The person was shocked, overwhelmed by a mix of emotions—gratitude, joy, certainty, and disbelief—all flooding their frail body like a small insect that had lost half its body, while uttering words of deep concern,
"M-MASTER..."
"I'm sorry, but... what exactly is going on...? Why did I call you Hiyon? And more importantly, why do I feel so sad and emotional... as if we've met before?" Fesly asked the person.
Not long after that, of course, the person immediately responded respectfully,
"Of course, Master Tika... or rather, not right now, Master Fesly. You must be confused—this is because you've been submerged in your new life for far too long. And... forgive me for arriving late... cough cough..." the person answered with a weak body.
"In short... back then... you managed to bring me back, but the situation was so desperate. I only burdened you with my fragile condition, just like I am now. But with your intelligence... I managed to survive until today. At that time, you merged me with an AI robot that was under control, searching for both of us. I truly admired your progress... and because of that, I was saved.
When we merged, it felt like I was given a fresh, new life... I returned to peak condition. However... unfortunately, there wasn't much time for us to live together or for me to accompany you... because the geniuses kept growing more insane trying to hunt us both down.
Eventually... we promised to meet again... even if it would be 100 years later. I agreed without hesitation and was willing to do anything to stay alive just so I could see you again—one way being to become AITika.
If only... I had extraordinary abilities like you..., it would've been better if I had died first and then found you again... and in the end, now we meet again, Master... cough, coughhh..."
The person gave a short explanation about his past with the one he deeply respected.
Fesly could only stay silent and reflect on the story. It was because images of the same past started to surface in his mind as well—so he believed it.
"H-How long... have you waited for me? H-Hiyon?!" Fesly asked the person.
"If we count up until now... I've waited for you for 573 years..., but... damn it... why is it that now, after finally meeting you... I still end up showing you this pitiful state... f-forgive me..."
The words were cut off by Fesly.
"S-Stop it, Hiyon... don't call me Master anymore... that's enough..., I'm sorry... for making you wait for so long... truly... I really wish you could live again... and walk together with me... just the two of us..." Fesly spoke with deep sorrow as if the world was ending.
"Ahh... don't cry, Tika... I'm truly... truly happy... t-to see you again in my final moments..., live a happy life..., and... don't forget me... T-Tika... no, for now... Fes-Fesly...."
Those were the final words from the person before taking his last breath.
At that moment, Fesly couldn't find any way to ease the grief overtaking him. Eventually, his legs gave out and he fainted.

While Gens was numb, despairing, and even feeling guilty, a young woman approached him and spoke gently.
She came from who-knows-where... perhaps it was pure luck for Gens...
But could someone who had already lost all will—even the will to live—ever rise again?
Wasn't that something you'd only see in fictional stories?
"G-Gens... can you stand...? Isn't this... your chance to take your first step toward your life's purpose?" the woman said softly to Gens.
Gens stayed silent, listening in the same state.
"Gens...? D-did you know...? Over there... your father... was turned into a serum...? I just saw it clearly when I came here..." said the woman.
Gens suddenly opened his eyes wide—his mind now flooded with rage like a fire consuming the world.
He ran, rushing to the laboratory where the mad genius was located.
"Whoa, whoa... is this a new type of serum? Hahaha, lucky me..." the mad genius said gleefully.
But in that very moment, someone attacked him. It was Gens.
The mad genius was shocked but smirked, as if he had already prepared for this.
"Well, well... looks like I was wrong... you're tougher than I thought—hahaha. F-Forgi— HUH??!! HEY!!"
The man's panic showed when Gens violently broke AIDec, retrieving the serum—made from his father's body.
"D-damn you! G-give it back!!" the man shouted while launching an attack at Gens.
But it was too late—Gens threw the serum upward, and though the genius dodged it (fearing what might happen if it touched him), it ended up splashing down...
Right on Gens himself.
Now soaked, Gens simply stood tall—drenched in the mysterious liquid.
"D-damn it... he's just standing there... is he dead...? If he is, the serum's quality will drop—ahh... what now...? The scan results are finally in! W-what?! WHAT IS THIS?!" the genius panicked as he stared at the translucent screen in front of him, which displayed the data for the NeuroSyn D-∈ serum.
On the screen was written:
---
Serum Name: NeuroSyn D-∈ (Deus Omega Serum)
Brief Description:
A serum born from the darkest experiments combining neurobiological technology and human sacrifice. Created from the neural core extraction of a living human, genetically fused with AI.
---
Main Effects:
Increases thinking and movement speed up to 10x.
Freezes empathy and emotions, making the user cold and ruthless.
Grants full control over all AI and robotic systems via neuro-digital signals, depending on the user's mental capacity.
Allows the creation of buildings or machines using only thought—limited to the user's brain capacity and level.
---
Side Effects:
Chronic stress and severe migraines.
Deep trauma, accompanied by constant whispers of the human sacrifices.
Emotional numbness and extreme isolation.
