Chapter 7 - Chapter 7

The rebel shuttle's engines thrummed behind him, ready to lift off into the cold stars. But Grarrukk stayed rooted in the shadowed tunnels beneath Kessel.

Around him, the rebels called out. Seyra's voice cracked, "Grarrukk, come! We can't leave you here!"

His dark eyes burned with something fierce and silent.

"Rrraahh... ghraarrk," he growled low — "Not yet."

Alone, he slipped back through twisting corridors, the echo of blaster fire fading behind him. The Force whispered secrets in his mind, guiding his steps.

His paws barely made a sound as he hunted toward the overseer's lair — the man who ruled this prison with cruelty, the one who crushed his parents beneath his whip.

"Ghrarr... rrrawwghh," Grarrukk hissed — "You will answer."

The path was treacherous. Patrols stalked the halls, and traps waited for the unwary. But the shadows bent around him like a cloak. Blaster bolts sang past, but he moved like thunder — swift, unstoppable.

At last, he reached a steel door, guarded by two stormtroopers.

Grarrukk bared his teeth and roared:

"RRRAAARRRGGHH!"

The shock baton ignited, crackling blue light stabbing the gloom. With a brutal swing, he struck the first trooper's armor, the shockwave knocking the man to the ground. The second fired — bolts grazing his fur — but Grarrukk smashed the soldier's helmet with the baton's hilt.

The door gave way.

Inside, the overseer sat smug behind a rough desk, eyes wide in disbelief as the massive Wookiee filled the room.

"You're just a beast," the man sneered.

Grarrukk leaned close, his breath a hot growl.

"RRAARRRGGHH!" — "justice comes."

With a final thunderous crack, the baton struck down the overseer, ending his reign of pain and fear.

Grarrukk stood over the fallen man, the fire in his heart slowly settling.

His parents avenged.

The past burned away like ash.

And now… the future awaited.
