By the time I was done, I packed my belongings and then I went downstairs to wait and then told all of us to go move. And it was only Alice that was there. She turned to me and she immediately abandoned her gaze away from me. She was still hostile and beefing me a little because she still blames me for everything and every trouble Aurora is in. And I don't know how, but I know one day I will gain her trust back.
Then Hazel, then Lilith, then Caspian — they all joined us. And as usual, Cayden was the last. Then Cayden cracked his voice.
"So we are all ready now?"
We nodded, and then he just spoke up.
"I'm very sorry, I know we are late already, but Cyrius is on his way," she said.
And Cayden sighed. "We know, but we don't have forever."
"I know we don't have forever, but it's just… it's already soon. It's already nearby. Who are we going to leave the twins for if we all leave?"
