Arcane Drifters – Chapter 102: "Reunion at the Edge of the World"
The land was quiet.
Only wind moved through the broken trees of the Crescent Wastelands, a hidden zone sealed away from normal maps — protected by lost magic and old war-tech.
This was the first and last safe zone.
The meeting place for those chosen to fight back.
And now… the Arcane Drifters were returning.
---
Shen Karguro walked in first.
His twin blades were still covered in dried blood. His coat torn. But his eyes were focused — calm, dangerous, and cold.
At the gate, Kenya Naro stood waiting.
They looked at each other silently.
Then Kenya smirked.
> "Still alive, huh?"
Shen: "Barely. You?"
> Kenya: "Burned half a city. I'm fine."
Behind them, Eliz Betham appeared through a warp seal — her black magic aura flaring, but she smiled when she saw Shen.
> "Took you long enough, Shen."
---
Ruke came next, dropping in from a lightning strike above.
Lilia floated gently on a holy magic circle.
Nolan walked in, cape frozen and cracked, but eyes fierce.
They were back.
The six of them — different paths, same mission.
For the first time in months, they were standing together.
---
Inside the war base, a giant 3D map lit up.
The Drifters stood around the table.
> Shen: "The Arcane War has truly started. We're not just fighters anymore."
Kenya: "We're the wall between them and the world."
> Eliz: "But there are more enemies than ever. We need more than strength."
> Nolan: "We need a plan."
Ruke: "Then let's make one."
---
In the shadows of the room, a voice echoed.
It was Commander Ryulga, finally returning from his own mission.
> "This is not just a war. This is survival."
> "And from today, the Arcane Drifters will move as one unit."
The screen behind him showed Arcane Lords across the globe.
> "You all have awakened. But this is only the beginning."
---
Far away…
Empress Lade stood in the Solareign sky tower, looking through a vision crystal.
> "So… the Drifters have gathered."
She turned away.
> "I will not join them… but if they fall, the world will fall."
---
And in a small city…
Luke stood on a train platform with a bag in hand.
He had made his decision.
> "I don't know where I'm going…"
"But something out there is waiting for me."
---
Back at the Drifter base—
Shen raised his sword.
> "No more hiding."
> "We end this."
