Preface
Picking up in the aftermath of Project Toonify's exposure, Olivia Benson and her cross-jurisdictional team face new threats as the CIA's shadow network strikes back. As Olivia's pregnancy progresses, trust fractures within the task force, and William Lewis's role as a consultant blurs the lines between justice and survival. With the system's architects still at large, the team must risk everything to save the next generation of victims—and themselves.
ACT 1: Aftershocks
INT. SVU BULLPEN – EVENING
The bullpen is tense. News of the conspiracy has gone public. Olivia, now visibly pregnant, reviews files as Fin, Rollins, and Stabler debate the fallout.
FIN
We've got protests outside, Liv. The press wants your head. Lewis is a walking PR disaster.
ROLLINS
We're getting threats. Half the city thinks we're heroes, the other half wants us gone.
OLIVIA
We did the right thing. But right doesn't mean safe.
Stabler enters, holding a sealed envelope.
STABLER
Liv, this came by courier. No return address.
Olivia opens it: inside is a flash drive labeled "Sun Street – Phase 2."
ACT 2: The Next Layer
INT. TASK FORCE WAR ROOM – NIGHT
The team assembles: Olivia, Fin, Rollins, Stabler, Voight, Prentiss, Brennan, McCall, and Lewis (cuffed, guarded).
BRENNAN
The flash drive has encrypted files—new names, new locations. They're moving the operation.
PRENTISS
They're targeting foster homes and juvenile centers now. "Phase 2" is about recruiting the next generation.
VOIGHT
We need to move. Fast.
LEWIS
(smiling thinly)
You're missing something. They always leave a backdoor. You want to find the nerve center? Look for the "Rabbit's Hole."
McCall glances at Olivia, who nods.
MCCALL
Let's split up. I'll take the financials. Voight and Stabler, you're on ground ops. Olivia, you and Lewis dig into this "Rabbit's Hole."
ACT 3: Fractures
INT. SVU INTERROGATION ROOM – NIGHT
Olivia and Lewis sit across from each other, a laptop between them. Olivia's hand never leaves her stomach.
LEWIS
You trust me now?
OLIVIA
I trust you want to survive. That's enough.
Lewis hacks into a secure server. Files flicker onscreen—lists of children, coded locations.
LEWIS
Here. "Rabbit's Hole" is a transport hub—old subway tunnels under Manhattan.
Olivia's phone buzzes: a text from an unknown number—"You're next."
ACT 4: Into the Rabbit's Hole
INT. ABANDONED SUBWAY TUNNELS – NIGHT
The team, armed and tense, navigates the darkness. EMP pulses scramble their radios. Brennan marks the path with chalk.
FIN
These tunnels go for miles. We could be walking into a trap.
MCCALL
We're not leaving without those kids.
They reach a locked steel door. Lewis disables the alarm, but a hidden guard attacks. Stabler subdues him.
Inside: dozens of children, dazed but alive, guarded by armed operatives. The team moves in, a firefight erupts. Olivia shields a young girl, wincing as she feels a contraction.
ROLLINS
Liv, are you—?
OLIVIA
I'm fine. Get the kids out!
Lewis corners the lead operative, who sneers.
OPERATIVE
You think this ends here? There's always another phase.
Lewis hesitates, then knocks him out.
ACT 5: Breaking the Cycle
INT. HOSPITAL – EARLY MORNING
Olivia is in a hospital bed, the team gathered nearby. A newborn cries softly in her arms.
FIN
You did it, Liv. You saved them.
OLIVIA
We all did. But it's not over.
Stabler hands her a folder: "Project Toonify – Remaining Assets."
STABLER
You ready for the next round?
Olivia nods, determination in her eyes.
INT. SVU BULLPEN – DAY
News reports show children reunited with families, arrests made nationwide. Lewis, in cuffs, is led away by federal agents. He glances back at Olivia.
LEWIS
You kept your promise.
OLIVIA
And I'll keep making new ones. For every victim.
The team stands together, battered but unbroken.
FADE OUT.
