Chapter 111 - Chapter 111: Beast—I Am Evil, But I Am Not Evil! The Power of Hatred!

The young Spider-Man raised a hand to cheer Nathan on, his eyes filled with unwavering determination.

"Whooooooooooooooo!"

To this young version of Spider-Man, Nathan was more than a mentor—he was an inspiration. His belief in Nathan was firm, absolute, and beyond question.

That day, after another round of intense training with Nathan, the young Spider-Man followed him into a secret underground laboratory, a hidden chamber filled with experimental tech and reinforced alloy structures.

While Nathan immersed himself in study, young Spider-Man did the same in his own way, observing everything with childlike curiosity.

Nathan shook his head with a faint smile. "Not sure I can beat him just yet. The last record Abomination set a year ago was 180 tons. I don't know if I can top that."

He raised his voice. "Echo!"

Instantly, a blue shadow darted from a containment unit and bounded onto Nathan's chest.

With a single surge, Echo merged with Nathan, and in the next moment, he transformed into a towering blue beast, radiating overwhelming energy and primal intimidation.

Young Spider-Man clapped with joy, his eight mechanical front legs tapping together in admiration. "So cool!"

Nathan wasn't done. He raised his wrist and activated the Devil Bracelet.

Black, crackling energy burst forth from the bracelet, flooding Nathan's system. His muscles swelled, power surging into every cell. For a brief moment, he felt unstoppable—like he could crush a mountain with a single hand.

He stepped forward into the upgraded strength testing chamber, designed to measure raw power levels up to 300 tons. Young Spider-Man followed, his tiny steps quickening.

Nathan faced the metallic chamber, charged forward, and unleashed a monstrous punch.

BOOM!

A thunderous explosion echoed through the lab. Despite the room's reinforced soundproofing, those outside could feel the tremors.

Even Heikong and her evil god—The Beast—felt it.

Heikong trembled as the vibrations ran through her spine.

"…His power again… it increased this much in so little time?" she whispered.

Inside her body, the Beast raged in disbelief. "What the hell is he made of?!"

"I've been absorbing dark power drop by drop, and he's gaining dozens of tons of strength in days!"

"He's just… defying logic. At this rate, he'll even outpace Dormammu!"

The Beast growled, furious. "If I had known this guy was so evil—no, insanely powerful—I would've stayed away. Now we're stuck in this metal hell."

For the first time, Heikong's belief in her god wavered. She had always believed her Evil God was unstoppable, that his power was limitless. But now… even the god admitted defeat.

Even full integration with the Beast might not be enough to escape this prison… not anymore.

Meanwhile, the test machine's screen lit up.

The numbers skyrocketed:

150 tons!

160!

170!

Even young Spider-Man stood frozen, his mechanical limbs still, mouth slightly open.

185… 190… 193 tons!

193+!

Young Spider-Man blinked, awestruck.

Echo, still bonded with Nathan, shivered inside. Even for a symbiote, this was monstrous power.

Nathan smiled faintly. "A gain of 112 tons... Not bad."

But there was no celebration.

He said quietly, "I've just surpassed Abomination's record from last year. But that doesn't mean I've surpassed him now. I need to see what he's currently capable of."

Nathan walked out of the test chamber.

"Detach."

Echo instantly separated from Nathan, falling to the floor as a blue mass of ooze. It rolled along, obediently returning to its containment glass. Climbing up the table leg with uncanny grace, it slid inside, locked the hatch, and settled in like a well-trained pet.

Near Echo's glass box were two others, each holding a different colored ooze—Riot and Greyven.

Riot glanced over, his liquid body bubbling with nervousness.

"How much this time?"

Greyven muttered, "Last I checked, he was close to 150. Maybe he's hit 160 by now…"

Riot snorted. "No way someone jumps twenty tons in a week—"

Before he could finish, Echo sighed. "193 tons."

The lab went deathly silent.

All three symbiotes deflated like popped balloons, their forms turning limp.

"193?!" Riot gasped. "What the hell—he's a human, right?!"

Greyven murmured, "Echo… you're not lying to us, are you?"

Echo responded bitterly, "I wish I was. I saw it happen with my own eyes."

"Forget escaping... I don't think we're ever getting out of here."

He added darkly, "He's… beyond us now. He's even removed my weaknesses—except one. Just the flame remains."

Riot fell silent.

In the adjacent room, Nathan sat before a glowing console, hacking into a classified military base system.

"Time to check on Abomination's current strength."

His fingers moved with purpose, inputting Rose's security codes. He routed a fake message to the Abomination, requesting a strength test at the facility.

At the base, Emil Blonsky (Abomination) grumbled as he glanced at the order.

"A test? Why now?"

Still, he complied.

Soon, he was led into a reinforced chamber.

"Please strike that alloy wall, Major Blonsky," a nervous technician said, trembling.

Blonsky transformed into the hulking green form of Abomination, sending chills down the spines of the observing staff.

BOOM!

The wall shook under the impact.

The reading appeared on screen.

190 tons.

"Hmm," the Abomination grunted. "Barely increased at all in a year."

He left, unimpressed.

Back at the lab, Nathan stared at the feed.

"190. I've surpassed him."

"But just barely."

"Not good enough—I want total domination."

Nathan stood and left the console. He wasn't done yet.

He entered his bio-engineering lab.

Inside were three symbiotes, weak and demoralized. In another box, a new, smaller symbiote rested quietly.

This was a descendant of Riot, forcibly separated and nurtured by Nathan into its own creature.

Nathan grabbed a vial of glowing nutrient solution and poured it into the new containment.

The silver-white ooze stirred, then began devouring the solution rapidly. Its body grew from thumb-sized to fist-sized in minutes before it curled up and began a new rest cycle.

"Good," Nathan murmured. "You're digesting. That means growth."

He glanced at the nearby data screens. Weapon systems were forming in its biomass—proof of evolving genetics.

"Just one week, and we'll see what kind of symbiote you'll become."

Turning to Echo, he said, "Now let's address your last weakness—fire."

At these words, all the symbiotes shuddered.

Especially Echo, who began shaking like a leaf.

Nathan noticed and chuckled. "Don't be scared. Once this is done, you'll have no weaknesses left. That's something to celebrate."

On Nathan's shoulder, young Spider-Man nodded in encouragement, drawing a happy face in the air with his fingers.

Then the experiments began.

Echo's screams echoed through the lab, painful but purposeful.

Even young Spider-Man turned his eyes away, unable to bear the sound.

In the days that followed, Nathan balanced intense physical training and brutal experimentation.

Soon, he stood before the strength tester again.

No symbiote enhancements.

No Devil Bracelet.

Just his raw, unaided strength.

He drew a deep breath and threw a full-force punch.

BOOM!

The numbers on the screen began to rise—

To be continued...
