to herself.
"Am I dead? Her eyes half open. Am I finally dead she ask"
" You're not".
The manly voice rings deep in her soul making her come back to her senses. She opens her eyes completely and it meets the eyes of the charming stranger.
"Why is my heart beating so fast?"Lily ask in her mind.
"Eho . Are you back on earth or should I throw you away?"
" Oh I'm sorry. Thank you for saving me" She says without looking at his face then turns and leaves in running. The stranger shocked by her behavior looks at her as she disappears between the breezing trees.
"Boss we are ready"
"Okay let's go" .
Lily arrives home exhausted from the run and sits on the coach breathing heavily. Then she flashbacks on what had happened earlier making her feel disgusted and ashame. Then she calls out on her friend after noticing there is someone around.
"Jenny please get me a bottle of water. I'm so thirsty"
"Yes. Mam. So how was your jugging experience today?. Did you fall in love with another passerby?"
"Really Jenny? Do you always have to remind me of that foolish guy frank? Why do you you always love doing this?"
"Well ! But you've move on ever since right? Why should it still bother you?"
"It's just That whenever I pass on that street I feel like throwing up. It literally makes me sick"
" Wow I get it. But it's all gone now. It's the past already.so what's up any update! Any handsome stranger?"
"I met a stranger who actually saved me from a crazy car but he was too rude and annoying. And besides I'm not into guys anymore. I just thanked him and left okay?"
" Okay as you say. But if you aren't into guys does that mean you are into girls now?"
"What? Jenny! Infact I'm starting with you."
The scene blackout with the echo of laughter of Lily and jenny as there run around the leaving room.
The next day Lily goes to work as usual just to see her things all packed and kept at a corner on the floor and her seat taken by a new employee. Confused she goes to ask what's happening.
" Excuse me. Please who are you and why are my things on the floor?"
"You aren't needed hear anymore"
"Boss? What do you mean ?"
" I mean you are fired. Your services here aren't needed".
"I don't understand. Why?"
" I owe you no explanation. "
The boss turns and leaves, leaving Lily in confusion. Trying to figure out what is happening she gathers her things and leaves. She walks down the street still lost it thoughts not knowing she was already in the middle of the road. The hun from from the car couldn't even bring her to her senses.
Chapter 2
We meet again
Still lost she walks slowly when she is shaken by the driver who left the car to come talk to her which makes her realize herself and apologize. A tall handsome man then comes out of the car and comes.
" You again? Why are you always clumsy and absent minded? Do you want to commit suicide? Actually my car isn't a suicide machine so be whatchfull".
Lily feeling dizzy due to stress and overthinking she collapse but was cought on time by Henry.
"Boss we should take her to the hospital"
"Jeff don't start let's just leave her and go we have a meeting to catch and you know I don't love being late""
"Boss do you know what people will say concerning this incident right here? It is going to tarnish your image and you will have a lot of negative talks. Think about it boss""
After some hesitations Henry agrees to Jeff's proposal to take Lily to the hospital where they are able to exchange a few words.
" Ok let's go. But you will be in charge"
"Okay sir let's go"
At the hospital Lily regains consciousness and Henry is forced to talk to her by his driver.
"Oh my God my head what happened to me"
"Boss she is up. You should go talk to her. Ask her how she is doing."
After some hesitation Henry decides to ask how Lily is doing.
" Hi! How are you feeling. I'm Henry"
" I'm Lily . Thank you for bringing me to the hospital."
Her phone rings and it's jenny on the phone and she picks.
"Excuse me sir. Hello Jenny"
" Lily dear. How are you doing? Where are you right now? You know we have to go somewhere soon. Where are you ? What a minute is that a hospital?"
" Can you just call down. I'm in the hospital I will talk to you later. Just wait for me at home."
She drops the call and goes back to her discussion with Henry
" Lily right? What happened? Why did you try to commit suicide?"
" I didn't try to commit any suicide. I'm sorry sir. Just that I wasn't myself after I was fired without any explanation and I don't know what to do. It was actually the only way I could meet my needs and right now I am frustrated because I don't know how to go about looking for a new job."
Henry gets a call from the office reminding him, he has just few minutes left for the meeting.
He gets up and walks away telling Jeff to follow him. Jeff runs to Lily and gives her some money for transportation and tells her to get something to eat with the rest.being great full, she takes the money and thanks him so much. He then leaves and follows Henry.
Lily gets home and meets jenny already waiting for her with the diny table already set.
" Are you okay? Take a sit. What happened"
"Please jenny let me get some food . Seriously I'm very pissed off and sad right now. Can you imagine I was fired with no clear explanation about it. Then I passed out and was taken to the hospital by the stranger I pumped into during my jugging. But he behaved cry cold towards me. Can you imagine after telling him what happened to me he just left and didn't offer a word. It's actually his driver who gave me some money to get home"
" Wow that's a whole adventure. But you shouldn't just say he is cold. Maybe he cared and maybe he was the one who ordered his driver to give you the money "
" No he is not the one I saw everything. I don't like Henry since the first day I saw him. He is so mean and cold. "

Lily gives jenny a look and continue eating her food not replying to what she said.
Back to Henry , he arrives the office and holds the meeting. After the meeting he ask Jeff to get informations on Lily and get to him.
The Next day. Jeff comes to the office at 12noon and gives the information about Lily.
"Boss this is the information I got on Lily "
" Ok let me have a look. Hmm secretary good. Her records are good but the mystery of her being fired isn't clear. Anyways send a letter of acceptance. Tell her she has a job and should start tomorrow . And do not tell her I'm the one who gave her the job".

"Frank it's been a month since Lily left you. Aren't you going to look for her I mean she must be desperate now that you made her got fired by her boss"

The scene is switched and Lily is seen on a motorcycle with her friend who drops her off in front of the Kim's company Not knowing she was seen by her boss as she discuss with her friend.
"She's so weird"Henry whispers
Lily goes into the company which is really large and beautiful. She gaze around as she is amazed by the look.
"This place is really big. I can't believe a company like this could ask for my service. Being a secretary will be so luxurious. Can't wait to start"
" Hello Lily you're here"
"Oh Mr Jeff you're here. Thank you for this great opportunity, thank you very much I appreciate. I will forever be great full i know you went through a lot to get this position for . You have always been so nice to me since the first you saw me, unlike your boss who was so cold to me. Thank you"
"No no no need . You don't need to thank me. Come let me take you to your office"
"What a minute you work here?"
"Yes I do and that was my boss you saw and he is now your boss"
In her mind"oh my God."! Why him? But anyways no bad vibes I just have to focus on my work. That's the best thing to do now. It won't be funny if I'm fired again"
Jeff takes her to her office and gives her all the rules and regulations of the office.
"Mr Jeff what happened to the secretary that was here"

"This place looks so beautiful. I can't believe I have such an office it's even bigger than my previous office. Mr Jeff is a very good man but that Mr boss he is so weird"
"Hi there . The new secretary"
"Oh hi I'm Lily"
" Who cares"(leaving the office)
"Don't mind Miss Jessica that's how she is . And she is very angry for the fact that she wasn't able to get to the secretary level no matter how hard she tries. I'm Melisa by the way"
"Nice meeting you Melisa I'm Lily. I didn't actually mean to take the secretary position from her. I was just employed as a secretary and I'm still very surprised""
"No no. You have the position because you deserve it . And you must be very lucky to have such a post. Our boss will not just take anyone for his secretary"
"Well good because he wasn't the one who actually thought of making that. It was all thanks to Mr Jeff who did a lot to make me accepted for sure"
"Wow that's nice. Well Mr Jeff is really a good and friendly man that's why the boss chosed him as his PA"
"Wow. I sometimes wonder how he stands being around such a cold hearted man like our boss . Anyways it's not important. Thanks for welcoming me warmly"
" It's nothing. I will be leaving now. In case you need anything just let me know"(leaving)
"Sure I will. Bye"
The scene switches to the Kim mansion
" You need to get married I need grandkids Henry" said Mrs Bronte Henry's mother
"Mom please don't go to that now. I have a lot to do. I have to go to the office right now. I don't have time for this " (while leaving the house)
"You always say this . I need grandkids . I need people to keep me company. You are always busy" almost in tears as she tries to pursue him towards the door.But Henry had already left in the car.
Arriving at the office as everyone welcomes Henry . Lily on a hase to leave her office to greet her boss too ends up missing her step and is about to fall when she is unexpected cought by her boss. As they stir into each other's eyes, other employees look in shock while Miss Jessica stand's there ranging in anger .
Understanding why just happened, Lily adjust quickly and apologize for her clumsiness. Henry just ignored her and left while Jessica goes to her office bitter leaving other employees talking of what might happen next. Jessica feeling ashamed ran back to her office with her heart beating so fast that she could barely breath.
It's 6pm and work is over and everyone is leaving already.
"Lily aren't you going home yet" ask Melisa
" Just left a bit of work to do before I go home"
"Okay take care. I have somethings to do at home sorry I can't wait for you. Maybe next time"
"Don't worry I'm fine. You can go. Take care"
Melisa leaves and 10 mins later it starts raining heavily
"Oh no just when I'm done and ready to go home. What's all this And I didn't even come with my umbrella. Let me call jenny let her come pick me up"
Chapter 4
The Conflict
After several attempts Lily couldn't reach jenny. She sees that the rain won't stop and decides to go home. As she stand in front of the company calculating on how she will go home. She is suddenly handed an umbrella by Henry . Before she could say a word he enters his car and goes away.
"Thank you" she said silently as she smiled"don't be easily moved I think it was Mr Jeff who brought the idea. Why am I even smiling by the way"Lily says to herself as she takes the turns to go home.
Another day of work Lily seats in her office waiting for Henry to come so she will thank him for helping her with an umbrella the other day but as she thinks about her heart keeps beating faster. Trying to distract herself she tries to look for something doing. 30minutes later they assemble to welcome their boss. After that she goes to Henry's office to give back his umbrella. As she walks in her heart can't beat slowly, gathering courage she inters the office.
"Good morning Mr boss. I just want to thank you for helping me the other when it was raining and I brought back your umbrella . Thank you very much"
" You can keep it in your office case you forget to get yours next time" he said"
"Thank you very much Mr boss thank you"
And with that she ran out of the office which she ended up bumping into Jessica.
Feeling angry " what are you doing. What right do you have here?"
" The same right you have. We are all employees and we all have the same right "
" I can see you got some nerves. How dare you open your mouth to talk to me that way? Do you know who I am? Do you know what I can do to you?"
"Stop that Jessica. Don't bully the poor girl" says Jeff
"Hi Mr Jeff. You Lily or whatever they call you, the next time you talk back at me like this I will be put you where poor people like you belong"(she leaves)
"Don't mind her ,she is always like that" said Jeff
"Thank you sir " Lily says and leaves.
" I wish boss could see this lady is just good for him. I will continue helping in anyway I can to get both of them together bas soon as possible".
Lily goes to her office she sits and is mad about how Jessica spoke to her.
"Who does she think she is? Despite being poor I am capable of beating her up but I just need to keep calm because I don't want to loose this job" she says trying to calm herself by taking a deep breath.But why do I always feel like my heart is going to leave my chest anytime I think or meet boss? This is strange" she says to herself
It's 3pm and since it's a Saturday the office closes earlier. Lily having less work has left the office heading home already. Henry search for Lily and didn't find her.
" How could she go home without letting me know? How could she leave without seeing me?" Asked Henry
"It's like boss has fallen for Lily. Why will he be angry if she goes without telling him. This is definitely love. Oh my God ,my plan worked yes"
"Did you say anything Mr Jeff?" Asked Henry
" No sir"
"Let's go"
Henry left with Jeff to the car and on their way they see Lily walking back home he asked Jeff to follow her. Lily being herself and walking home smiling is suddenly attacked by her ex boyfriend
"Finally we meet again. Tell me did you miss me. I know you did " Frank says as he approached her
Scared Lily take steps back telling him to stay away from her."I'm going to shout frank stay away"
" You can shout. You know no one can save you from me . You know my influence, you know right?"
" You think you will just leave like that, no my dear you are mine and mine alone" frank says in a frightful tone
"I'm not yours and will never be yours"
"How dare you? " He says while trying to pull her close to him
Suddenly a hand pulls frank away and he falls to the ground
" Who are you and how dare you push me to the ground?"frank ask
" If I ever see you lay a finger on her , you will get it from me"says Henry as he pulls her away towards the car. They got into the car and leave while frank ask who does Henry think he is in an angry state as his friends try to calm him down.
Henry arrives at Lily's home and he tells her to be careful and give him a call if she is ever in trouble which she then thanks him and goes in.Feeling very annoyed Henry ask Jeff to get all information concerning frank and his friends and possibly their families which Jeff agrees to do so.
Lily gets home and noticed she is alone she calls her friend who told her she is on her way . Jenny arrives home and tells Lily she will be traveling out of the country the next day to do some businesses and it might take long. Feeling sad Lily hugs her friend so tight wishing she could never go but her friend assured her to always communicate with her. The next day at 4pm Jenny leaves for her trip and Lily feels sad and lonely. Sited in the living room alone whatching a movie at 7:30pm Lily hears a knock on the door which keeps her frightened and ask who was there. When she check through the window she noticed it's Frank she became so scared and takes her phone and calls Henry but as she is about to talk Frank breaks the door open lily screams and it is heard from the other side of the phone by Henry.
Chapter 5
My Savior
Frank comes in very angry
"So you never wanted to open the door? Do you think you care run from me huh?"
" Leave me alone Frank.What do you want from me? "
"For years I have taken care of you and did everything for you and now you are running away you and I know that's impossible"
"I begged for your love for years you were my only family but you didn't want me now I have decided to to go away what do you want from me I don't love you anymore from I have moved on"
"An who told you I have accepted for you to leave? You are mine and mine alone you can't be with anyone else only me. I told you you will regret leaving right I'll make your life difficult I will make sure you are fired just as I did for the other job" Franck says grabbing Lily by the hand "let's go home girl"

"There is a fight between Frank's boys and Henry Henry already in anger beat them all including Frank which they ended up running in pain "

Lily start crying and hugs Henry they feel the warm of each other's embrace but was later destructive by the sound of pain from Henry due to the injury he got from the fight Lily does some first aid while Harry calls for Jeff to come pick him up. As they prepared to go Henry ask Lily to get her stuffs that she won't be living there anymore. She did as he said. They rush to the hospital and as Henry is being treated, Lily can't stop crying and keep blaming herself for putting him in such condition
"It's all my faults I am sorry I shouldn't have called you. All this wouldn't have happened"
"Don't cry " Henry says with a bit of difficulty "why do I feel so bad seeing her cry?,this has never happened" he asked in his mind
The scene skips and goes to when they arrive at the king's mansion as they go in Mrs bronte sees how injured Henry is and ask a series of question but couldn't get answers. They take a seat and lily explains everything while crying and blaming herself for all what happened .Mrs Bronte being compassionate and concerned tells her it's not her fault. She ask lily to help her to his room for him to get some rest they get to the room and Lily takes care of Henry the whole night and ended up falling asleep by his side
The next day Henry wakes up just to discover Lily who had fallen asleep by his side, he gently wakes up and puts Lily to bed. As he is about to leave, sleeping Lily hold his hand "I will never leave your side I will take care of you" says Lily
"Why do I feel so attached to this girl why does my heart beat whenever I see her and why do I get angry when she's hurt or when she leaves without telling me, why all this feeling? is so strange" he says in his mind
He managed to get Lily's hand off his and leaves the room he calls Jeff and ask for the information concerning Frank and his guys immediately and asked the house help to take good care of Lily
"Don't worry son leave that to me I will take good care of her just get whoever is bothering that poor little girl" says Mrs bronte
"I definitely will mom" Henry says and take his leave.
At work Jeff gives Harry the information file of Frank and his gang
"So he is the son of Mr James. He carry himself and does things the way he likes because his dad got some cash let's see who will kneel begging. He dare touch Lily he must be punished
The scene goes back to the kim's mansion Lily wakes up and she shocked to see Henry's mom sitting by her side
"Good morning my child how are you feeling hope you're not too tired" says Mrs Bronte
"Good morning Aunt no no I'm fine I slept well" says lily
"OK herry up and come downstairs "Mrs Bronte as she leaves the room
Done dressing up Lily goes downstairs .And Mrs Bronte ask her to sit for breakfast. Sitting, Lily ask where Henry was
"Oh my dear he left for work already. Don't be shy you will have a great time with me and don't worry no one will be able to hurt you here okay? So tell me where are your parents and why does that guy want to hurt you, what does he want from you my dear child? Ask Mrs Bronte
"My parents died when I was 15years old and I was taken in by the Hong family. After some years I and frank their son started dating and we were together for 3 years but he didn't treat me right so I decided to leave but he doesn't want me to be happy he just want to hurt me because he sees that I have no one to run to or stand by my me". Says Lily in tears
"Don't worry my child you have people by you now so don't be afraid. We are now your family says Mrs Bronte as she consoles Lily by holding her hands
Chapter 6
A secret
Coming back home feeling exhausted Henry is asked to sit at the table for dinner really serve everyone and sits to eat
"Good evening boss how do you feel now asked Lily "
"I'm all right and you"
"I'm okay aunt actually took good care of me today "
Henry puts a spoon of food in his mouth and it tastes different from the ones he had ever tested but before he could ask his mom praise Lily for the delicious meal
"So she's the one who prepared the food it's really different and delicious "Henry ask in his mind
"Son how is the food?." Asked Mrs Bronte
"Good it's good mom." Say's Henry
"That's all he could say for all my effort and time I used, he just says it's good what a cool man I thought he had changed but I was wrong" Lily says in her mind as she smiles at them
After the meal Henry's mom lives to go to bed and Henry heads to his room to freshen up why Lily helps to maid clear the table
"You are really a good person ma'am you cook and clean with me thank you very much". Says the maid
"It's nothing". Lily says with a smile
"Lily goes upstairs heading to her room but was passing by Henry's room where she suddenly miss a step and is about to fall but was cought by Henry Looking into each other eyes they stare at each other. Henry's mom who happens to pass by sees the scene"
"Not up to 2 Days in this house and he's already falling for her . It's being long I saw son with a woman talk less of holding her. I just wish she could carry my grandchildren says Mrs Bronte while smiling at the scene. She then turns away and leaves
Lily and Henry realizes themselves and let go of each other feeling shy "I'm sorry ! Thanks for saving me" says Lily and with that she leaves in a hurry. They both go into their rooms thinking about the awkward moment Henry can't sleep because he keeps thinking about Lily and ask himself question about Lily
"Why do I feel this way ,I haven't felt like this before. Why is that I always want to be close to her and why do I get angry when she is hurt or sad why all this"
The light fades and it's morning Lily and Henry are both dressed for work
"Why are you dressed are you going somewhere? Asked Henry
"Yes boss actually I'm going to work I haven't gone to work for 2 days and I want to get paid at the end of the month so I can get a place to stay. I'm okay sir don't worry" says Lily
"Alright"Henry says heading towards the car and orders her to get into the car and they head to work. As they arrived Jeff is so happy seeing both of them together. While Jessica sees them from her office window and it gets very angry and jealous.
It's 3:00 p.m. Henry and Lily enters the elevator to head downstairs to do some work and they happen to be a problem locking them inside. It's dark and hot and with that Henry starts feeling unease to breathe. Lily ask what is happening instead of talking he approach her. Every step he took towards her makes her feel unease her hearts racing with every move he takes. She steps behind as he takes a step in front. She finally meets the wall and he comes even closer feeling unease she close her eyes just waiting for what will happen next but she feels Harry's head on her shoulder instead. Sensing something was wrong she tries calling Jeff but there was no signal . She the shouts and hits the elevator door. Some colleges heard and calls for help. Jeff hears of it and rush to the scene. Lily tries her best too help Henry by blowing him some air with a file but doesn't help at all . She ends up collapsing to the floor too. After about an hour the elevator door is open and everyone in the office is shocked at the same they are taken to the hospital they . About 30 minutes later, Lily regains herself and asks about Henry. Jeff tells her he is still unconscious but the doctor says he will be fine she goes towards Henry and hold his hand
"Please wake up don't worry nothing will happen to you I promise". What's the matter with him" she asks
"He has claustrophobia he always feel uneasy to breathe when he is in a dark and hot place and that the air can't flow where he is." Jeff explains
Lily looks at Henry with so much pity. Mrs Brown's comes in looking worried and ask about Henry but she assured he is fine.
It's 7:00 p.m. and the maid brings food as Mrs Bronte had demanded before leaving home. Lily refuses to eat anything till Henry wakes up. Mrs Bronte ask her to go home and get some rest but she refuses insisting Mrs Bronte goes instead that she will take care of Henry Mrs Bronte finally accepts and leaves while Jeff and Lily stays with Henry
It's 8:00 p.m. Henry wakes up to see Jeff sleeping on the chair and turns to see Lily on a chair close to his bed her head on the bed with her hand holding his. He looks at her with so much affection.
Chapter 7
Falling in love
Still gazing at Lily Henry is later interrupted by Jeff
"Boss you are up" says Jeff
As Henry nodes his head looking at Jeff, Lily wakes up and discover Henry is up with so much joy she hugs him tightly
"I'm happy you're finally up "she says still hugging him
They are interrupted by Jeff's phone ringing. Mrs Bronte is on the phone. She ask if Henry is up and she speaks with him and tells him to take care of himself and ask Lily to help her take care of Henry which she agrees
The next morning they leave the hospital and head home
At the Kim's mansion
"Boss you should take a rest you need to rest can you just forget about work and just rest please" says Lily
" Yeah she's right son you should rest focus on your health right now the companies isn't running " says Mrs Bronte
Henry nodes his head in acceptance and Lily helps him to his room.
" I will go bring you something to eat. Just hold on okay? Says Lily
She leave and few minutes later she comes with a bowl of food.
She feeds Henry making sure he eats well
" You should eat something too" Henry says giving her a spoon of rice which she eats.
After they are done eating? She puts Henry to sleep and was about to leave when he grasped her hand "Please stay with me " he says which Lily accepts and sits by his side.
"Lily dear how are you ?" Ask Mrs Bronte while coming into the room
"I'm fine grandma "
"I see Henry is sleeping already. You should get some rest too." Says Mrs Bronte
"Uhhm later aunt Henry ask me to be by his side. So I will be with him for a while before going to bed" says lily
"Ok my child take care. " says Mrs Bronte as she leaves the room
Lily turns and looks at Henry covering him well with the blanket. "Thank you for protecting me and caring about me. Since I met you I feel safe somehow. Who can guess you will be this soft. I didn't know you could protect someone. I'm sorry I couldn't do same but I promise to be by your side"Lily says in a low voice.
She suddenly feels sleepy and lays her head on the bed while holding his hand. Henry opens his eyes noticing Lily is already asleep he wakes up and carries her and puts her in bed. He covers her and was about to turn to face the other side of the bed but lily grape him and speak in a small tune "I love you " she says still deeply sleeping. Henry looks at her and smiles.
It's morning and Lily wakes up from bed just to notice Henry isn't in bed. She goes downstairs and is told by the maid that Henry had left for work. She goes back to her room to freshen up when she receives a text message from Henry telling her not to come to work which she agrees.
At noon, as Lily and Mrs Bronte sit in the leaving room chatting, a servant runs in informing them there is a visitor and Mrs Bronte haven recognized the name she asked the servant to let her in. Few minutes later a girl comes in with followed by the servant with her luggage.
"Hi aunt....how have you been". The girl says running towards Mrs Bronte but she stops her. Faye feels embarrassed but still continues talking. "I have really missed you mom. You haven't changed at all. You still look beautiful as always.
"I know" says Mrs Bronte.
The girl then turns to LiLy. "Hi I'm Bella and you are?"
"I'm Lily" Lily replies
"Oh ok that's nice. Where is Henry?" Bella ask
"He isn't around". Says Mrs Bronte
"Ok aunt I will go to my room" says Bella
"Wait a minute. Just stay here I will get the maid arrange the room for you" says Mrs Bronte
"So she even knows Henry. And from the look of things she is quite familiar with everyone and the house and well" Lily says in her mind staring at Bella who is on her phone.
Upstairs Mrs Bronte orders the maid to get Lilly's thing to Henry's room and let Bella use lily's room.
"I'm sure she will want to cross her line so Lily will sleep in the same room as my son so that Bella of a girl will not trespass."says Mrs Bronte in a low tune.
The maid rush down stairs and tells Bella her room is ready and took her things leading the way. Mrs Brontë goes to her room informing Henry that Bella is around.
"What? Why?" Ask Henry
"Just come home. You have to come make things clear to lily so she doesn't think otherwise" Mrs Bronte says and drops the call.
"What did she come to do? Anyways I have to go home now. She's right Lily must be taking a lot right now." Says Henry.
Henry leaves his office commanding Jeff to continue with the work at the office and prepare the documents and sent to his email.
"I have to rush home now. Just do as I have said " says Henry
"Ok sir" ….. why is he in such a hase? And he doesn't look good as he came to the office this morning. What could be the matter? Says Jeff
30mins later Henry arrives home. The sound of the vehicle is heard by everyone at the living room.
"Henry is back" says Bella as she happily gets up at walk towards the door
The door opens and Henry comes in. Bella throw herself on him happily
Chapter 8
Lovely fight
"Oh Henry I have missed you so much.You are so tall and handsome".says Bella
"Missed?".Oh I guess they are more than I thought " lily says to herself feeling sad at how Bella throws herself on Henry.
" I have always been like this" says Henry looking at lily's sad expression. He removes Bella's hands off him and heads towards Mrs Bronte and Lily…"good day mom" Henry says taking her hand to his forehead."
Mrs Bronte whispers" Take Lily upstairs "
Henry takes Lily by the hand and they head upstairs.
Bella wants to follow but Mrs Bronte asked her to be with her so they could catch up lost times which Bella agreed.
Upstairs Henry puts Lily to sit so they could talk.
" I know you must be thinking right now. Bella is my childhood friend and our parents had planned for us to get married when we get older. I haven't ever liked her and always tried avoiding her until she left to go study abroad I haven't been in touch with her because I changed my number after my dad passed away. My dad had always forced me to make things real between I and Bella but he later saw that it made me unhappy and I didn't want.
(Flashback)"though I want the friendship between I and my friend to continue even till the next generation, forcing you to be with someone you don't love is bad. Your mom was in that situation and she had passed through a lot so i had to stand by her and we got married out of love. I don't want the same thing to happen to you. I want you to marry the one you love just like your mom and I. You can cut ties with Bella if you want I will always support your decisions."says Mr Matt as he lie on his sick bed
" Thank you so much dad I'm so happy to hear this. I will always make you proud I promise"
"I know my son " says Mr Matt as he smiles at his son.
(Back to present). After he died I had to change my number so she wouldn't reach me. After so many years I didn't think she will come back and I was so happy until now. I'm sorry you had to see all that and sorry I hurt you. says Henry kneeling in front of Lily.
(" he is just a victim of circumstances. And he doesn't love her. So I will make sure what we have stays and grows stronger."Says Lily in her mind)…. Get up. It's fine I understand. I'm not angry at you. Says Lily to Henry
"Really?" Ask Henry
Lily nodes her head in agreement and Henry graphs her by her waist and thanks her for understanding and kisses her….." I love you Lily " says Henry.
Lily smiles and is about to talk when a knock is heard on the door. The maid tells Henry and Lily that Mrs Bronte will like to see them downstairs.
Lily immediately rush and opens the door and heads out leaving Henry by himself. He smiles and asks the maid to outside the room to arrange the room.
Downstairs at the dining table, as they eat Bella starts talking if her childhood with Henry
"I remember how Henry and I use to run around while we were kids. He will follow me to take back his favorite toy I stole from his room." Says Bella
"Oh I remember that" says Mrs Bronte
"I remember how we will act like we are married and have children " says Bella looking at Henry with seductive eyes and smile
Lily notices this and gets jealous then fakes tiredness and ask permission from Mrs Bronte to go to bed.
"What's wrong my child" ask Mrs Bronte
"I'm just tired and I need to rest"says Lily
"I understand you were helping in cleaning today. Go to bed so you don't fall sick okay?" Says Mrs Bronte
"Okay mom"Lily replies
Lily leaves
"Excuse me mom I will like to rest too. I need to get to work early tomorrow morning " Henry says as he stands up and follows Lily.
"Mom who is she and why do they sleep in the same room?"ask Bella
"You will know everything tomorrow I guess you are tired you should get some rest. We will discuss tomorrow "Mrs Bronte says as she leaves for her room
"Ok mom…. Something smells strange here"says Bella as she heads to her room
" I know you aren't tired… you can talk to me you know. What's the matter my love"ask Henry
"She is so… urgh I don't like her" Lily replies
"Me either " says Henry
Hold a second I will back" Lily says
"What is she planning " Henry says in a low tone
Lily takes a portrait of their wedding photo and heads downstairs .
"What is she going to do with that?" Henry ask himself
Lily returns to the room
"What did you do with the portait?"Henry ask
"I hung it on the wall" Lily replies
"I smell jealousy"
"See it the way you want but I won't stand and watch someone take what is mine "
"No one is taking what is yours "
" Are you sure?" Lily ask in a baby tone
Henry takes her by the hand and makes her sit on his lap.

The next day Henry prepares for work, he goes downstairs only to see the portrait Lily took out of the room hung on the wall in the living room.
"I leave you in charge…. I trust you" Henry says looking at the portrait smiling and then turns and leaves for the office.
It's 8:30 am Mrs Bronte goes to the living room and sees the portrait looking at it, Lily comes in. "Good morning mum"
"Good morning my child…. I love this . I'm sure it's your doing "says Mrs Bronte

Chapter 9
Truth and punishment
"Good morning " Lily and Mrs Bronte replies.
"What are you looking at?" Bella ask pushing aside Lily to look too just for her to see a wedding portrait of Lily and Henry on the wall."…. What is the meaning of this?…. Don't tell me …no no no no no" Bella says in horror and disbelief
"Bella calm down. Actually that's the truth you see Lily and Henry are married" says Mrs Bronte
" But he is supposed to get married to me. Our fathers had worked this. I am Henry's supposed fiancée " Bella says almost fainting in pain
"Well they arranged it but it wasn't agreed. My late husband had noticed my son wasn't okay with what he arranged with your father so he let my son make his decision " says Mrs Bronte
"Bella just calm down. We can talk this out" says Lily
" Get away you witch, it's all your fault. Henry is supposed to get to get married to me. He loves me."Bella replies in tears as she runs to her room
" Don't worry yourself. The truth hurts but she will accept it "says Mrs Bronte
"What if she doesn't " ask Lily
"She must" Mrs Bronte replies
The scene skips and goes to Henry's office where Jeff comes in with all the evidence concerning Frank's bad deeds with his gang and hands it to Henry.
"I will like to see him being arrested by myself and I will like my wife to be present so that she can show what is she is capable of doing. "Says Henry
"Okay boss. I will arrange for the driver to bring her the " says Jeff.
Jeff calls the police and was told they were able to spot Frank and his group members. With orders from Henry Jeff sends a driver to pick Lily up.
"What's his location" Henry asks
"Suji's night club. Actually according to information he is involve in drugs. " says Jeff
Okay we are heading there now send the location to the driver to bring my wife.
Back to the Kim's mansion
Mrs Bronte goes to talk to Bella leaving Lily in the living room. Lily gets a call from Jeff telling her the driver will take her to a location. She dresses up and tells the maid to inform Mrs Bronte of her departure when she ask of her and leaves with the driver.
"Why did Henry call me and he sent a different location aside from his office. Does he have a surprise for me? Lily ask herself smiling
Lily later arrives the location and Henry isn't there yet. The driver gets a call from Mrs Bronte and left. Lily stood there wondering why Henry asked her to come there when Frank happens to come out of the club with his friend and Queen (his girlfriend ).

The crowd that had gathered murmures calling Lily a cheap lier.

The crowd whispers saying how evil and wicked frank is for suffering a girl who loves him for years
Frank hears this and gets angry . He takes lily by her hand trying to pull her go with him....
Chapter 10
Happy ending
As Frank tries pulling lily away the crowd witness on shock but they are scared to approach because they know he has power to destroy their lives. The ones who attempt helping Lily were warned which made them back off .
As lily struggles to break free she kicks frank which makes frank angry and is about to hit her but his hand is held by Henry ….
" How dare you touch my woman" ask Henry who is already enraged
" She is my property and no one can have her" says Frank
" how dare you ?"….Henry twist Frank's hand throw him to the crowd and hits him hard over and over .
The crowd whispers as they realize lily was right all along and how Henry loves her and will do anything to protect her.
Henry calls the cops while his guards holds Henry and his friends while Queen flees the scene. The cops arrive and Jeff hands a document of evidence stating all of Frank's crimes and his involvement in drugs
Frank's father arrives at the scene and Everything was revealed to him and gets enraged and ask Henry to do whatever he wants to Frank
" Dad I'm your son … how can you say such" Frank says in pain and tears
" you are not my son. I disowned you from the day you made my companies go bankrupt. Because of you I spent a lot of money at the court for crimes you committed. I am disappointed in you. I didn't rais you or your sister to be like this . Luckily we took her abroad. You said you wanted to stay here so it was for this. To go about doing crimes . You must pay for your crimes. I'm going back to Tokyo i came to sell the company and houses here . I don't care where you live." Says Mr James
The police takes Frank away
Mr James turns to lily" I'm so sorry my dear . I should have taken you with me even though you for reasons I don't e. Are you okay?"
Lily nodes her head smiling
" Mr Kim I will be going now. Thank you for the opportunity to sell my company…. He then turns to Lily. My child you are married to Mr Kim and I know you will be happy. We will communicate once in a while if you wish." Says Mr James
" send my greetings to Isabel " says lily
Mr James nodes and leaves the scene
Henry turns to Lily "are you okay my love "
" yes just my hand that hurts….. but when did you ask me to come here"
"I wanted you to witness Frank's punishment but not this way .. I shouldn't have let you come here before me." Says Henry
" it's fine . Witnessing him being punished makes me feel relieved." Says lily

Lily glance through the document and noticed was given ownership for Mr James companies and houses which Henry just bought . She sings the documents and hugs Henry thanking him. Henry lifts her and puts her in the car and the leave the scene leaving the crowd amazed and happy
At the Kim's Mansion
Mrs Bronte is in the leaving room as lily and Henry arrives . Bella comes downstairs with luggage and tells everyone she is leaving..." I know I don't have a place in your heart Henry. I have accepted reality I'm leaving to start a new life abroad.good bye"
She hugs everyone and apologizes then leaves.
Henry is about to leave when Lily stops him.
"Henry , mom there is something I want to say . lily says smiling … I'm ... pregnant "
" you are what?" Henry ask with mixture of happiness and disbelief.
" I wasn't feeling good all this days so I went to the hospital yesterday and I ran a test and it shows I'm pregnant."
Henry takes the paper from lily and sees the confirmation. Mrs bronte yes hugs lily and thanks her for the wonderful news. She then gets her phone and makes a call….. Mrs Bronte hello oh Nana I will soon be a grandma
As lily looks at Mrs Bronte smiling, Henry grabs her and hugs her so tight. "I love you Lily " ..."I love you too Henry"
The next day Henry accompanies Lily to prison
" someone wants to see you " the prison guard tells Frank
" is dad finally here for me?" Frank ask in his mind
He is led to a room and he sees lily
" Hello Frank. … how is your new home? I told you one day you will pay for your times but right anyways I'm here to show you something. ., She pulls a document and shows him .. I am now the owner of everything you claimed to have " says lily
Frank looks at the document as of it were a dream and regrets instantly.
" I just came to share the good news. You should get use to with this place because you will be here for long" says lily as she picks up the document and leaves. Frank is taking back to his cell and he weeps in regrets
Lily arrives where Henry is wait for her. They hug each other smilingly and held hands as the take a walk to the car
